Lousy service, I do not respected the reservation.

Good attitude of the staff only they no longer put the coffeemaker in the evening would be good a complimentary coffee.

The master suite is one of my favorite room in Mexico. You will not be disappointed with this room. I cannot speak to the other standard rooms.

Every time I come to Chetumal we stayed in the sea sang the great Marlon as the Marlon are excellent people who treat you to one like all the people of Chetumal congratulations Chetumal.

Great amazing comfy bed at least the room we stayed in. Placeres which is the restaurant hosts amazing waiters that serves to your pleasures.

Burgers are good but not amazing. The food took kind of long for just some burgers. And we barely got fries.

It has a beautiful seasonal decor, at reception are very friendly and answer all your questions, the hotel facilities are very clean and everything is in order, a great place for a meeting, event or just vacation.

The rooms are great and the ac is just the right temperature. The queen bed rooms and higher have the best beds. The twins and full beds are kind of hard. Great and safe place to stay.

The Hotel Grand Marlon is a good place comfortable beds, pool of a small size but dicents and gym the only problem I saw was the Teles and the TV programming (my room) were "old" and the programming very limited 5-7 channels Masomeos:) in general A good place.

Beautiful and elegant hotel with a great restaurant and splendid rooms. Good service. Nice location at downtown in the city of Chetumal.

A colleague stayed there and I commented that the towels were dirty and soiled. It is passable but not to stay more than one or two nights. Lack of attention from the staff, very inexperienced.

No fridge in room. Towels are old and worn. Needs fumigating. Private parking and good restaurant.
