Only spent one evening at Vila Dulcinea. It is not a new place but it is well kept, the restaurant is excellent and the host is gracious and accommodating. The location is really nice. The view of the beach and the sea and the City of Ulcinj is not so much spectacular as it is just old worldly pleasing to the mind. I think one would find it difficult to not enjoy a stay here. I found the prices at the restaurant and hotel to be a remarkable value and I intend to return here often.
