Fab central place. Staff super helpful. Great trip.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. We were with a baby and got a special amenities kit for her, and even a present doll, amazing! Rooms are a bit outdated and Wi-Fi was slow to non-working throughout the entire stay, which is a serious problem.

Breakfast is very tasty with an excellent view to the city center. Room is clean. Service is super polite, I recommend.

We stayed in July 2018. Excellent location. The hotel is walking distance to all the tourist places in the city. There are many restaurants nearby. The tram station is right at the door of the hotel and two lines go to the central station. The rooms size is good and they are well maintained. The service of the staff is very good.

Awesome location. Very lively. In very much center. Tram st is just out side hotel. Right on rambrant square n close to dam swuare n central st. Most recommended. Staff is also helpful n excellent.

Very noisy Hotel, surrounded by locals with very loud music until the early morning. They don't give you other room change options. Not recommended.

Fab staff in a great lively part of the city, tram stop outside, everywhere is a short walk from here and amazing lively restaurants opposite.

Very good location and good service. The rooms are fine but but there are differences between them (more or less modern/better) the bathroom a bit outdated. Good value for money. Very friendly staff. Connection with the rest of Amsterdam very good (Central station, Plaza Dan, Ritzmuseum, van Gogh Museum, etc. 15 mins to all places) very close to the flower market. Rembrandtplein very good area, very popular and with a lot of atmosphere.

Stayed here in March. Doesn't justify the high price. Average hotel. Very centrally located, which probably explains the high price. Staff at reception friendly.

Good location. The quality of the room (supposedly superior room) is not bad but away from a 4 *. Maybe a 3 * higher. Windows without acoustic isolation so if your room overlooks the street and cost you sleep prepaeate not to stick eye. Also without shutters, but something common outside of Spain. Good breakfast. I do not like the €50 that they charge of bail when entering. Bad detail.

Even now after tow weeks I call to the hotel becuse I forgat somthing on the safe. She do the best she can to help us an it is not obiestly. Thank you lisa you are spesial! I recomended.

Very central, you can reach everything very quickly by walking or by tram. Nice room, the reception always helped us. I recommend it!

Good service for the staff. Attentive and decisive. However, it is inadvisable to assign the rooms that overlook the inner courtyard and the subsequent ones, the noises from motor vibrations and evacuation conduits ensure an uncertain night rest. Take note at NH, outdated hotel at high prices.

Only attended a meeting here. Noisy room. There was a door that led into back of house staff area and we could hear them. Door of our room locked when leaving for the toilet and we didn't receive a key to open it. No staff on meeting floor. Very mediocre.

Hotel room was great. Be prepared for the noise at night from Rembrandt Square. There's a reason they include ear plugs on your bedside table.

The location is superb! Right before the hotel you can reach Rembrandtplein within seconds, and there is where you can take trams into the shopping district of Dam Square. The room is slightly larger than the hotels around it, and the breakfast is really tasty.

It wasn't what we expected from a 4* hotel. It was very basic, clean, but no frills. I got the room at a deal price; but even if I had again I wouldn't go back.

Nice hotel in a great location. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is wonderful. Room was clean, but could not figure out the air conditioning controls.

Very clean, great staff help, and close to restaurants and good smoke shops. Also located near a starbucks for powerful coffee! At night its pretty live with the fun of the square but not noisy enough to disturb your sleep, was a great stay!

Really disappointed by the attitude of the receptionists, racist and arrogant on the day of our arrival, they believed that our credit card was I do not know what kind of scam we pull on the bench with a dry "It doesn't work", only to discover that he had the terminal off; while on the day of departure sends us behind a waiter to tell us, just as dryly, "you have to pay breakfasts", except to verify that they were included in the package, paid in advance. Two different operators, the same arrogance and the same awkward apology. Our only fault, to be young and, especially, Italian. Is the past few years, I hope that things have changed.

Good views from the sixth floor to the Dam square and its attractions. Excellent breakfast.

Very central and the room is spacious, there is room service until 23:00. Wiffi free.

Visit this hotel with friends 3ma very good location and we spent a few days great! It is on the Rembrandt square which is very nice by night! And very close to the tram stop 12 as well as walking to places of importance
