Beautiful stay and excellent service.

Hotel in the heart of the city and well placed, ideal for walking around the city but also like me during my professional trip, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has an outdoor terrace. I find the indoor restaurant a little dark. It lacks a swimming pool to relax after work.

They only speak French. Excellent breakfast and clean and large room. Better than in the pictures.

Clean, European standards, efficient desk team. Recommend for traveling spot.

Location of the hotel close to the Hassan tower, friendly staff, decent room without more, Moroccan and European breakfast well, hotel rather old for soundproofing, decoration and equipment.
The photos presented on the site are very attractive, different from the reality!

The hotel is quiet, the staff are very professional.
In addition, it is very well located, close to the main tourist attractions.

For the price, the hotel is okay. The lobby is a little loveless, towards the elevator big people have to watch out for their head with 1, 90 m. The rooms are spacious but no longer up-to-date.

Old hotel that requires serious refurbishment! Rooms smell of dusty carpet, the bathroom is in poor condition, shower sink is broken and has to be lifted by the tips of your finger nails and internet is sluggish (300Kbps). The only good things about this hotel are the descent breakfast and the good bedding. A disgrace to the Mercure brand!

Excellent accor hotel in rabat. Very clean. Nice restaurant. And wonderfull staff. Very good hotel location wise … in this hotel you feel at home. Is one of the best in Rabat. Very nice management. Good staff and services are excellent it desrve 4 star. Quiet place and relaxing. If you planning to visit rabat use this hotel you will not be dissapointed and is excellent prices.

Good quality price ratio. Good breakfast, the room is large enough and quite confortable. Everything is clean, easy public transportation nearby.

Staff are friendly enough. Breakfast was fine. Arrived to first room and the toilet was broken. Changed rooms and then in the morning the hotel had no hot water in any rooms.

Water closet button and Key holder broken (they still worked eventually but were broken) Internet connection kept freezing; minibar was empty, they start leaving a bottle of water only after the third day. Last night before departure: the air conditioner broke and water was dropping from the ceiling on the carpet. Solution?. Put a bin on the floor with some towels!

Lovely place with a nice view and very neat rooms. It also offers a wide range variety of "all you can eat" breakfast.

Tiny room and no pool or gim, but hammam and massage service available. Nice terrace. It's only the european standard for a3 stars hotel, but not near 4. Be aware, the people on the reception wasn't very professional, hiding details like the extra cost of the touristic taxes or arranging ridiculously expensive taxi.

The only good point was the position of the hotel, all the rest was extremely unpleasant: Checkin: there was none at the desk, I had to wait in order to get the room They said me that I had to pay and extra for the second guest of 25 euro, when I highlighted to them that this was very shocking since I never saw this anywhere else, they lowered the price to 10 euros… seriously?!? The food was very low quality For order the food I had to wait 1 hour cause there was the buffet going on and apparently is not possible to order a la carte until the buffer ends… again. Seriously?!? At the checkout none of my 3 cards were accepted by them (visa, MasterCard, etc) just cash I asked for a Taxi and they said me that it was better if I could go on the street and search it for my own… The most funny part? I'm Accor platinum member… Again, this was so far my worst experience ever and overpriced…

It's a comfortable hotel, but it's already deteriorated in its furniture and ambience.

The breakfast, too. I would highly recommend this hotel located 10 minutes from the airport of Rabat. Very quiet and relaxing.

Horrific. This can not be described hotel is a bed and breakfast. Very very bad.
They gave us a room with air conditioning broken, protesting us change to another which is also damaged. Water water is come out and flooded the bathroom.
The staff is very bad porto. NULL attention. They even gave good morning to enter or leave.
To call a taxi to the airport the receptionist calls a friend, gaining 250 dnh. Logically the receptionist is left with part of the amount.
We wanted to eat something about 15:00 and they told us cook you had gone and not returned until 17:00.
The worst disaster.

Room is a little bit small but nonetheless comfortable and nice, pillows and bedding were nice, so were the toilets, reception did speak english which was a help. Overall a nice place for the price, I would definitely stay here next time.

Service and cleanliness were ok, but the pillows were so uncomfortable we woke up everyday as if we didn't get enough rest. Some nicer pillows would make it very good. Three stars until the upgrade.
