Hotel with basic services, reception people very friendly and attentive, the cleaning service not very good, the bathroom super small and the water was running out, it could be cleaner with easy access to the center, a good option for those looking only for the super basic!

Good service and reception ladies they gave warm welcome.

Disgusting hotel filled with bedbugs sheets even not washed of the bug of partou I DO NOT TOU NEW CENTURY HOTEL CEST OF THE PEOPLE THAT RESPECT MEME NOT THE CLIENT FOR A CHAMBRE COMME SA FOR THE PRICE SURTOU!

In 2019 we still pay for rooms at 120 euros with a bed filled with PUNAISES.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfasts were good value for money. The hotel is far from the centre of Amsterdam. But it is quiet in the evening. Trams to the centre are easily accessible.

Great hotel if you want to stay out of the city and commute in. Tram stop literally 5 min walk. Well presented hotel, clean. Breakfast buffet good selection. Only trouble right next to McDonald's drive through which can get a bit noisy which young people in the evenings if the windows are open.

Nice clean hotel near the airport. Friendly helpful staff. Despite its not so very interesting location (there’s nothing to see nearby) I ould recommend the place.

I had to go downstairs because they only gave us half a roll of toilet paper. The next day they didn't clean our room nor did they change our towels. And when we were leaving we found a bag with what appeared to be used condoms behind the toilet. Besides that, everything was fine.

Staff are friendly and helpful. You can get to the city and airport via bus or tram with a 5-minute walk! The room and facilities are clean and with its reasonable price you do get what you pay for. The only drawback of this hotel is some rooms have windows which cannot be opened installed, and there is no air-conditioning at all. It is very hot when you go in summer. But the staff told us theybare now installing air-con, so hope things can improve soon.

Too basic for what they charge. Not family friendly. No air conditioner, front desk staff could not provide fan really appalling. Bathroom prone to flooding. Extremely poor design. Small rooms but okay for adult travelling alone. Even hotel staff recommended Park Plaza Hotel which is 10 minutes walk as a cheaper and better alternative.

Excellent room and very comfortable bed, free parking, friendly staff, had a nice stay!

Free flowing hot drinks… arrived there earlier and were lucky to be able to check in. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to a tram station.

A nice hotel on the edge of Amsterdam but next to a tram stop so easy to get into the city centre. Rooms are just about big enough but everywhere was clean and tidy. Breakfast was was good for a continental style offering.

More than an hour for our food! All the other tables were served before us and they came half an hour after us. And they blamed it on the half porc we ordered the day before, but that has nothing to do with all the steamed dimsum we ordered and we didn't receive! When we got the bill they billed us all the stuff that we didn't get AND they billed the half porc 5€ more than they told us at the phone the day before, 90€ instead of 85€. Instead of offering us something they overbilled! Off course we complained twice about the bill and they wanted to investigate who picked up the phone at the reservation. Ridiculous. We'll never come to this place again.

I canceled a reservation next to the hotel and even then the hotel debited the card, I am trying to contact the hotel for 10 days and no one answers!

Top hotel, staff excellent. Very helpful. Restaurant very nice. Food very tasty And good value for money… loving my holiday in Amsterdam.
