Wonderful staff very friendly and acomadating, great breakfast layout. Something for everyone's tastes. Very comfy rooms. Hotel near to the public transport depo. Definitely coming back.

Lovely service and the rooms are nicely done out. The lounge area is really cosy with the fireplace too. Great transport links (only five mins from tram/metro/airport train) and nice to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. Really enjoyed our stay thank you!

It’s a lovely hotel — recommend. There was only one functioning coffee machine at breakfast, while we were there, so it was a massive headache to queue but I think that’s only temporary. They have a secure left luggage area if you need it and it’s close to the train / metro / tram station.

Our car was parked in the hotel garage. During the night, the car was broken into and the glass was broken. The hotel promised to repair the damage and the car was taken for repair. I was asked to pay for the renovation and later the hotel would refund the money. Now the hotel manager says my hotel is not going to replace anything. I do not recommend staying at that hotel with a car. There are no cameras and the leader tries to avoid responsibility.

Such a lovely clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, great location beautiful and filling Breakfast, Balloons and Chocolates on arrival. Definitely be returning.

We just stayed the one night after a weekend in Rotterdam,
but the staff were so lovely, chatty and friendly. The room was absolutely spotless and the beds and pillows were great too! Slept so well.
Love the tartan carpets and the lounge area at night is super relaxing and cosy. I will definitely stay again!

Nice rooms, modern, comfortable. Staff is the best I met in a long time, everyone is nice and helofull. However, the shower was dirty when we checked in, and there is a lot of mould in it. The front desk lady was very kind and felt very bad about it. She came to clean the shower herself because housekeeping were no longer working at that time. Still, mould doesn't go away by simple cleaning … they should make an effort to maintain and clean this lovely hotel. We received breakfast for the duration if our stay to compensate us, which was a nice gesture. If only housekeeping was better, this would have been a perfect hotel! Location outside the center, but 5 min walk to train and then 5 min train ride from central station.

Very friendly staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Great atmosphere to sit in lounge area, and very good restaurant menu. Recommend the smoked salmon starter and the dark chocolate dessert.

Perfect place to stay. Couldn't fault it at all. Excellent in all aspects! Will definitely return and recommend it.

Nice hotel, situated about 10 minutes outside of Amsterdam central, large bus, tram and metro station a 2 min walk away. There is also a couple of restaurants and a little shop on way to the station. They offer breakfast and dinner at the hotel but cannot comment as did not eat here. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom is huge with a wet room style shower and corner bath. There is a lovely central fire in the lounge area and a FREE unlimited tea, coffee and hot chocolate machine for all guests to use. Would stay again.

Hotel modern and neat 5-minute walk of a railway station, which connects the centre of Amsterdam. The room is neat and the bathroom is spacious and functional. The staff is kind and welcoming. Rich and varied breakfast. Hotel to recommend.

Good hotel and nice vibe. Staff is friendly and very close to train station that takes you straight to airport on a single stop to downtown (central station). You can rent bikes for 15 euros for a day and biking to the center takes 15 to 20 minutes and something I would recommend, you can bike through a park part of the way. Wi-Fi is fast and lobby lounge a good spot for a beer after a day of sightseeing.

Great hotel with lovely staff. Really well priced and will definitely stay again. Great location with train to airport really close. Also lovely cycle to city center threw park.

On a permanent date, an engine or similar ran in front of the window into the night and in the morning. The temperature controls in the room didn't really work, either it was cold or too warm. Otherwise very friendly staff and clean room.

Modern hotel, large rooms and well soundproofed. The furniture is simple and linear, double pillow and curtains well blinds. The food very good. Bathroom large and clean. Paid parking as well as breakfast, which is particularly dear. Relatively close to the train station where in a few minutes you can reach the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff, Wi-Fi fast and stable (free of charge). It is present in the room the mini-bar, but unfortunately, was completely empty.

Fantastic Hotel, very new and welcoming, the staff friendly and available for any problem/indication/question. Rooms very clean and pleasant. At the entrance you will immediately notice a beautiful, modern fireplace with armchairs and sofas that surround it. The metro and train station Sloterdijk is a 5-minute walk away. It deserves all the stars.

5 minutes from the train station, 10 min by train from Amsterdam Central Station. Close to a highway exit. Very convenient to put your car and go to Amsterdam by public transport! Clean, charming, friendly staff, no complaints: C was very good!

Beautiful rooms, good breakfast. Price performance fits. Coffee machine in the lobby for guests free of charge. There is not everywhere, either. Thank you for the beautiful stay.

Super comfortable hotel, spacious and with very modern facilities. Located about 5 km from the centre of Amsterdam, it is a hotel for those who want to stay away from the hustle, but a stone's throw from it with train or bus. Central Station can be reached in 10 minutes by the sprinter train or in about 15 min with bus 22. Both are 5 min walk from the hotel. Highlight the Hall's resting area, with a chimney-type gas stove and multiple Nordic-style tables and sofas made of wood. Great care and cleanliness.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Besides it has a station where you can take the transport you want and a 24h supermarket that catches passing. When I come back I will certainly.

New and clean hotel. My stay lasted two nights, nn we used none of the services Offered. We've only been in practice Sleeping. Close to the train, Metro and bus station (the Amsterdam Public transport service is very efficient).

Great location. Nice hole where to spend time near the fire. Rooms a bit small, spacious bathroom. A bit far from the center.

Great service, friendly staff. Very quiet Area. In front of the station sloterdijk, trains to the center every 5 min and in eight minutes you're in Amsterdam Central.

Not only is this the best place to stay in Amsterdam very cozy convenient etc they are the most honest hotel I have ever been my wife left her wedding ring there and they found it and sent it back to us. God bless the staff of the hotel for they are truly good people from the maids to the manager I’ll never stay anywhere else, and plus there breakfast and dinner are great!

We stayed here from the 21st of November for 4 nights amazing from the get go the hotel was warm and so welcoming all staff so friendly and helpful and train station facing right across the road so handy 1st time to Amsterdam and very happy with are choice of hotel we enjoyed the city centre/dam square and all the tourist hot spots but was nice at the end of the day to come back to a very relaxed quieter place highly recommend this hotel loved everything about it we had breakfast once and so much choice! Cant wait to come back already

Pros: 1. Location is walking distance to train station, making it accessible from anywhere. 2. Hotel was neat n clean. All basics were available as they should 3. Staff was supportive 4. Safe even at late night 5. Trains from town to this area are available through out the night but frequency decreases Cons: 1. Outside Amsterdam town area but in peak season, the cost effectiveness is worth the effort to take a train to town. 2. Twin bed was painful, as the mattresses were moving a lot.

Really nice and modern hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful! Location is a few minutes from a major train station which takes you to the centre in 5 min and the airport in 10 minutes. So although there's not that much in the area around the hotel itself, it's very convenient.

Very good hotel. Casual yet chic. Nice room. Very clean. Toiletries and amenities could be better (but the ones provided are good although basic). Fast Wi-Fi. Very close to Sloterdijk rail station. Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. Friendly staff.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and meals were lovely. Easy bus or tram journey into the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book in here again in the future.

Hotel is a little bit far from the centre of Amsterdam but a quarter of an hour from the central station by bus 22.

Great hotel and staff, free coffee :). Better to take sprinter to central station, than bus or tramvaj, but in case you want to explore more of town these other 2 transportation are good. Rooms were clear and nice. Hotel is quite as well. All the best.

The interior is nice, the rooms are modern and comfy. Reception administrators are very friendly and helpful. Hotel guests are welcome to use a coffee machine in the lobby free of charge. However, the room cleaning is not perfect.

New hotel, nice, receptionist is polite, professional, and helpful. The breakfast, which was good quality. Private parking (15€, a bit exaggerated for the area is because it is only an open space closed by a bar, the other becomes, for all my stay). Convenient location to the airport, you can reach the town centre in 15-20' with tram or train, which is 250 m from the hotel. To Amsterdam a good price / quality ratio.

Great Hotel, spotlessly clean, well priced. Modern urban decor and laminate flooring (no hotel carpet! ) in the rooms. Front desk staff is polite and very helpful. Bike rental on site too. It is a 6 minute walk to Sloterdijk station and trains run to Amsterdam Centraal every 7 minutes or so — so easy to get into town. If you don't mind not being in the center, I feel its the the best hotel value in the city.

The hotel is very nice inside. A little hip with a rustic decor. Bar is reasonably priced. Room was made up with sofa bed open for 4 people despite booking for 2. Clean, tidy, quiet. Breakfast looked good. Free coffee and tea from espresso machines. Nice hotel. The issue is location : it's like an industrial park. No atmosphere at all. 400m to train and tram.

Very nice Hotel, very close to the station where you can reach the city centre in a few minutes. Spacious and quiet rooms, very clean and friendly and helpful staff. We rented bikes, comfortable but a little scassate they still took us to visit Amsterdam and its surroundings. Recommended.

It has everything you would want from a hotel room. And very spacious with beautiful interior too. You'd really never want to leave. My only complaints were that the water pressure from the shower head isn't high enough, but I figure it's probably due to the other fact that the water doesn't drain fast enough. :/ otherwise, it was perfect.

Only the breakfast came to us with 12, €50 per person a little expensive, which is why we did not take advantage of it.

Great hotel with good connection. By train only one station to the Centraal. With the tram, S takes a bit longer but everything in the frame.
The staff is friendly, the rooms modern and clean.
The lobby is very with fireplace in the middle.
The breakfast is completely fine. Also do not understand the grip.
In the hotel you can rent a Wi-Fi to go box (deposit must be deposited) for 4 euros. Super. One always has www (1GB) and is no longer reliant on free Wi-Fi or roaming on the go. Works perfectly.

Ho passato tre notti all'Urban Lodge e devo dire che è veramente un hotel bellissimo sotto ogni punto di vista, dalla posizione ultra comoda, alla location con arredi dal design moderno ed elegante, al personale molto accogliente e disponibile (uno dei tre giorni era il mio compleanno e mi hanno fatto trovare in camera una scatola di cioccolatini con un messaggio di auguri da parte dello staff).
Lo consiglio vivamente, atterrando allo Schipol Airport potrete prendere il treno e raggiungere in soli 15 min. La fermata di Sloterdijk che dista a pochi min. A piedi dall'hotel.
Da questa stessa fermata potrete raggiungere la stazione Amsterdam Central dopo solo una fermata.

I spent three nights at the Urban Lodge and I must say it is really a beautiful hotel from every point of view, from the ultra convenient location to location with modern furnishings and stylish design, very friendly and helpful staff (one of the three days was my birthday and made me find in the room a box of chocolates with a greetings message from the staff).
I highly recommend it, landing at Schipol Airport you can take the train to reach in just 15 min. The stop at Sloterdijk which is just a few min. Walk from the hotel.
From this same stop you can reach Amsterdam Central Station after only one stop.

Lovely hotel, staff all very friendly. Free teas and coffees for all guests in the lounge area. Location is good, a 3 minute train ride from the centre. If you are looking to stay out late tho, the trains only run until 1.30ish and sometimes are changed to busses which isn't easy to see on the signs. €40 aprox taxi to airport/centre or €26 for a 3 day Amsterdam public transport pass. Would recommend for families, couples or friends who are looking for a quiet and relaxing break.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff is very helpful and ready to answer every question. Excellent value for money. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom is large and has all amenities. The management put an effort to provide excellent internet connection and great Wi-Fi coverage with roaming. The lobby with a fireplace is very cozy — cup of coffee there after a long walk is refreshing. I will definitely come back. Cheers!
