My room and the shared bathroom were spotless clean. The room was very spacious, cute and cozy. It was amazing how clean the bathroom was when I arrived. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. When the hot shower did not work in the bathroom, they immediately changed the gas and it worked fine afterwards. They also helped me with taxis and transports. Breakfasts were nice. The little garden was really nice to enjoy breakfast. Wifi was a bit spotty but they have a few networks. Location is good — only 5 — 7 mins of walk to Boudha Stupa. I could hear the traffic from my room but it was managable and I had good sleeps nevertheless. You can ask for more quiet rooms if you'd like. Definitely recommended!
Room ambience wasn't good enough. Rooms were not sound proof. Old fitted gates overall it was okay to be there. Given these 4 star ratings for breakfast.

This is a very nice place to stay in Kathmandu. The staff is very friendly and attentive (that was not my experience in other guest houses in Nepal where the staff was just okay but not great). The food is super. The room is fine and the patio for dining is really a lovely garden. This guest house is great.
