Nice food and friendly staff.

I’ve stay on this hotel for 17 days. Hotel staff are great, very accomodating and friendly. Service of food is good and on time. Rated as a 4-5 star hotel.

Very bad… this hotel allows illegal activities on their premisses and even allow scammers to lure their guests into their trap.
Management of Wings Hotel is already informed about upcoming Events, but they just don't care that people (mostly elderly) get parted from their hard earned money and pension.
Stay away and maybe this hotel will realise that they are on the wrong path : (

Beautiful aurenthalt with bus that runs every 20 minutes you are in 20 minutes at the train station and in the city.

Very good size rooms. Perfect isolation and absolutely no disturbance from the airport very close by. Friendly staff. A lot of room for improvement in the kitchen…

Quite nice, but the aircraft noise is a bit unsightly. Breakfast was good and gym too.

Can't quite understand the many positive reviews. Location quite good, but to the market hall you still need almost 40 min by bus and train. Day tickets are available for 8€ per person at the reception and the bus (33) runs about every 10 min. Friendliness of the staff very different. From very positive at the reception to horrible in the restaurant. Had booked an offer for the food, which one apparently felt clearly. Unlike everyone else with the same offer, we did not receive bread for the appetizer. Choose only from 2 before — or main courses. Pommes which were recommended for our main meal were chargeable without notice (+3, 50€). Drinks for the high prices very high. Dessert only as a surprise to the chef received, no choice. For the price of the so-called offer and without any reference there is no choice regarding the food, but overall very disappointing and not recommended. Parking 9€ per day in your own car park. But what is not possible is this horrible, disgusting chemical smell in the bathroom, through which one hardly endures it and has to choke constantly. Remote control of the TV defective, so you have to get up again and again to switch. Overall, the cleanliness more than careless. In summary, not the worst stay, but also none that you can and should definitely recommend at this hotel.

Very helpful friendly staff. The business room's not at ALL bad. But ohmygod the food is absolutely lovely! Makes it all worth it.

We have chosen the hotel as accommodation during a weekend getaway. It really is a very nice, modern hotel with very nice staff! The room was great, the breakfast delicious and all the staff friendly and accommodating. As a small extra are soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms of Rituals. The parking costs of 8€ / night are absolutely reasonable, even the overnight stay was not expensive.
I can absolutely recommend the hotel and would come back.

A real experience of comfort and kindness of the staff. Their senior suite is great and the facilities and services in perfect agreement with the pleasant stay we have spent there.

I have had a very bad Experience at the Hotel Breakfast Area (BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE) where MY LAPTOP, Along with my Passport and other Valuables were Stolen. As per CC TV Footage the BAG was carried by unknown person, We have registered a police complaint, Hotel Empathized with us and called the police. Post which we were on our own… trying to get back to normalcy (Staying for 4 weeks at the same hotel as we do not have choice) I Do not see any security MEASURES or Communication taken up by the HOTEL post our incident. This Incident might happen with anyone else again. As per hotel we are responsible for our own goods, Fair enough… But I expect Hotel to atleast Alert us that we should not leave bag at the BREAKFAST TABLE AND WALK FOR even ABOUT 5 Meters to GET CoFFEE, in case we do then your baggage's might be stolen… best they will do is say"we feel bad for YOU"

Rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast was great and they have a decent selection of different meals for dinner.

Room was great, large rooms and clean shower and bathroom. No noise from airport. Bed extremely comfortable. Staff friendly and attentive. Buffet breakfast was OK, the cooked food wasn't great, satisfactory.

Fantastic hotel. No clue in cost, but the restaurant is great. Room is new and quiet.

I loved that the hotel is 10 steps away from the airport and also it has easy access to Rotterdam and The Hague. To store the luggage on the day of arrival and on the day of departure is free of charge for hotel guests. The atmosphere and the design at the hotel are comforting and stylish. The standard rooms are fairly large (the seperate bathroom and toilet, too. ). All the staff were lovely. Perfect value for money.

Relative new hotel (opened in 2015). Parking garage paid per night. Breakfast is OK, not overwhelming but good enough. Standard room is spacey and clean. Good hotel if you need to be near the airport but we used it to go to the NSJ 2016.

Walking distance from the airport. People who work there are really friendly and helpfull. And ate the best pancakes there.

Prima ruime kamers, de Wifi is in het hele hotel prima. Met de bus ben je een half uurtje in Rotterdam, kortom niets mis mee. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Over het geheel is het een aanrader!

Good gym. Very little airport noise although this hotel is right next to the terminal.

It's a New hotel with luxury rooms, restaurant and bar. Even got conference rooms, a skybar and a rooftop winebar with super views. On one side you are situated right above the tarmac. You really have a good view if you want to have a look at the planes. If you close the window you don't even hear them. Restaurant is great. Breakfast super. Nice staff and everything is really clean. Went here 2 times. If I need to stay in Rotterdam this will sure ben the place to stay.
