Don't waste yours money for the royal service! We stayed at paradises for 4 nights for family vacation. This was the worst experience ever. Food sucked, the service was bad, the hotel has a terrible smell, and our butler barely did anything. We rarely saw her around or heard from her. Trying to make reservations for the restaurants was difficult because they were always booked but when we would come around, there were so many empty tables. I will never return to this resort again.

I strongly DO NOT recommend Royal Service Paradisus Cancun. This resort is actually the WORST one I’ve ever been to in Cancun and I’ve gone at least 5 times. Before coming here, my family and I were very excited since we upgraded to the Royal Service where you get additional benefits and a “butler” that is supposed to make your experience better. First off, the check in process was absolutely terrible. It took them 3 hours to check us into our rooms. I understand that with a slightly big party (8 people), there may be some delays… However it took them just as long to check in a family friend of ours who only needed one room for her and her husband. It just seemed very unorganized as the staff shuffled through a bunch of paperwork. It was as if they had no idea we were coming and asked us so many questions. It was just very frustrating to have already booked our stay and have everything so unorganized. When we asked them why the check in process took so long one of the staff members answered back with some attitude saying that “here at Royal Service, it usually takes a bit longer because we’re more personable” which to me just sounded like an excuse for their incompetence. When we purchased the Royal Service online, there was a promotion going on where if you spent $1500, you would receive a $500 credit for resort services (basically a coupon book) and a 3 course meal at one of their restaurants, Tempo (which is the only restaurant you have to pay for).

Terrible! Don't go there! It's a long story… Don't waste your money, it's not worth the money!

I did the family concierge which includes Royal Service. It was great to escape the kids, definitely spoiling poolside with ther pool beds. We didn't know we (our concierge) needed to reserve them in advance but it worked out. The frozen drinks taste better in this Adults Only section of the resort. The snack bar was awesome as well, hubby loved all the top shelf alcohol.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HoteIRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… excellent service from the time you show up at their front door! There were a lot of people ahead of us to check in, however there was staff greeting us and offering welcome drinks and getting the check-in process started before actually checking in. We upgraded to the adults only and we loved the attention to detail and fabulous service. The beds by the pool were clean and comfortable, the staff tending to every need right from your daybed. They even have a call button if you need something more urgently and they'll come over right away. The food was fantastic and all drinks were premium. The room was beautiful and the beds and pillows comfortable. I don't always give 5 stars, however after visiting this place it was very easy to do so. If you love talking pictures this is one of those unique resorts to do so!

Excellent hotel, great variety of food and very good service. The Beach Spectacular!

Royal service offers you two people called mayordomos, they will be in charge of all your reservations per your request. However reservations are supposed to be made on the same day for the guest convenience. With us wasn't the case. People had reservations made with priority of days, so we were not able to enjoy restaurants under reservations. We had a last minute call for a reservation, my moyordomo knew about my food allergies and he made a reservation on a restaurant that wasn't for me. Service was not the best to be honest. I do give 5 starts to the kids zone, spa and the adults size. No reservations for the beds on the adults size first come first serve.

Great hotel facilities Service and food very good attention of the employees except 2 things lack staff for the Check Inn are made some terrible lines and I do not think well that collect and reserve the beds for the pool and the beach if in case they are empty.

Superior Quality of service. Excellent recommendation The Family concierge, better than the day pass.

I went on a business appreciation outing with a large group 650+. I thought the grounds were beautifully clean, the service was 9 out of 10. The view from my room was 10/10. I was very happy that the A/C kept the room cool. The beds were extremely comfortable and TV was 50". Showers were awesome… too hot! I had to turn down. Rainhead shower feature was fantastic. Our room had a bidet, which was not used but a fun conversation topic. I got lost trying to get to my room because of the layout. Inside the room, I would have wanted better and more electric outlets for chargers. I enjoyed the buffet food immensely but hoped to find hot food hot, most was lukewarm. The variety was fantastic. I will miss the food choices and not needing to pull out cash at pool bar, etc. I hope I get the chance to get there again. Thank you so much for the memories. The beach and property were 10/10. My concern about being in another country diminished in a short time there and I always felt safe on the property. Thank you!

Amazing hotel! Can't over state how good this hotel is! The service, the food, the drinks, the rooms, everything! Even the price was relatively low. If you go to Cancun, do yourself a favor, and book this hotel! Simply amazing!

The Hotel very comfortable the first meal. But The drink does not know how to prepare and are nojan if you make observations.

My first time with Royal Service but my second at Paradisus. Our butler, Alain, was less than helpful. We spent our very short trip doing most things on our own. Hector wasn't even our butler but he tried to help us as much as possible. He was great and is the only reason I would even remotely consider Royal Service again. If it weren't for Hector, I would never book Royal service again. The room was great and most of the other staff were amazing. The spa comes highly recommended. Ana there is the best. Daphne at the concierge desk in Royal Service was very pushy. I didn't expect to be hounded about taking a "tour" that I had been on before. I told her no once but that wasn't enough. The sales pitch became really old after just 2 short days.

I loved my stay here. The inclusive deal is a little expensive however worth it. I really want to go back. The room was great and the staff were fantastic. No complaints from me.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience here at Paradisus Cancun. We enjoyed everything; the amenities, the food, the atmosphere, and most important, the staff. The staff here is, without a doubt, the very best one could hope to have at a resort and spa. Of particular note, our concierge, Judith. Great personal service and a warm smile. Thank you to the Paradisus staff and especially to Judith who helped make a our stay here memorable. Ralph and Gloria.

Overall great experience and would highly recommend; would use again. The exclusive Royal Service around the La Palapa and Cabana/Bali beds are friendly, professional and attentive. Tips: book the cabana with your butler when you arrive, and after the team there will help you with the rest of your stay. There is a hidden warm hydrotherapy area facing the beach wedding chapel which seems to miss a few guests. You have to have the breakfast, lunch and the bali snacks (which is delivered to your cabana) — very tasty: though ask for smaller portions to try/share as they can be filled to the top. Special shout out to our butler Eduardo for making our time there one to remember, along with Carlos, Daniel, Josue L, Eddie and Ricardo; who were just as good.

Ideal hotel for a dream holiday, from the arrival to the hotel we live the experience of Royal Service, with the reception at the time of registration. Its restaurants offer a variety of oriental, French food and if it were not enough throughout the day there are snacks to taste. Your pool is an ideal spot to spend a sunny day and not least has one of the best beaches in Cancun, where the shades of blue of the sea are inspiration for taking pictures.

Clean. The lovely smells. The beautiful sights. The delicious food. The very friendly staff. I had an amazing experience.

Great service, good but with the waves of the sea.

Room is very nice, hotel is very clean, food is lacking greatly. The beef all taste like roast beef, whether it is tacos, soups and so forth. I got pushed around by other guest at the breakfast buffet. Buffet restaurant has very little choices with a general grill theme. Everything is grilled.

A very beautiful place for everything… The only thing missing more information for its guests for services that goes into its category… The most excellent…

Gorgeous. Environmentally friendly. A hotel with a sustainable conscious. Vegan options. Food was delicious and the views were breathtaking beautiful!

Great beach that could amazing if properly cleaned of garbage more regularly. Resort is beautiful but slowly falling apart at the seams. When it rains be ready to watch your step due to many leaks in building.

Very good staff. 24 hour room service and an overall amazing experience. The rooms are very nice but have very slick floors so wear shoes. Reserved a king bed but got two doubles so they gave us access to the spa for free.

This is an all-inclusive hotel. Very good service in every way, take care of the small details to pamper the guest.
Variety of food in 7 restaurants (Japanese, Mexican, Hindu, International, Rodizio, Spanish) along with the star restaurant tempo of Martín Berazategui, to delight you.
Although it is a hotel built several years ago, it is notorious that they want to impregnate modernity.
Geographically well located because it is equidistant from the airport, downtown Cancun, the bar area and you can transfer by taxi, bus or rent a car.
The cost-benefit ratio is fully proportional.
So… Totally recommended, to return without a doubt.
Aspect to improve: No airport shuttle service — hotel and vice versa but it's not hard to get what you transport.

Amazing resort! Rooms are spacious and comfortable with spectacular views. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property, public areas were so beautifully kept and decorated it was surreal. The staff is the best I encountered — everyone with a ready smile and enthusiastic greeting and eager to assist. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or return. The Royal Service delivered on everything and much more at the Paradisus.

Food was excellent. Food service was excellent. Front desk was not at all helpful. Problems with reservation and room assigned. Safe and door locks were issues. Had to change rooms. Furniture was very tired. Entertainment was sub par. Beach and pool area was very nice with good service.

The service and the staff are excellent. The food they serve are of the highest quality but above all the staff treatment is very cordial. I recommend them widely. Even if there was bad weather and you could not enjoy the beach, you would never have a bad place.

Excellent site within the fabulous Paradisus hotel. Only for adults 24 hour butler service. Exclusive breakfast Area. Private pool with bar and Balinese beds around the pool and beach.

I loved the room the hotel and the service of all the staff! The one thing I thought could use improvement was the food, I highly recommend this place!

Great resort, especially if you get the Royal Service! You get so many perks that include Butler service, free bottles of premium liquors, top self alcohol, and more. It was a great time! We went for an anniversary for 5 nights in April 2017

It is a hotel with unique design, the service is excellent, it has many restaurants to suit all tastes, very close to the night clubs. I recommend it widely.
