Excellent hotel, very comfortable, luxurious, service is excellent. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is very varied and rich, the terrace with pool and gym and an amazing sea view. It's always a pleasure to rest in hotel chain Fiesta Inn.

Revised rating — I had this place at 5 stars until my last trip there. Upon arrival I was informed that an error had been made and there were no more king size beds available. Both the manager and the check in assistant informed me that if I wanted to pay an additional fee, they would upgrade my room to a nicer room with a king sized bed. The issue here is that I fulfilled my part, made my reservation, paid my money in advance, etc… however the hotel wants to charge me additional fees for the privilege of staying at their hotel? You have now lost a good customer. Look at it this way, you will have at least 12 more king size bedrooms per year now! What a joke! I will be at the Grand Marlon, where they still understand how the customer should be treated.

Great location, clean rooms, restaurant onsite, underground parking, nice rooftop pool. Service is usually quite good but on our last trip there were a few misses and our room wasn't as clean as in the past. That said, we will stay there again.

Excellent service at all times with the disposition to help at all times. The rooms are not very large but comfortable and quaint. If you are a few days in Chetumal it is good option, the viewpoint is very good.

This is one of the Top and most expensive hotels in Chetumal. It was an amazing experience, they catered to your every need. The place was really clean, staff was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We were sad when we had to leave.

Very good staff, clean rooms, no harmful animals, you can eat rich at the restaurant, missing a little of difucion for tourism and more street lighting pk noto tourism a bit leery to want to walk out to get to know the city, missing signage, pk do not know to where this av main (av. De the heroes)

They have high quality facilities, very attractive furniture and a staff that offers a very personalized and attentive attention. It is recommended for family living, because the atmosphere of the place is quite good. The speed of action is also quite good and the costs are in the range according to the quality of the hotel.

This is probably the nicest hotel in Chetumal, and it's under $90 usd per night. I was very impressed with the room, the rooftop pool area, complementary sushi rolls and the staff. We ordered a variety of food late at night through room service and were completely blown away by the quality and service…

Was pleasantly surprised at the facilities. Restaurant served good food and room was clean, bed comfortable and air conditioning worked perfect to keep it at a nice temperature. Very pleased.

Good for business trip. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, working facilities. The gym is quite minimal but adequate. You can use the empty sunbathing area outside for calisthenics.

Excellent rooms and cleanliness. In the dining room should put an iron and that for orders of eggs take a long time. The pool is small but comfortable.

Great hotel… room clean and bed comfortable. Air conditioner works superb. Staff are very friendly and do their best to accommodate. Some speak English.

My rating applies to the buffet and food only. The food was not awful, but we all were so disappointed to find out our Christmas' diner was based on nothing but bread and salads. The only things that weren't 'plants' like pork or chicken were terribly dry and tasteless. The dessert table was even worse (bet they bought everything five minutes before on the store next door…). I can't talk about the hotel and the rooms themselves, but if you want a place where you can have good food, you'll have to keep looking.

The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The staff are welcoming. The hotel has a fitness room, a large swimming pool and underground parking. Breakfast is buffet-style and you have to count 195 pesos per person to enjoy it as it is not included in the price of the room. Close to the beach of La Chetumal, the hotel is located about 30 minutes from the lagoon of Calaar.

It's nice. But their rules are half-behavioral. To speak to another room is not direct, it has to go through operator. To move to another floor you can not, if not the one in your room, even if you have family or friends on another floor. You have to go through the reception permit and say who you're going with. Because it's for security. But these rules seem absurd to me, we are not children to control my movements. I'm staying here because I'm being sent by the company. For me I choose another hotel and better and more economical.

We visited this hotel, as part of our tour of Quintana Roo, during our nights number 80 and 81 of these and our stay could not be more perfect in every way.

Location: Being such a small city you are very close to everything, but also about 20 minutes from Bacalar by car.
Reception: Isabel with a great sense of humour welcomed us in all our requests, and Monica who received us two years ago again gave us all her support during our stay and departure, same that again took the picture with us Ordinary. We were very happy to greet you again. Limberth our friend Regio, Jonathan and Javier shared their secrets of local places to visit, so do not hesitate to ask them for any recommendations during their stay.
Check Inn: Pretty fast, Isabel supported us with a big smile.

I can absolutely recommend this hotel. CHECKIN: went extremely quickly, I had already booked and payed the room, some time ahead. STAFF: was very friendly and helpful. I felt like in 5-⭐ hotel. HIGHLIGHT: was for me the rooftop pool. They also play movies and Sportevents next to pool on a huge screen. The food was reasonable priced and the order was served very quickly. ROOM: another highlight for me was the shower, which was huge and had a rain shower head. In total the room was clean and tidy, I like it when the room doesn't overwhelm me. LOCATION: with a cab you reach both bus terminals in about 5 minutes and it shouldn't cost you more then 30 pesos. I arrived at the airport and they charged me 200 pesos to get to the hotel (seems like a lot) TO DO: we asked on of the local taxi driver to give us a tour of Chetumal and to take us to the next village for lunch. He gave us a little information about the town and took us to a very nice restaurant, for only 120 pesos (now you know why I thought the airport taxi was overpriced).

Just here for a quick lunch. Service was pretty good, but food was just good. Their take on a Cubano sandwich was interesting but a bit of a miss. Club sandwich was pretty good, though the fries were surprisingly awesome.

For the only reason I went to Chetumal was for the Blackout Triathlon and in the Fiesta Inn was the place to pick up te stuff for the race so they use one of the conference room to put an sport expo with stands. The hotel is located in the principal avenue of Chetumal, pretty easy to find, when you are arriving to Chetumal you can go straight from the entrance of the city to the hotel with out changing paths. The lobby is pretty clean, they have a bar and a TV room. They also have the conference room in the first floor and underground parking. I didn't got to se the rooms but everything was clean and modern.

Check out the pictures of the roof top pool and gardens. Enough said. This place is fantastic, the staff friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to all you'll want and need. My friends thought the pictures were from the Ritz… the name is misleading. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful hotel right in the 'downtown' area. The restaurant and the sky-bar have a nice modernist and enjoyable ambiance. The food was great. The only problem was the heater in the room which became overheated quickly. Nice views.

My family stays here every Christmas we sometimes stay durning the summer. We love coming back to a room with a nice cold room with fresh food and nice cold drinks. We would never want to go to another hotel!

I loved the stay in the hotel. Excellent service and attention at all times. Rooms really in excellent condition. The skybar with the best view of the entire Chetumal.

Facilities are great with the exception of the in-house kitchen. More than one item on the room service were unavailable. A burger, I couldn't get a burger at 2pm.

Very modern and I loved the area of computers where you can work very comfortable.
