Terrible service has 10 days that we made a reservation in restaurant for more than 20 people and it turns out that they do not have any reservation and worse the horrible facilities do not serve the climates.

I have stayed in December 2018, January, March & May 2019… Excellent hotel. I love the spa, I highly recommend the sports massage & gold facial. I would also recommend to book VIP as your breakfast experience would be on the top floor with a beautiful city view.

Very good hotel and facilities, great pool. But I only put 3 stars because in the same pool area that you already paid do not allow to bring food. I've visited a lot of places and there's no problem putting food in. But there you are.

Hotel Emporio is great in all aspects. Excellent hotel with very friendly staff with many people speaking English. The hotel is located in the historic center of the city, you can visit all the sights on foot.

Beautiful hotel with excellent attention, perfect to rest or to relax. Very good location since the center is a few blocks away and a few steps from the boardwalk where you can see the boats with a refreshing snow of the "Géero" or in stead go to delight with the exquisite food in the market that is a few blocks away.

Hotel Emporio has an excellent location. Its rooms are comfortable and have all the features to make your visit pleasant. Its restaurants varied in its culinary proposals and with excellent view in specific view the Seasoning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Its three pools allow you to exercise, tan, relax or just be distracted. It is a hotel thought that people rest, consent and enjoy it.

Stayed at Hotel Emporio for 3 days. I must say this is quite a modern beautiful hotel. Key to me. The Staff were incredibly helpful. I'm American & I do not speak fluent Spanish. They called a man to speak with me within seconds and I didn't even ask. I look up and here he is. The hotel offers a fine restaurant, ample comfortable areas to relax whilst away from your amazing room. I had a king suite with balcony vies of the port and the boardwalk. Tons to do within walking of this hotel. It's location is ideal. Tons to do around the hotel. Shops, Restaurants, street food, free concert on Sunday, everyone is walking. I had a blast in Veracruz and I will return. Will stay at hotel emporio if possible on every additional trip to Veracruz. I'm sure there are cheaper or even more modern hotels. You can't beat this location, the staff, the 3 pools and huge hot tub with bar. A spa. Tons of stuff I am missing but it was an incredible hotel. My visit was better for staying here. They made me feel safe. Hooked me up with a Fair Taxi they knew. Offered to walk with me to and from the bank. Safety's their concern and they Excel at making you feel safe. I learned valuable knowledge from the local staff about the area. Historical area. Lots to do. Buy your plane ticket book a room and relax. It's worth the stay. I'll be back hopefully over and over again.

The Emporio Hotel is excellent in all respects. I Mostly enjoyed an amazing breakfast. The staff is very professional and friendly and the location is the best of Veracruz. I Was staying for business but I will return as a tourist. Michas Thank you.

Great location where you can admire the ships that come to the port. Very close to the historic downtown and markets. Great attention and service.

Comfortable place, accompanied by a direct view of the port and a few steps from the historic centre. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Stayed there few nights on two occasion. Very close to port of Veracruz. Area is busy. Has one large square in front. Good restaurants nearby. Try speak Spanish otherwise difficult to communicate. Overall a good experience. Would not mind to stay again. People very helpful. Good small shops nearby.

Great hotel with very friendly staff with many people who speak English. There are 3 restaurants with nice selection. The bar and lounge area is very nice The outdoor pools are absolutely beautiful. You will be located in the heart of the tourist district with lots to do. A great place to stay!

Hotel Emporio has an excellent location. Two rooms are comfortable and have all the comforts to make your visit comfortable. Its restaurants varied in its culinary proposals and with an excellent view in specific condiment. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

The hotel is fine, although they remodeled it outside inside it looks old. The restaurant meets, it's neither good nor bad. The service of the staff can improve. It is located in one of the best areas of the port of Veracruz and has an amazing view.

It is a very comfortable hotel, very well located with parking, excellent view of the rooms, very good food. But you don't have access to the beach, you have to be transported to enjoy one. The pool area is nice the indoor pool needs ventilation When you enter you welcome the smell of chlorine.
In short I recommend it.

I loved it from the reception to the room the attention of the employees is amazing, they made us feel at home. The room was very spacious, the beds were very clean, a small table with a little room to rest, read a good book or chat with the company, the large dining room and with the tables well laid out, the delicious food, buffet in the mornings, all Fresh food.

If you're lucky your room will have a very nice view. Very nice people. Tasty food. Rooms very spacious and clean.

Buen servicio. Las instalaciones están muy padres para pasar un momento de relajación y diversión entre amigos o familia. Lo único es que mi habitación me la dieron a las 4pm cuando el check in es a las 3pm pero mientras pude hacer uso de todas las instalaciones.

Amazing its areas of pool, gym, cleanliness and especially the food, is delicious! A small detail is that if your room has a sea view, you can sleep with difficulty as you hear all the work of the boats, a serious suggestion that will put sound insulating glasses for those rooms. It Is A very nice and luxury hotel that has a view of the Malecon. The facilities are perfect to spend a holiday with family or friends. During the night the view is very nice as you can see the lights of the boats from your room or watch the nightlife in Veracruz. They Are Very attentive, the service is very good.

I think it is the most luxurious hotel in the port of Veracruz, has a spectacular view of the sea, connection with the most beautiful and commercial of the Malecon, quality restaurants, breakfast and the canapés of the Sky lounge are wonderful.
The service is very good, the rooms are very clean, they have gym, a family pool and a semi Olympic, but what is most worthwhile is the indoor pool.

Yes, very nice, luxurious and enlightened but they do not have medical service, nor a paramedic… nothing! By regulation should provide it.

A good hotel near the center, the rooms are not very large but they are very comfortable, their 4 pool are very good.

They hotel is recently renovated, it really changed since the last time I visited several years ago. The rooms are really nice, they are big and with all the amenities, also every single one of them has a balcony. It has three pools and two very good restaurants. The only down side I had is that one of the streets is located gets very busy, and if you have a room facing one of them, you'll hear a lot of noise even on the night. My recommendation get top floor or rooms facing the port.

The sky-lounge is beautiful, it has an incredible view and there you can have a nice dinner. One of the three pools have hot water and is awesome. The room is nice but I didn't liked that the TV wasn't Full HD. The breakfast on Condimento was great, very tasty and there are a lot of flavors, good service.

I went to the buffet in Hotel Emporio Veracruz, everything from the ambientation, service and food were awesome. I really enjoyed my time with my friends in there.

Unbeatable location for tourists going for the first time to Veracruz. Great bed and linings with reading lights and 24hrs room service. In-room coffee maker needs to be change and I don't get why they serve Chiapas coffee beans when you're in Veracruz and been upstairs from one of the best coffee places of the world.

Very nice hotel. Standard amenities and very nice pool and restaurants attached. The shower takes 10 minutes to get even remotely warm though. Housekeeping ignores your do not disturb sign and enters your room.

The view is very nice, as well as the rooms are very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly as well as helpful.

The hotel was just fantastic. I had a prestige room with harbor view that was stunning. The food in both of the big restaurants is great and the staff is extremely attentive. In the evening you can hang out on the deck on the 9th floor or at the bar. Since its location is right in the town center, its easy to stroll around to explore. It also seems like a very safe place. All in all I would stay there again.

I went to request a quote for the income of the business center and 3 bedrooms, only that time to pay did not give us notice of the change of price which increased, there in was I like the place, and the service.

The Emporio is a great hotel. There are multiple eating places within the hotel plus a decent gym and multiple pools. The onsite spa is very enjoyable. Also the customer service is top notch and my stay there was very enjoyable.

I loved it! I had everything I needed and more. The staff went out of their way to meet all requests and needs. The very modern hotel and rooms are immaculate. And the food, in all three restaurants, is delicious. The shrimp cocktail, which comes in small or large, is the best ever. Please, only order the large is you have not eaten for a week! LOL! On my way back there tomorrow.

Traditional and refurbished with good taste, stands the hotel Emporio with their two restaurant free to the public, Bar, and several lounges as well as pools and spa are one of many attributes that has the Hotel Emporio, and its unique position at the front of the malecón overlooking the sea next to the lighthouse Venustiano and back on a street with very good flow, raises the PH, and you'll have a view unmatched in all of Veracruz!

To my taste the best hotel in the port, the view of the malecón and San Juan de Ulua is extraordinary.

The care manager's reception is very bad, do not have good treatment to the customers in contrast, in the restaurant, the captain (john) excellent.
