Great service, rooms are nice and comfy, there are no exhaust fans in the washrooms, some rooms doesn't have separate air-conditioning in it only central air-conditioning, swimming pool is a joke, its for the kids probably, theres a Jacuzzi here too, bit when I was here it wasn't working… Overall a good experience.

The WORST HOTEL I have ever VISITED! There was No towels, no paper in the rooms, the pool is super tiny and dirty, you see that they have a filtering system, and the leave so days, the main parking lot is kind pension, once it enters your car does not come out, and if you leave, you can't put it there, the staff (except one lady) are super rude, the girl on reception was very rude to my mother who is an older person, treated as stupid and when we requested a clothes iron and literally the waitress told us they didn't know and that it was not their problem (we had already called to request one and it never arrived) the control of the TV wasn't, and we never changed it, the TV had only 3 channels, the whole hotel dirty, it seems that they only cleaned the reception, it is an old building and they have a party room within the same, and if they make any event all of the first to the fourth floor, not able to sleep (if you want to relax do not recommend it for anything) we step, and after all this, no one apologized, as the hotel is in front of the malecón you will always have people, but just for that, my family and I left with a terrible taste in the mouth, angry, and we couldn't wait to leave, ahorrense frustrations with this hotel, nor to two-star arrives, it's not worth spending not a cent on this lousy service!
