It is located very quiet but very central. Tram just 3 minutes walk away! Very convenient! Rooms are small but totally renovated! Floor heating in bathroom… airco in room!
I had a nice stay!

Nice, clean and modern! No complaints. Random cat at reception if you have allergies!

On our first day, the cleaner stole 150 euro from our room! we reported at the reception and they said they will investigate. After 5 days that we are trying to get an answer, they said that they asked the cleaner and she said she didn't take it, and we can go to the police. That's after the hotel manager told us they take full responsibility. We will never go back to this hotel and recommend you to do the same.

Comfortable and affordable hotel right near many of the thinks you will want to see and excellent local transportation. Hosts are welcoming and the breakfast is well worth the price.

Amazing hotel, it's very clean, cozy and quiet I really liked it you feel very comfortable here. The only thing is that the rooms are small a little bit but still you can live in it I liked this place and sure it will be my first choice in next visits.

We went there for 4 nights in December 2017. The interior and healthiness of the hotel is good and it is what you pay for. The staff are friendly, the place is comfortable. The location is nice, it’s easy to get to dam square and anywhere through the Tram. We would go there again, try to book a GF room if you want to go out and smoke.

Small rooms, but competitive price. Great location, and service. Showers and ammenities were great. Room cleaning and restocking is a bit slow. Never really got fresh towels, toilet paper, or coffee refills. As far as the 'no late check-out' comment below, well it's just inaccurate. Just did it today for 10 EU and hour.

Good location, close to museums, nice staff and small but pretty room. By cons room service Super bad: The rooms are barely made (sheets just pulled, cushions barely handed) The bathroom not made the first day, no refill of shampoo or shower gel, OK on the second day but no more towels nor Floor mats just the bath towels (it's better than nothing) short I advise especially when you pay + €200 at night!

We had a great experience when visiting the Hotel Inner for 2 nights. Room was clean and a good size, good range of amenities. Located a 5-7min walk from Leidseplein which has a great range of bars and restaurants.

Rooms are normal, on 3/4 of the king size bed rooms, there is a capsule coffee maker in the room.

3 blocks from the Van Gogh Museum. In a beautiful area!. The breakfast was very nice. 2 Streets we took tram 5, which left us everywhere. There also passes the bus that goes to Schiphol. The 397. Recommended!.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. I loved it. I had the best impressions. The room is modern and clean, the bed is very confortable and the location is great. I recommend.

The room was very comfortable, perfect for the end of a month of travelling. The staff were fantastic, very helpful with any requests. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast was great.

Modern hotel with style, clean and friendly service at all times. With a biffet breakfast. Keep suitcases in case you leave Amsterdam late at no cost. Next to the esplanade of the museums of Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum. A 18 ' tram to the Centraal station. Highly recommended.

The rooms were not too clean, with old and tired sheets and decor. The rooms are good for sharers with two single beds in slightly separated areas of an extremely small room.

I've been staying here for 3 days now. The staff is really friendly. Rooms are clean. Equipped with coffee maker, clean towels and basic stuff. Hotel has luggage room. Also the location is very convenient. Tram stations are of walking distance. And there are plenty of restaurants and cafe's around.

Surprisingly new and renovated, everything clean and tidy with a excellent location. The staff could be more cheerful though.

Good city hotel with minimum comfort but good location.

This very good receptionist very well the two guys not to be a lady who have ayi who does not care to solve doubts to customers the previous day a colleague of that lady, very friendly the guy, we provided one booklet to ask for dinner and when we went talk C On the lady, we ask what we want but we look for life that she that information does not give us, so after searching the internet and everything that had kedaa far and rain, we were 4 guests of the hotel without dinner. Lousy the attention of that lady if not for the attention of that Lady would give a 10 to all breakfast, room, cleanliness.

I made a reservation that I was cancelled because the card was not valid. I wrote by mail to know if I could recover the reservation giving Otta card, I replied that if. Send the data and never answered. The next day I write again and respond simply that the reservation had been cancelled. Very unkind. I am left without lodging days prior to travel.

Absolutely lovely hotel — we could not have wished for a better base for our adventures in Amsterdam! Hotel was almost finished being refurbished and I was little worried about the noise, but all for nothing! Perfect location, 1 minute walk from the Museum Square, room was quiet and comfortable and — the piece de resistance — there was a coffee machine in the room with coffee pods included! Will definitely be back here & will recommend to all my friends!

The room is very clean and the bathroom is very nice. Breakfast paid aside, good and plentiful, the only gripe is that no one speaks Italian.

Recently renovated. New furnishings and everything working. Friendly and efficient receptionist. Very good location in great neighborhood. Poor cleaning room service, in three days never past vacuum cleaner from carpet, you are limited to pull up the duvet without tidy the bed. In the bathroom just replacing towels.

The hotel has a really super long and the value for money was also quite good! You also have a great connection with the public transport. Everything in Eim a super hotel! Like to come back.

Very good hotel. Excellent attention. Comfortable rooms (small like everything in Amsterdam) clean. Very nice bathroom. It has a bicycle rental service. Breakfast expensive (10 euros x person) but hey. It is close to the main park of the city (very nice) and the two main museums. But away from the center. But like a bike ride or a little walk. We didn't use the tram, but they happen all the time.

Hotel in a beautiful location, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located in the Museum district. It takes about 3 minutes to get to the tram. From there about 20 min to Central station. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean.

Totally renewed and good location. My friends and I had a really good experience there. Comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, good views and we had in the room a nespresso machine with some free capsules. Staff was very kind. We enjoyed it a lot.

Staff very friendly, lift in hotel made easy access for floors, hotels that are stairs only, aren't my friend. Rooms very clean, coffee machines in each room are a nice touch. Wi-Fi fine on top floor (4th I think). Nice location, bit of a walk into town but once you've experienced the 'culture', you don't notice. VondelPark close by (5 minute walk), lovely at night as the locals come here too, more than happy to chat with everyone. Overall very laid back!

Great hotel, will eventually be a very classy, modern looking hotel. However the building is currently undergoing renovations and all hotel areas except the rooms themselves are an absolute building site. The main door to the rooms is insecure and dust is everywhere. However, still a 4* rating due to the obviously quality of this work. The rooms are all completed and refurbished to a very high standard. All fixtures and fittings are brand new, the rooms are well equipped with TVs, lights, coffee machine, iron and phone to reception. Room was clean but again due to dust, I'd recommend taking extra towels or some wet wipes!

The hotel had a short circuit and we were without hotel, bad assistance. I recommend it to anyone.

Neither the best nor the worst…
I expected the worst when reading the reviews, when I arrived the reception and the elevator look bad, old, sloppy, dirty… but you get to the room and it's clean, acceptable.
However, the towels look old and there are cushions instead of pillows, the beds are comfortable.
The rooms clean them, but they are old and sloppy.
5 minutes or less walk from the museum square.
If you're going to use it just to go to sleep and nothing else is fine, if you plan to spend more time at the hotel look for another one.

The worst place I've ever been
I stayed 5 days in the inner hotel for a holiday with friends
The area in which it is located is quiet and quite central (walking distance from Museumplein) and close to the bus stop
The "room" in which I was supposed to be a room for six instead we found ourselves in a closet of not even 20m ²
The room falls apart and is hot, rundown, filthy and stinky
The services are non-existent
Sheets are not changed for years
The staff are surly and distrustful

The staff were very friendly but despite this there are negative aspects in the hostel, like the fact that the Wi-Fi does not take in the rooms or the fact that none of the safes in the rooms is working…
I recommend it for its location close to all the museums and the city center, but only if you intend to spend a fiber week or anyway a few days.

Donot! (PROHIBITIVE for couples or family)
If you're alone, you need a strategic place to move, don't you worry about the concept of cleaning, hygiene, so you adapt to anything to be enslaved ok! Go ahead! Otherwise avoid because you'll be quite disappointed there is nothing left to give a good rating.

They stole money from the room!
Stay in a double room with bathroom. Very dirty and noisy. But the final surprise is that someone, I think staff, stole the money I had left in the room.

Do not come here. I was raped by bed bugs. I had around 50 bites on my neck and chin. 77 on one arm. Around 60ish on my legs. Some on back. I had to cover myself head to toe to cover my embarassing polkadots. It ruined my two week vacation and it followed me back to my country.

A very expensive site, for what it is. 30 euros per night per person for this service is theft.
People everywhere, unpleasant staff, seems that they want to get rid of instead of helping.
We were 2 girls, the room that we had was shared with 8 people (mixed), instead of giving us two bunk below or above 2 together gave us a bunk bed, and it turns out that the bunk bed's side was completely stuck, so had to sleep stuck 2 strangers, quite uncomfortable. In addition to the top bunk that we had had no or stairs, so a short person like me, could not climb. Most stairs were missing.
In general the atmosphere of the site didn't like us, entry stank to shit, and the hotel was horrible.
I was even feeling of insecurity, with so many people.
It would not repeat ever.

Very good for a hostel with 2 stars. That's the best way to know new people and to make friends. The beds are ok and everyday they change the towels and do the cleaning. That's not amazing, but for the price is the best you can find in the city.

Don't stay there! Pass by! You will not regret.
