We really liked our trip with the eChoppers. You "learn" to drive very quickly and it's great fun. Afterwards we were eating at the Maashof: very tasty, top service, friendly and cheerful staff. Thank you for the nice day!

Nice hotel, good kitchen but inexperienced restaurant staff. Wrong orders, poor timing and other problems.

Hotel in itself is ok. Beds good, breakfast ok and Wi-Fi ok. Missed opportunity to not install aircon in most rooms. Room window restricted in opening so that did not help either, it would also impede exit in case of fire. Also weird, if not blatantly dangerous, to have open electricity sockets mounted in the shower area. Hotel would have got much higher rating if health and safety issues were addressed and had aircon in all rooms.

Very comfortable easy to reach hotel, well-maintained restaurant and well-served dishes, clean and very comfortable rooms, very nice and relaxing garden and pond view, too bad the lack of air conditioning, this lack on the night of 07/08/2018 when I stayed made the night unrejuvenating and unpleasant. Breakfast included in the curated and varied price. I recommend staying at this property or even for a passing dinner (in the evening the pond is lit up and is very nice)

Room was very good, beds are a bit hard. Restaurant team is friendly, dinner was not up to the price, breakfast was overall good. Would do it again.

Very nice hotel tucked away on the outsides of Venlo. The hotel has nice modern rooms and a nice restaurant/bar area with outdoor space next to a little lake. The surrounding countryside is ideal for a leisurely stroll or an early morning jog.

Fabulous garden and huge rooms. I would have liked some tea-making facilities, though.

An affordable hotel with good transport links.
The rooms are modern and functional. If you have a problem with basement rooms, you should indicate this at the Reservation.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The menu is clear, the food tasty, but slightly expensive.

A good hotel with small weaknesses The hotel is conveniently located in Venlo, quiet, modernly furnished. The staff is very friendly, the rooms clean. Breakfast could be more varied.
In the beautiful large room is missing a closet, there are only a few shelves. There was also a lack of storage facilities in the beautiful bathroom. Space would be enough.

Nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. I had a really dinner, except for the dessert.

We were only one night (Easter 2018) there and that was also enough: the rooms are downstairs and at night it was on the floor over there until 1 o'clock at night so noisy that we thought the organise a move (continuous pushing, rattling, knocking).
In the morning at 7 o'clock there is further.
We are looking for a different way of rest and relaxation.
Moreover, the rooms are not exactly clean: lime in the bathroom, animal hair on the floor, dust.
Also the rooms are very small. The photos looked very different.
Last but not least we found the breakfast not very tasty and also the offer was rather small.
Overall we are disappointed (also for the price). For 135, — the night we slept much better and breakfast.

Nice hotel with lively furnished rooms and a nice view of the pretty quiet park area. Friendly staff and a nice little restaurant with lovingly prepared food and a varied breakfast buffet. The bottom line is a really good hotel, as I have not experienced for a long time.

Really enjoyed my stay last night. The room spotless, and very modern, as was the rest of the hotel. The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely return as well as recommend.

Even though the stay was quite short I am completely satisfied. Since I travelled after midnight and left in the morning I can say little to the restaurant. The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. Couldn't find anything negative in the room. Positive for me, was that on the TV the connections at the rear were easily accessible (use a Sharon Smith stick on the way) and the WLAN has provided a sufficient bandwidth. The breakfast was not outstanding from the selection but adequate and the things that were there were of good quality.
The overall décor of the hotel was stylish and appropriate to the surroundings. The area is quaint and the view from the Terassenfenstern is really nice.
As for the point of friendliness and service, I am completely satisfied. Checkin around just after midnight was just as possible as the quick and easy checkout in the morning. I can recommend the hotel without restriction.

Nice rooms, food was good. Service was to Dutch standards (very, very slow). Still, a recommended hotel for the rooms and friendly staff.

We did the bbq and archery. The archery could have been made a bit lively with other targets. The bbq had enough food for all of us. Red wine was excellent.

Beautiful location, peaceful evenings, stunning buildings and the rooms are made from dreams. The food is as amazing as the staff, all pleasant and friendly. The whole hotel is immaculate, not a single thing out of place. Another gem of Holland.

The rooms are very clean and has a beautiful view plus terrace.

Awesome rooms, breakfast is ok. Only they were renovating some rooms next to us and there was an awful noise disturbance and the fact that the workmen continuesly walked right in front of our room, depriving our privacy. After complaining we got a room further down the hall. But that didn't help. No further compensation was offered. For 100 euro pro night I expected more. Regrettably…

A very nice, clean and modern hotel. The food is very good and the staff friendly.
In the summer it is quite warm in some rooms, because you can tilt the window slightly.

Good fish, good atmosphere, nice views. Visited here for dinner. Service was good and the atmosphere was great. Entrees were reasonable, dessert was no more than okay. The star was the main course. The hotel started out around a trout fishing organisation and grew quickly. This definitely also shows in the main courses, the best choice by far is a trout main. Good quality for the price, but there is definitely better out there.

Perfect place to eat, drink, relax and sleep after a day's ride!

Went for an archery team building event. Was well-organized, a lot of fun, had a lot of laughs.

I was there in 2012; excelent hotel, nice staff and great places.
