I would like to begin by saying, the staff here is great, helpful and friendly. It’s located in a great area, with lots of shops with easy access to excellent public transportation to the central city and the airport. This is my second trip to Amsterdam and when I come again this is where I’ll stay. I’ll also recommend it highly to family and friends.

Great hotel with friendly & helpfull staff. Reason to return. This was our second stay in citiez hotel. Quick & easy travel to AMS city center by tram. Parking service is wel organized by the hotel aswell. Big thanks to Jean-Paul for organizing all & making our stay as comfortable as posible.

Amazing staff (the girl with the septum piercing was so chill, funny and kind! ♥️) and even if the room is so small I found it so cute and practical — plus it was very clean. Dam square is like 30 mins away (the stop is in front of the hotel) but if you don’t want to go there every day, the position of the hotel is beautiful: a lot of stores, restaurants, a coffee shop (Sensimillia) and even a lot of gyms. 5 minutes and there is a beautiful view of a canal and you can walk and eat by it. Definitely if I come back I will stay here again.

Nice hotel with good public transport links (the tram stop is literally outside the hotel) The hotel was quiet and clean and the decor is very modern and colourful. Each room is named after a different city around the world which I thought was quite quirky. The 24 hour shop in the reception area is great too.

Welcoming, clean and easy hotel. Nice and helpful staff and a decent breakfast buffet. We had everything we needed for a holiday in Amsterdam. The city center is pretty far away, but with the tram leaving right outside that's not a problem. Very happy with our stay!

Would give 5 stars if you're comparing other small hotels. Clean and cosy. Stay there only for a night but it was pleasant. Staff were really friendly.

Nice little hotel to stay. Everything is pretty modern and is designed well. Just the location isn’t the best. It took us 45 mins to get to the city center.

We simply loved our experience here. Very friendly staff, well maintained rooms and a great treatment. They gifted us a bottle of wine, chips and chocolates when they heard we came there on our first trip after marriage. The staff helped us with local travel and services as well. Smaller rooms and a little far away from the central, but otherwise. A brilliant place to stay.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights with my partner and it was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We arrived at about 10:30 am and our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t have been ready till 3. We were both absolutely shattered as we had been up since 1:30am. The lady behind the desk ask the cleaning staff if they could do our room first so we could go in and sleep, which they did and we were so grateful. Beds were so so comfortable, best night sleep for a long time. Room are small and compact but that wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time in the room, although it had everything that was needed. They breakfast was great, very fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotels location was fabulous for us as the tram into the city centre was right down the road and in the opposite direction there was a few shops and a huge supermarket! The square itself where the hotel is located is lovely with a good selection of shops, nice and busy but still very quiet and cozy. We will definitely be returning in the future! Stayed here for our visit in Amsterdam in December. The staff are friendly and service is great! Citiez hotel is a bit out of central Amsterdam but there's a direct tram downtown and the airport is really close! There's a cheap public bus that you can take to the airport and it's only about 15 minutes away. The hotel beds were comfortable and the all-night café at the reception was a life saver when we arrived late on the first evening. Great price for 5 nights, would love to stay here again!

The rooms are small but extremely modern and cared for in detail. Average breakfast. The hotel is in a decentralized area so in the evening there are no attractions nearby. I do not recommend to entrust you to the taxi service of the hotel, much more reliable, fast and cheap to call in autonomy. For the rest absolutely to recommend.

Cheap, clean, quite modern but seehr small rooms. Approx. 35 min by tram to Centrum. Good for sleeping and breakfast. No more, but also no less.

Recommended to stay on a few day visit to Amsterdam. Very clean, quiet, away from the center but with good public transportation next door that takes you to the sights in 20-25 minutes. Communication with the airport without problems by train and tram. Good choice.

Excellent location There are plenty of shops and what this restored! The tram is right next to Lhotel at 1 min by dragging the foot! The hotel is clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The staff is discreet and attentive to you. There is a free baggage locker waiting for the room to be ready. Tram number 17 is right next door. Honestly it is between 20 and 30 min Depending on the chosen stop. The terminus being the central station. The night buses will drop you in front of the hotel at the same stop as the tram… so no need for taxi elecampane to tell you that the transport pass is indispensable and widely amortized! On the other hand, I do not put the 5 stars for 2 things: In the bathroom, they should install a real storage cabinet instead of a ladder as a towel door! And a full-footed mirror in the entrance would not be luxury… except that nothing to report!

Very small rooms. Some have no windows, but they are not much good anyway. Everything is pretty simple. Staff was kind, helpful, but not profecient. They messed up our booking twice even though we spent half an our on the first evening to help them figure it out. At least the Wi-Fi is not fast but pretty stable.

Clean, but really tiny room. Good for 1 to 2 people who only needs a place to sleep. Convenience to reach here by Tram17.

The hotel is 30 minutes from the center by tram. The room was very quiet and the breakfast buffet, which in our case was included with the room, spectacular. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just stayed here for 5 nights. Very clean, compact rooms. Wi-Fi alone earns 5stars. Didn't have breakfast but had coffee which was fabulous. They sell transport cards there and there are 2 close by tram stops to get to the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great shopping centre with a nice few shops, cafes, cosmetic stores & supermarkets l. I would highly recommend.

We are in this hotel again and again, as we find it comfortable, new and modern and especially (which is not commonplace in Amsterdam) clean. You can go around international food and you have good public connection to the city. The staff is polite and helpful. We always like to come back!

First of all, like the concept of combining 24hr reception with a cafe. It is so nice when you are craving a beer in the middle of night and you can just get one downstairs. The room was compacted but nice. Only thing that bothers me is that the sink is too small thus I got water everywhere every time I use the tab. The location is nice as well. Sitting in a large shopping center and you various ways to get to Amsterdam centraal.

Very friendly staff-no problem took the lost company luggage, always went to meet. At the entrance was a compliment in the form of a pair of bottles of Hajnekena and water. The rooms are nice. There was a safe and a hairdryer, shower accessories. Convenient location-to the center about 20 minutes by tram 1 or 17, the airport and the station in the North runs 69 bus.

The Hotel is very small and the rooms are comfortable.

Very nice tiny rooms but very nice breakfast abundant continental staff very polite and polite.

Everything was very modern and clean. Next to the tram to go downtown, supermarkets, and some things to eat nearby. Highly recommended.

Very nice place. Surrounded by local stores like foods, toys, cosmetics and clothes. Rooms is small but very clean and tidy, I think it’s enough for two. Overall it’s reccomended.

Excellent hotel 20 minutes from Amsterdam and perfectly communicated with the centre and the airport. You have two tram stops 50 metres from the hotel that takes you to central Amsterdam in 20 minutes and is perfect for getting to and from the airport because the bus passes 100 metres away. We went on Monday to the airport at 5:30 in bus. Inside is very cool. With room for names of cities in the world. The rooms are small but have everything you need to rest and take a shower after touring the city. Breakfast is a must because it is great. Great variety of products to start the day with strength. The workers very nice people helping you at all times. You can also grab the tickets for the tram for the days you're in Amsterdam. I recommend it 100%.

Rooms were small (as advertised) but perfect for a short stay, they were really nicely decorated and arranged. Staff in the cafe downstairs were lovely.

Stayed here for the night before my flight. Quite area of Amsterdam. Rooms were small, but clean. Bed was very comfortable and staff was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Good except that the entrance is not very well indicated, hotel Niquel with great reception, room a bit expensive but remains correct for Amsterdam.

I am very pleased with the Hotel. It is very suited for couples and the people working here are nice and helpful. Great Breakfast for it's price and all-in-all a great experience. Hotel is not in the center of Amsterdam but Tram is closeby and we didn't mind the 30 min tram ride to the center. I would have given it 5 stars, however the rooms are quite compact. If the rooms were a bit more spacious I would have given this hotel a 5 star rating. edit: I forgot to mention that we were in the "Smart Double Room"

Clean and well served by the means, it is in a quiet area and outside the centre of Amsterdam. The rooms are small (as by description in their site) but well researched. For a week of travel and using only to sleep is a great hotel.

Colourful, brand new and clean. For those who travel by bike you can reach the centre in 10 minutes. Recommended Absolutely!

Rooms (indeed everything actually) exactly as advertised and excellent staff all around. Cafe is a great bonus being 24/7 and the hotel itself is very well connected to the airport and the rest of the city via public transport, as well as there being plenty of shops and food nearby. The buffet breakfast is also excellent with a good variety of tasty bits and pieces. Would recommend.

The hotel is just what was needed for our weekend trip. Our rooms where very small but very well thought out and actually a little clever. Number 17 Tram 25-50 yards from the hotel is all you need to reach Amsterdam Centraal in approximately 30 minutes. Even stops by Ann Franks house. Only criticism, no bins in the main room, just a sanitary bin in the toilet. Not a massive issue but would make the place even more convenient.

We had booked the larger room and were very satisfied. It was clean, quiet and had comfortable beds. There is a point deduction for the fact that the bathroom is only separated by a glass door from the sleeping room, and this doesn't really satisfy the purpose of a door. It's just a point of view is more protective. So you have no privacy, if you're two in the room. In the morning, was missing at Breakfast the tea. Gnerell I would not recommend the Breakfast, since it is simply too expensive for what is offered.

Great hotel right next to the tram station straight to centrall, nice rooms and lovely staff on reception and a good quality continental breakfast.

Cosy accommodation, lots of shops and cafes nearby.

I think this is one of the greatest hotel in Amsterdam. It is not that far to Amsterdam Centraal (15min. By tram) and you can reach all the Important destinations really quick. We checked in two times already and it felt like you are in your own home. Rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast is always fresh and diverse

Quiet hotel about 35 minutes from Amsterdam Central, easy to get to using one tram (17). Decent breakfast, small buffet. Friendly staff, good English and helpful. Cool little rooms, if all you need is a place to sleep and wash its perfect.

Great place to stay, away from the busy Amsterdam, however easily reachable by tram 17. Everything is great except for too small rooms. Feels like you are living in a boat cabin. The room is as wide as the bed, however the design is space saving with bag storage under the bed and generally cozy.

Room are a little small, but it's a very nice place. Plus there's a cafe there too, which is nice for a quick pick-up if you need to grab anything. Also, you can get service in both Dutch and English.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Location is amazing (away from the buzz of city centre). Tram station 2min away which directly connects to centre and amsterdam central station. 24*7 cafe is a great benefit also.

The staff are nice but the rooms are way too small and there wasn't even a bottle of water and it was not cheap to buy at the reception either. The park nearby. Is nice for a walk or bike ride but that's the only good side besides the tranquility it is not much of a hotel to be honest, just a standard accommodation.

I loved the hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel is a bit far from downtown but there is a lot of transport nearby, and the airport is close too. There are many shops in the neighborhood, and places to eat and a mini Plazita outside the hotel. It's close to a mini lake too. The hotel was very modern and very clean, the rooms were a little small but they are fine. They were very clean too. Gay friendly too, we loved that! We recommend it!

If you don't mind a bit of a 20 minute-ish commute, this is a decent place to stay at. Away from the city so you will have to take the trams to get to places but that's cool. Clean, pod-style hotels, friendly folks, they have a 24hr cafe so that helps. Very budget.

It location is a bit far but can take the tram into the city. Rooms are a decent size. Havnt ordered room service.

Booked a room at this hotel for me and my girlfriend.
The way from the airport to the hotel was really easy, because they had a good description on their internet page. We arrived in the hotel and got our key card for the room at the reception. It was a small, cozy room with a bath sink right beside the door, a comfortable bed, flat TV and a very clean and modern bath.
The breakfast for 10€ p. P. Was very delicious and varied so everyone could find something to start the day right.
The hotel is located in Osdorp a district in Amsterdam Nieuw West near the Sloterpark. Around the hotel were many Shops like Douglas, Mc Donalds, H&M, Etos and a really big supermarket. Right around the corner the tram 17 brought us right into the city centre within 25-30 minutes.
The staff was very friendly, complaisant and open for every problem or question. We had a "broken" lamp beside our bed that wasn't really fixed on the wall, so I said it to the staff at the reception and when we came back in the evening it was already fixed.
All in all we made the right decision to book a room in this hotel and we can definitely recommend it.

Beautiful, modern Hotel. The Service is very friendly and the cleanliness is OK. Is recommended for a short trip! A good location, with shopping and with the Tram you get easy in the City. Park house is also in order, only German cars should Park in the vicinity of the cameras, otherwise, top satisfied. Would definitely book the Hotel again.

The hotel is conveniently located. So don't be quiet! Breakfast is good but the breakfast room is way too small. Got a youth hostel. Sink in the room. Is rather unusual.

The service, the price, the location. All excellent.

Don't expect a mega hotel only the first floor is the acknowledged
Breakfast small and narrow and only one coffee machine there is a queue at peak hours
Room small but the worst of it is that there is no closet so the business will remain in the suitcase
Otherwise tram a few metres and brings you to the centre of Amsterdam in 20 minutes.

The hotel is new has all the services, this far from the center of Ambsterdam however to 100 meters is the tram stop that takes you to the city center. The rooms we were touched on are very small.

Location just outside but very good connections. In front of the hotel small market place and all other shops directly in the immediate environment available.

The hotel is modern and well located but the room was cold especially the bed by being next to the window.
