It is a beautiful resort where service is magnificent and the swimming pool is so suspedeous that anyone can enjoy by seeing tremendous environment and greenery. Hope you guys come here and have fun. It like dream come true which can described as Switzerland of ktm city.

😆This hotel is just so amazing 😻 10/10…I would always live to stay there, and the service there is outstanding. The food, the kindness and many others. Everyone should go visit there. It’s a perfect place for overnight too. It was so great to have there, I just love it😃😃

I was humiliated by one of their crew staff for using my camera at their place. I liked that place very much for their ambiance but now I would not prefer and recommend to anyone. Hospitality should be their main moto but they have sold that out. I was planning to book that place for my personal function hence went there to finalize. But it was worth they showed up what they actually are. Thanks.

Western food here in Grandnorling is the most delicious that I have felt. It is so yummy. We stayed here for 3 nights and had a fun time.
We always come here once or twice a year. Every time, our vacation has become a wonderful and delightful experience. Staffs here are all respecting and caring to us. We feel here as home.

We live in Nepal and wanted a short getaway from the noise of Kathmandu and Norling fully delivered. With modest prices, we were surprised to a find such a highly trained staff. The manager Rishi was dedicated to making sure we had a wonderful stay. Any small issue, he handled personally and right away. We loved our room, it was rustic and charming yet had a fully functional AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and hot showers in a clean bathroom. Our room was cleaned daily by the staff and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The wait staff was highly trained and very friendly. Also, do not be discouraged by the limited food menu. The executive chef at Norling worked and trained at one of Chef Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants and was very willing to cook custom meals upon request. We were continually surprised by how good the food was. We also had a blast at the pool every day. It is clean and well-maintained. Lastly, if you love animals, the sweetest Saint Bernard, Chihuahua, and German Shepherd roam the grounds with two cats. From the roof you can see giant herds of deer and monkeys roaming the golf course every sunset. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Norling.

I highly recommend this hotel, it’s the prefect place to spend your holidays near by Kathmandu! The food and service is excellent. I was here before a year but I found a huge difference in service and food. The staff is so kind I can’t thank them enough for the arrangement they did for us.

We had a really pleasant stay at the resort. Dinner was great and so was the breakfast. Swimming pool was awesome have lots of fun. All the rooms were clean and cosy. The manager and staff all were kind and friendly to us. I would recommend everyone to go Norling to relax and feel totally rejuvenated like we did! It felt like home away from home and away from noisy and crowded city area and it’s not even that far!
Me and my family came back feeling rejuvenated and with lots of memories there! ☺️

Very very bad manner. Unwelcoming behaviour n hospitality in service industry like this rated resort is not expected. Charging higher amount (1500) on used towel. Money based not service based industry…

Grand Norling Resort is nearest yet one of the best place to relax n take a break from our busy hustle n bustle life. Our family fully enjoyed in fresh n wonderful environment wid Good Food. Especially our kids jus loved swimming n everything around resort. Thank u for ur warm Hospitality Norling Resort team n esp. Mr. Rishi n making our stay so cozy n enjoyable once again great thank you grand norling resort.

Not a good experience. Unwelcoming hospitality in service industry is not expected in this high rated resorts. Slow or no response of staffs in any situation… And one more thing, u cannot drink and eat at room (as said by service people) makes every rating 0 for this renowned resort.

It was the great experience there for spending weekend for the first time with choice maker family. Hopefully we will be there as soon second time.

Rooms Are not clean and perfect, but environment is good. If you want family environment, and good service I don't suggest to go there but if you only for natural View and silence with budget travel you can choose this place.

Place is near from kathmandu. Its a nice a place to have short vacation with friends, family or colleague. You have nice view of gulf court. There is a swimming pool with up to 7 feet deep. You can play different types of game in a group.

Good place for get away from busy life. Resort with good facility and a well managed swimming facility. Must go just for swimming in hot summer.

Amazing place with indoor pets and spacious. The place is very peaceful but the food isn't as good as I expected.

The location is amazing, but the property definitely needs a big upgrade and maintenance. The team of staff is amazing and quite helpful. If the they could upgrade and maintain the place a little, it would be top notch.

It was a great weekend break for me and my wife in the resort. The property has spacious and garden and a swimming pool. I like the peaceful environment and blooming flowers. If you're seeking for a tranquility near main city (Kathmandu) than this is a right place. The suit room we stayed was excellent, however we're disappointed by the breakfast options, they're too limited. We're surprised to see flock of deers right in front of our window :)

This is a 3 star pet friendly property. Delighful experience of good food, cozy stay and warm hospitality. We had a very calm relaxing stay at this wonderful hotel. Fantastic bedroom with very spacious bathroom is a big plus. A large balcony offering splendid views of the golf course and nature reserve with daily sighting of monkeys and deer herds. Large clean swimming pool and large gardens with nice flowers, fish pond, etc. Very courteous staff. Excellent breakfast. Only negative is that it is a bit remote. Overall superb.

Only downside is that outside the hotel boundary the roads are not yet surfaced leading to dust and it is a bit remote.

Buffet dinner or lunch once the food is over it's over no refilling! We go hotels to have fun relax eat slowly but We can't eat fast to refill our plates if we eat fast we can refill but if we can't den it's over system in fooding guest is too low for fooding guest my review is — 1 but food is very tasty my problem is in buffet system every thing else was good.

Grand Norling Hotel`s Resort, service is excellent, they make all kinds of mouth watering cuisine, the Environment is positive, the friendly staffs and the ROOMS is a luxurious and very comfortable not far away from the city and airport, and a very luxurious sm. Pools, with a breathtaking garden and moutain view accompanied by some friendly jungle monkeys, and stags overlooking the beautiful gokarna forest from the room balcony, they almost cover every aspect of a Resort. Must say.

Had gone wt frends cool location for a environment friendly wt stags c/of deers and suprise was lots of monkeys wow shud ones visit especially on summers or new yr wt family had enjoyable moment in winters of 2010 new year.
