I had made a reservation at Kalaja about 10 days before arrival. We arrived at about 20:00 on the check in day and where told by the manager that he have given our room away to someone else and that the hotel was full. When I asked him how he could do this I just got a lot of excuses. We left the hotel with no help from the manager or the staff to find a another room in town.
