Good value for money. For the price one did not expect better or worse.

Totaly disgusted leek in room we full tonight will move u tommrrow never happened damp room and dirty bathroom certainly not worth £230 for 2 nights will be putting a complaint in.

The location of the hotel is great and the staff is pretty welcoming as well. However, the hotel is very old and it seems like they are not cleaning the rooms very well as I had stained sheets and a solid layer of dust on my bedside table.

Very good service Sure if I return riprenoto here.

TV didn't work, bedside lamp was broken with exposed wires, and the value wasn't great for a room without a bathroom.

Dirty, cold, noisy, small and very overpriced. Can't recommend it.

This so called hotel just takes your money from you won't even listen to you. Tried to reserve a hotel but instead it took the full amount out of my bank account I called them up to explain yet they don't won't to listen to me they just want to keep the money and keep smiling, horrible attitude no respect or feelings to the customers if there was a way we can work around this situation I'd be happy to but they don't wanna talk they would just take your money and won't explain I'm 18 years old and feel confused and so upset. Would not stay here or speak to them.

Nice staff, location is good but the value for money is not good. Cleanliness is to be reviewed.

Fro a lot of noise and very expensive paid value for money… The tin has more than 2 euros to the only beverage distributor.

Very convenient location, honest * *. No frills. Beautiful view from the windows of the museum.

The hotel is in a good location only a few minutes walk to the bars and about 10 minutes away from red light district and attractions. We opted for a double bedroom and shared bathroom facilities. The bedroom was ok. The bed was very 'bobbily' and didn't feel very clean. The bathroom was awful. It smelt damp and rotten and the light didn't work, so if you needed to use it at night you had to go in the dark. The staff were friendly but not very helpful. Wouldn't stay again.

The worst hotel where ever was, dirty with flying cables and with exorbitant prices for the rooms (if s rooms can call) the photos on the finger then do not reflect the reality, to avoid absolutely.

Small rooms, high ceilings, scaffolding is view from the window, no cleaner in the rooms, the sheets don't stay on the bed, TV is rubbish at is above the bathroom door so really high up. Also me and my partner were bitten the 1st night.

Need walk along the narrow upstairs. No lift. F. Really inconvenient to take the luggage. The shower is suck. Not very recommend.

Beautiful facade and setting up unfortunately very very dirty, it is not at all geputz.

Good position in the city is advatage. Just few meters from hotel you can rent a bike. There is a lot of places around, where you can eat and just few meters from hotel is tram stop. Dogs are for payment allowed. You can go for a walk to Vondelpark. Room comfort is good. — 1 star is for small rooms and very steep stairs. If you have more than one luggage you will need a lot of power.
