Very nice hotel I can give 5 stars but the last day we went to have breakfast in the hotel the server was very unprofessional I was with my family and was the only negative thing that I found in this hotel and for sure if I think to go to Veracruz again I should stay in this hotel.

It's a good place. It's the second time he's been left at the scene. The first was a bad experience with the air conditioner, extremely noisy at night. The rooms are somewhat spacious and clean. The hotel is accessible for those who want to know the historic center of Veracruz, as it is at a point where you can easily reach (2 blocks) to the Malecon and surrounding landmarks such as the parish, the Museum of the Navy, etc. The rooms of the hotel are comfortable and are medium sized, good cleanliness, note do not choose the rooms of the last floor (4th level) since the condensers of the air conditioners are there and the noise they provoke is quite annoying especially in the Night. The staff attention was friendly since the very first time, they allowed us to check in earlier and property was clean in all the areas. Es un muy buen hotel ya que tiene mas de los servicios que podrian ser neceaarios como un sauna o el gimnasio, tiene una alberca bastante buena y no es profunda, cuenta tambien con un chapoteadero, el hotel cuenta con 4 pisos pero en el 4 ni en el3 sirve muy bien el internet, mientras que en el 2 y el 1 se da buena señal del Wi-Fi, todo bien adentro, pero afuera por la noche se puede encontrar muy sucio el lugar donde se encuentra el hotel y es muy probable encontrarse con unas cucarachas bastantes grandes, pero solo esto tiene de malo, pero en si el hotel esta perfecto.

Está muy cerca del centro histórico. Al malecón se llega en 5 min caminando. En general el servicio es bueno, cómodo y no tan caro.

It has everything you need and it is a clean place. Good rooms, clean and comfortable, rich breakfast buffet in the morning, clean and beautiful pool, basic gym for Cardio, massage place and near the center. Only 10km from Plaza Américas and Andamar.

A well located hotel, you can go walking to some higligth spots. The rooms ate clen and big. I had a little bit troubles with the Wi-Fi but in general terms it is a good hotel.

Hotel was OK. Nice pool on the terrace. Good secure parking. Restaurant next to it brought dry toast with my breakfast. When I asked for some jelly, they brought 2 packets and charged 14 pesos for the 2 of them.

Hotel Baluarte is a good option for a getaway weekend. It is very close to a lot of main attractions, just a five minutte walke from The downtown and to the Piers.

This well located, can traverse the malecon and see the port walk area. Nearby you'll find the socket where you can eat and very close the can buy a rich ice cream.
