Bad service. When they arrived they ask you for a deposit of 500 pesos and that's their business because they lost us 2 towels, they crossed us as thieves, they made us take our belongings out of our bags to check that we didn't have them, and despite checking our belongings they made us pay towels that, of course, we didn't have, and that surely a waitress pulled out of our room. A horrible experience! Your business is to make you lose things and then charge them!
In addition to that in the next room, guests found a tarantula under the bed.

They have a service of very poor quality, the provided information is misleading, the beds are not the size they say and influence the services (you request a deposit for the use of towels that at the end you do not return, you say that you can not change the temperature of the climate — because they already have it set to 16 degrees). The people in charge of the care of the hotel are rude and abuse in the exercise of power that assigned to them. When you ask to speak with the owner or manager will tell you that you can not respond because it is busy.

The worse the service. Extremely rude and despotic. Expensive. It is dangerous. Unfortunate serves people who are not prepared to provide service to the customer.

All super rich up to this point, the tuna sandwich was delicious.

Bueno, pues a mi me parece muy bien el lugar, me gusta mucho el ambiente y como esta ambientado, me gusta mucho las habitaciónes ya que estan muy acogedoras también la comida es de calidad también me gusta mucho donde esta ubicado ya que al lado se encuentra un parque acuático pero no hace tanta falta ya que adentro de las habitaciones se encuentra una piscina, en resumen esta excelente.

Muy mal hotel, lo único rescatable es su alberca, el personal de la recepción rayando en lo déspota, las habitaciones mal planeadas con muy poca caída de agua. Los niños son gratis, Leto no les toca toallas, ni desayuno de cortesía.

Family friendly, nice place for the kids with their slides section. Clean and comfy room very economic. Not too far from the mall, zoo, Walmart and also can take you to Calderitas.

Good clean hotel with reasonable rental rates, very secure parking, especially useful to me as I have stayed here three times now, and have never had to worry about my motorcycle or luggage outside.

The food is delicious and the buffet well-served, too the place clean and the atmosphere very cool.

Good facilities. Very clean, only one detail, they ask for a deposit of $500.00 as a guarantee for loss of towels, controls, very uneasy treat you as a thief. Hotels best Category they don't.

The suites are luxurious and with very nice bathrooms, excellent breakfasts and pool.

Are a few thieves be careful t ask $500 to enter by anything Q can happen but when you leave no longer t deliver the deposit arguing anything I do not recommend.

Laid back and spacious. I can relax!

On one of our usual trips to Chetumal, we went to stay at Hacienda which was once one of our favorite places to stay. We've been there more than once and when we go we go in groups usually booking 5 rooms since our extended family joins us. Well this time around everything went wrong from the beginning. When I booked I wasn't informed of a deposit of $500 pesos per room, plus it's not in there website. They insisted that we must pay so we did and checked in. One of the reasons we have always stayed here is because of their pool. As we usually do, we stay in the pool until we have to go somewhere. This time we started to get out of the pool earlier because we were getting ready to go out and eat. My brother, husband and cousin were the last to get out of the pool. While still in there, they noticed that there was an animal that resembled a rat in there. My brother asked my cousin to get a bag so they can take it out. They took it out and took it to the front desk to report it. To our surprise, the front desk turned on us. They accused us of putting the rat in the pool and they told us that they'll charge us for cleaning the pool. At this point everyone was upset of the accusations. First of all we have kids 8 years and younger why would we want to endanger their health by putting a rat in the pool. Secondly, why would we be carrying a rat with us? Thirdly, we simply reported it so they can get all the other guests out, we didn't ask for a refund or for free nights.

We really liked this hotel, breakfast included was a real plus. Very helpful staff especially at the restaurant, we found truly passionate people working there! Something to notice, there is no fridge in rooms and the shower was old and small, no water pressure at all, if they take care of this details could be a big difference. Away from the main center, which we found pleasant. Clean rooms. Great Ac. We'll be back!

Awesome $30 a night. Restaurant w breakfast pool. Inside gated parking. No arch to worry about for camper to go under!

Favorite place to stay overnight in Chetumal. Lots of parking space all secure inside the compound. The rooms are spacious, and clean. Hot water in all the rooms. Rooms all have a TV nor fridge microwave or coffee maker, just a bed and a mirror. There is one big pool to go swimming and relax right next to the rooms. Also if you ask they will turn on the water slides just across the yard. Breakfast is included for every night although the food tastes quite bland. The check in is simple. Unfortunately you are about 10-20 minutes from the heart of town where all the shopping and restaurants are although that does make this hotel more peaceful.

Beautiful facilities very límpias however the shower did not work the complimentary breakfast is very feeble and is taking too long to serve it.

I was at hotel hacienda campestre for 2 nights. First of all I got to the hotel at about 8 pm on Friday December 16 2016 with my family this is our usual, hotel when we go to chetumal. However we checked in the receptionist was very rude we ask if she had any rooms available for 2 night she said no in a rude way. We all was ready to walk out when she decided to search her computer an called us back that she had the rooms available ok we took the papers fill them out an she said the we had to pay 500 peso for deposit fee which that was the first time they ever charge that much an I was a surprise she said it was under new management. Ok so we paid the 500 peso for both room that was 1000$ peso for deposit an our we paid for the night for both rooms it was 4040.00$ peso. The guy took us to the room showed us around tell us the rules an he said we could use the pool as long as the pool lights are on so we decided to use the pool at around 10 pm. The light was on when the security came with an attitude that we need to get out of the pool because it's close so we explained to him What the receptionist told us an he was like I don't care rules are rules so we need to get out of the pool. This pace have change so much an on top of the the room have like a double door that goes into the room oposit side so I can hear everything that is going on in the next room. It was a very bad experience. Hope they get that fix.

It is comfortable to bad there is no restaurant service.

Hotel is very modest. The weather cooled quite well. The room had dust on the floor. The shower has no water pressure. Complimentary breakfast is X. You Get what you pay for the fee.

1 — The air conditioning does not cool as it should, it seemed that he threw more hot air, or maybe it was on type sauna. 2 — L as showers are for children or umpalumpas, too low. 3 — the beds and pillows super uncomfortable.
