The hotel is good. It is not nothing of another world. But they could improve the bathrooms that are media who had come to the very least, I had no hot water in any room and the rooms are extremely dark and Wi-Fi never worked despite having informed reception several times. The food is good and has quite a variety. The restaurant staff is super friendly, not so much the reception.

I didn't like it. A hotel very little care.

Good location Clean enough; Staff polite, warm, quite helpful; Good for the organization of workshops. Correct rooms. More effort needed to restore and improve the framework.

Good _ place to stay in for a short time Note: don't take a room in the first floor cuz the night club makes a lot of noise.

Spectacular absolutely everything. Employees a 10, attention a 10, a 10 cleaning, a 10 the entertainment in Montecristo, and a 10 in food! Fantastic.

I didn't expect better, Deco a little ageing, one of the facades is facing a nightclub (it was my case) that causes a lot of noise from young people and cars in the street, medium breakfast, shower does not drain well, I am told no breakfast at 6h but finally there was one for a group of 20 people, and to finish I forgot 1kg of top quality dates that have never been found… Other than that nice welcome.

Enjoyed my stay at Rive hotel.

This place is okey. The staff is nice and helpful but the food is terrible. You can also hear the bar and club noise from the rooms at night.

This hotel is terrifying. It's like being from a movie scene straight out of a horror flick. The breakfast was terrible as well. My friend and I stayed a night, and she stayed on the first floor; right above some sort of night club. She had to convince me to come to her room, grab her things, and escort her to my room on the 4th floor because she was too scared to leave her room alone. The hallway lights works off of motion sensors. However, the lights seem to turn on a few feet AFTER you, so you're forced run into the dark halls and hope you don't meet your maker on the other side. Would never go back if I could help it.

Big and clean room. All very well.

Bathroom very basic and cramped, must settle for a mini-douche, this is for a very high price. Not even a minibar. The waiter brings you by mistake you have ever asked and unwanted call from the reception at 2300 still mistakenly! I hope at least that the breakfast buffet will be high at this price there otherwise I put definitely stay on blacklist!

Horrible hotel and very overpriced. Looks nice from entrance but rooms suck. Shower wouldnt drain the water and leeked all over the bathroom. Also with the whole hotel looking very empty they put us directly over the club. It was a saturday and u could literally feel the bass from the dance music. We requested a new room and it took an hour and me having to ask 3 different times. Poor service and wouldnt be suprised if they did it on purpose puttin us in that room and taking forever because we wernt from there. Very small room for the price.
