The facilities are sloppy, the air conditioning is very old and hardly cool. The old beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, very comfortable rooms and everything very clean, the only thing I didn't like so much was that the air conditioning is manual, if you leave it on at night and it gives you cold you have to stop to turn it off. From there on out everything excellent.

It is in a very good location, and has a beautiful view. Food is very good. The truth is a very nice hotel. I have no in recommending it, quite the opposite. I'll go :)

The location is excellent, a few steps from the Malecon and you walk through the historic centre. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Very good as far as your staff and restaurant, the rooms is what you would expect from any other party inn, the bad things are their air conditioners and more when the room is big, close to the well located center.

The attention is good. I didn't wait long for the food. The price is regular though for the place is understandable.

The service its very fast and the location its close to the malecón and the beach.

I like but I do not understand the architecture, no one explained the architecture, where the building came from? Why? Preserves the essence of rustic, is not normal in the FIESTAINN.

The place is very nice although there were quite a lot of people, but that's understandable because it was Easter. The prices are reasonable but the quality of the food is pretty good.

I have only been to the restaurant and it has been a comfortable but insufficient experience to fully qualify the hotel. The coffee I took was nice.

It's wonderful to be so close to the sea.

I loved '! They have very good people with the best kindness and solution to any problem, and the rooms very clean.

It is a quiet place where you can get to relax, has a pool and a place to play small children, Jacuzzi and gym. What I like about the place is its proximity to the beach and the boardwalk where you can spend the afternoon and night buying souvenirs, food and listening to music.

Good treatment and attention but the property gives some things to want, LA. Quality of the. TV is not good, the A/C is a bit deficient, the glass windows opaque, etc.

Great service, the hotel is located downtown, right next to the Marina, with a great view of the ocean at the back. Overall, a very good experience.

Very nice, big room, had an living room, refrigerator and coffee machine. Everything was clean and they have in room service, they have a restaurant and bar which are very nice.

The attention from the front desk staff is outstanding. The kitchen is outstanding at the restaurant, via room service and at the swimming pool! Do not hessitate to eat there! However, if you leave your room late, it will be done contemptuously: Your badroom won't be cleaned at all and your bed will be done poorly.

It's very good hotel. The facilities are clean and they provide good service in general. The prices of the food if they are somewhat elevated and sometimes take a long time to make the toilet (5 in the afternoon).

Highly recommended Hotel by location (one street from the Malecon), excellent service, clean, if you have pool and gym. Good restaurant (although not economic).

The staff was very friendly and helpful in the reception, valet parking and in the restaurant but lousy in room service, from not answering to bad attitude. The sheets were dirty and stained plus they smelled weird, the room didn't smell clean and the worst of it was the food. For the price I would expect something decent and it wasn't. The dishes were not nearly as they were shown in the menu, the waters were already prepared and frosted from the refrigerator just like the guacamole that was already black and tasted bad.

The hotel is comfortable and the view is astonishing as it is very close to the veracruz "malecon" their excelent personnel and service makes you feel like home, it has gym and pool and a delicious restaurant, my experience was very good, I plainly recommend it.

Very good hotel, in general everything was perfect by the service, but I had difficulties inside the hotel to the meeting room, I saw no indications that help me.

My bed had a chewed straw… It may be child, but they should have shaken at least the bed before run it…
By saving water and towels a little neglected the hygiene of the other visits.
It is a hotel more than anything stop business, not for entertainment, comfort and good treatment.
Your pool is girl… Jacuzzi doesn't work 100% the child pool area well. Very few games for kids.
OK food, but are slow to serve… I do not think that it will happen if this is filled with people.

Holiday inn is an ideal place to relax after a day of hard work, the rooms are very clean and the beds very fresh and enjoyable, with enough space to accommodate all tis things.

I like a good hotel I recommend.
