Amazing experience with very friendly staff that waited on us hand and foot all weekend long and keep things tidy as needed!

Worst experience ever! What a rude environment! We spent almost 2 hours to check in. During that time we asked 3 different customer service reps to help us check in perhaps at a different counter, and they all said that we needed to wait for assistance at the counter we were at, because that was the only one available at that time. After it was finally our turn the girl at the counter told us we needed to go to a different counter because we were part of a group that were there for a convention and the other counter had all of our information and she didn't (but all counters have the same system, so how come she wouldn't be able to see our info? ). I refused to go to another counter to start another line after waiting almost 2 hrs for them to tell me that, and after 3 people from their staff had assured us that's where we needed to check in at. After I firmly told her a few times I was not going anywhere else, she decided to check us in. Also, when I was making the reservation online their system refused my card 3 times telling it declined. I checked with my bank and they confirmed the hotel never ran it through, therefore the bank never declined the transaction, so their system was acting up. I then decided to use the PayPal option they had available at their site. The transaction went finally through.

So much to do. Staff were so friendly and attentive.

We have been to this resort the last three years. We love it here! The staff are Amazing, from Jesus at the pool to Alfredo at Breakfast and Roberto at Dinner, they all took care of us so well! We will be back next year!

I recognize it, because of all that God has given me the opportunity to travel and know, Paralysis Cancun is my favorite. That's why I love it for its good attention and in general everything is excellent 👌

I recommend everything about the Paradisus! Beautiful hotel, that is clean and well maintained. The staff is outstanding! They are amazingly friendly, accommodating and helpful. The front door and front desk, restaurant, pool, bar and housekeeping staff are exceptional, providing the highest level of professionalism, dedication, attentiveness and care. The food and drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is romantic and enchanting. The pool and beach are gorgeous. I cannot say enough great things about the Paradisus!

Everyone is so attentive to you while your here and you get to know people and if you have a family with small children is super clean and their pools. This is the only thing they can do and the food is not recommended for them. I as an adult barely ate but that’s okey I will definitely come back this is my second time. We brought my 12 year daughter on our anniversary 😂 and she loves it. Another thing I wanna thank Moises from guest service he did everything in his power to make sure to get us good deals and gave recommendations where to do things outside the resort. He surprised us too with a champagne & strawberries decorated to our room when we returned to our room. This is how you feel your in a good & safe place to be. Ohhh and the beach is super clean no sea weed this the best time to come in rain here & there but no more than 10 min rains. Nothing to worry about so hope this helps anyone looking to come to Cancun.

A very beautiful place, excellent location and beach, very attentive staff, but it is strange that at all times they want to add costs, drink with cost, beach beds with cost. I am a partner and liked the place.

What a beautiful resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather wasn’t cooperative the first few days, but the resort is lovely. The beach and pools are terrific, and the restaurants are delicious. The very best aspect of this lovely resort is the staff. They are wonderful and made our stay that much more enjoyable.

It's more like a hotel than a resort. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and the hotel is taken care of. Buffet food isn't the best but is also okay. No help was given on setting up reservations initially when we arrived for the restaurants. You have to set that up the day you arrive by phone only or you will not be able to go to any restaurants that are included in the all-inclusive price you've already paid for. The only restaurant we got to try was Lunch Box (Seafood) and it was mediocre. For Lunch the Blue Agave restaurant was wonderful! Would recommend this place but it would be nice if they gave you a run down of how things work. If you've never vacationed down in Quintana Roo before you'd be pretty upset not knowing how to get what you need. Other cool thing being on the Hotel Zone strip you can get to most places taking the bus which is cheaper than a taxi.

Top notch Resort, excellent customer service and wonderful food selection and of course cocktails and wine. Also very family oriented as well as kid friendly.

Just got back from a week at Paradisus. Overall, it was great. Food was good, staff was very helpful and they were very attentive to Covid protocols without being obnoxious. Unfortunately, the beach was full of seaweed, but we did see many sea turtles laying eggs and even a few newborns. The pool was great and the activities were cool for our whole group of 11 (17-54 years old). Our only complaint was the a/c in the rooms and in the restaurants was spotty. Not sure if that was normal or they were having issues…just ask for an extra fan in your room!

The hotel is great. Our assigned hotel representative Jennifer has been providing outstanding service she has gone above and beyond. I have been coming to Paradisus for over 24 years and Jennifer has provided the best service I have received from this hotel. Restaurants: I highly recommend Vento (Italian) and Sal (Steakhouse) restaurants, by far the best and would rate them as a 10 or higher. A little pricey but well worth it. Enso restaurant had good food but horrible service, so I do not recommend dining there, rating is a a low 5. The only service we received was one we ordered our food and when they gave us the bill. The waiter was chatting with other customers and did not even check to see if we needed anything else. I had to wait until I finished my dinner for another water. The supervisor noticed the waiter was not doing his job, he said something to him, the next thing we encounter was picking up our dirty dishes and it seemed he was resentful and dropped food where I was sitting. I would highly recommend not dining here at all. Mole is Mexican food restaurant, the food and service are good, I will rate it as an 8 with a scale from 1-10.

Excellent location, the design of the hotel impresses despite being a 33 year old hotel, it is a great service experience comfort beach views and restaurants.

Loved out stay here! It is quiet, relaxing and service is good. Food was not the greatest but service made up for that. Fransisco was very friendly and down to earth while making sure we had what we needed by the pool/beach. Roberto at Bana was not only friendly but surprised us with many great deserts we didn’t even know they had. Overall, our stay was great and we are sad to go. Just wish the food was better with more Mexican options.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful beach area and amenities. Staff is very helpful and attentive. That said we had a poor experience upon check-in. I knew we had a Jr Luxury suite with an ocean view. When we checked in we were told that we were being upgraded and not to worry. I was thrilled! But when we got to our room there were two double beds. We are a married couple. What on earth did our original room look like if this was the upgrade? Two twins? We stayed the night but this wasn't what I wanted for a weeks vacation so we inquired about changing rooms the next morning. Somehow that turned into paying more for the Reserve. Ok that's fine I guess. Our new room has a king sized bed so at least we were comfortable. Also, the food. I haven't had an edible meal since we've been here. Wait there was this amazing salad at this open air restaurant — I can't remember the name. Aside from that everything was bland and like precooked and microwave tasting. Nothing at all fresh or interesting. We ate at 4 restaurants on site and nothing was up to the standards I would expect from such a beautiful property.

Great service from the moment we arrived to the end of our stay. Our butler Rodulfo was awesome! Hands down went above and beyond to make sure our vacation experience with Paradisus was unforgettable. Sergio was our cabana concierge and made a beach view more enjoyable by bringing us food and drinks to keep us hydrated (wink wink). We will definitely be returning!

Great all-inclusive hotel, amazing friendly staff, the building itself is a bit tired but clean with amazing internal "jungle" courtyard. Really nice food and drink, nice evening shows and facilities. We stayed there in August 2018 with kids and they loved it. The reason for 4 stars — and I appreciate its not hotel's fault — is the seaweed on the beach! It extends about 100m from the shoreline and the beach has piles of it — there is a tractor attempting to clean it but it makes a little difference. We were able to swim in the ocean only a couple of times and it was not nice, seaweed was scratchy and annoying. A bit sad coming to a "beach resort" and having to swim in the swimming pool for a week!

Family concierge, at arrival someone was waiting for us at the door, which then escorted us to the family concierge private check in. The process was flawless and effortless. The made sure everything was covered and explained. They assign you butlers that will do anything to accommodate your needs. In my particular case Fernanda Garcia went above and beyond to fulfill our needs, from the simple things as restaurant reservations to the other end which was find specific grocery needs. This resort is highly recommended, it has great amenities, great views, great pools, great all. And they dont seize from pampering you.

My family were at number 3 building. Elevator was not working. So we moved to building 2 which is better, it was floor unit. If you are consider to visit with kids with a stroller, I would recommend this hotel. Too big and too many stairs. Hard to walking around if elevator is not operate. Food was fair compared to other hotels. Only one restaurant and snack bar were open for breakfast and lunch with line ups.

Good resort in general, great staff! Maria and Gloria took good care of us so we could enjoy our vaccation! The only negatives are the rooms that are getting too old, specially the bathrooms that does not belong in a 5 star resort in this condition! Any way! We had a blast with our 3 year old kid!

I really had no complaints. The employees are more than excellent. The room we had was very clean upon arrival, and also modern looking (always a plus). The beach was nice (few strands of seaweed) but not much we can do about that. The royal service side was very nice! 5/5. I would definitely return!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, amazing location, wonderful staff, and delicious food! Family friendly with awesome shows throughout the day. They even have their own coffee and ice cream bars opened throughout the day in the main pyramid. Our suite was spacious, clean, and comfy. The staff is friendly and aim to make you happy. I told one of the staff members how much I loved their Koi fish and he let me feed them one morning. I honestly wish I could live there, it’s an absolutely spectacular hotel!

Tonight is my last night and I am sad to leave. Been coming here for years and just love it. I have stayed in both the main building and royal service. Last six years royal service. Best experience every year. Family oriented. Great shows. Beds comfortable. Pool waiters and cabana staff take great care of you. Checking in is easy. Sergio is an amazing butler. He cares about the experience the guests have. I recommend this hotel for everyone.

Fantastic week in paradise! 5/2-5/12 2018 Plenty of food options, all good. Even the food at poolside grill was good. All the staff is concientious to ensure guests are happy. Beautiful, clean resort. Our room had only a partial lagoon view, but still very nice. Special thanks to Eduardo and Victor who made sure ever day was was perfect.

Very nice hotel. Not Wow. But everything is dignified… Food. Service. The rooms are all on solid 4 plus. With a successful combination of price and quality, the hotel can be rekrmendovat to relax… Waves at sea are present. But not stronger than anywhere in Cancun on a long stick "7"

This hotel is very nice but not as big as others, however it is very clean and the staff are very nice. The check in process was fast but we were disappointed to have the front clerk ignore our requests for an upgrade to royal service. After feeling a bit taken back by his lack of response we decided that we would not pay into the upgrade and left the lobby. But as we left we were haggled by the staff who sell spa and Bali bed packages. This wasn't a pleasant experience after travelling all day. We went to our room but we're super upset when the room they provided was on ground level and our balcony was so close to the pool people could watch us as were were sitting there, so we asked to get moved but we're not accommodated until the next day. Which was it's own process to deal with, the front desk again was an annoyance to deal with. They stated our room would be ready by 1130AM so we called and they said maybe noon, so we waited. After not receiving a call we went to the front desk and they were trying to make us wait another hour but I got pretty frustrated and they had a room right away. All in all it was a hassle and I wish they dealt with the situation a little better, I did not like to have get all uppity just to see results… it shouldn't have to be that way. Regardless we have enjoyed our stay here so far and the other staff who work the beach, restaurants and bars are super attentive — please tip them generously as they work really hard to meet everyone's demands!

Excellent place. Family Hotel. It is located in the hotel zone of the city of Cancun in the state of Quintana Roo. To get there being in the bus terminal A. D. Or, you must board the R1 route, or R2 if you are on Avenida Andrés Quintana Roo opposite Plaza Hollywood where Walmart is located, and the same routes for the return to the same points of the downtown area.

An excellent place to spend holidays with couples or with children. They think of all the details.
Excellent restaurants, a staff really focused on customer service that increase the experience of being in one of the best seas in the world.
Children are offered a space for them; Not just pool. At the Kids Club, you have dedicated staff to perform fun activities for children, with excellent facilities.
Without thinking twice is a place to dream and enjoy.

It’s a beautiful resort! The staff is so unbelievably friendly and helpful. The food definitely is the worst part, pretty bad taste and quality. But overall I would highly recommend staying here. It’s a gorgeous place with lovely rooms and accommodations. I would definitely come back.

Excellent everything is included, dance classes, food, drink and fun in nightclubs. It is always very neat and clean with options to always ask for an extra and without spending anything extra. I loved the place. You have to come to have a good time and with pleasant temperature.

Paradisus Cancun Hotel I loved it. Its beautiful beaches, excellent attention and its very rich food. Latin Fusion the richest. And the facilities very well.

Beautiful location considering it’s 27 yrs old! Service is amazing in the Royal Service Area. Food and drinks are plentiful and tasty. Lots of different restaurants to meet your tastes. Beach area is clean and relaxing. Pool areas vary for your tastes. One for young’s kids, one swim up pool/party area, one quieter one, then the Royal Service Adult Only area — quiet, relaxing, impeccable service (beach areas match up with the pool areas). Downsides — not nearly enough pool chairs or umbrellas — there are lots of sheltered cabanas that are for rent at $150/day. Not worth that much cash and mostly empty anyway. Note to Paradisus, lower the price and they’d all be full and more $ would be made. Rooms are great, nicely modern, 24-hr room service, lame mini-bar but lots of water to keep you hydrated.

It is an amazing place where the warmth of the people they serve makes you feel like you are from home, the amazing service in room, restaurants, lounges, shops, beach, pools, bars, gym, massages, all over that place people are decidedly to Make you feel good. And the stage to say, Cancun! What more can you ask for?

A beautiful hotel, both inside and out. Its facilities are huge and the quality of the décor and all the hambientes in there is a marvel. I put the 5 stars as I consider that is an example to follow for other hotels, very well on behalf of Grupo Meliá.

The staff is wonderful, the location is great. Close to the airport (25 minutes) there are a couple of things they could change… first we are travelling with a toddler we need to warm his milk his food and could have really used a microwave in the room. The other thing their buffet meals are just okay! Again very few options for kids and the food is bland. But their staffs absolutely amazing! They follow up they are very thorough and friendly also the hotel is beautiful the rooms however are a bit dated. Our overall experience was good!

Love the hotel, it's very fancy feeling… But I mean it was 300+ a night… Check in took a tad bit than I would have liked. Drinks are great, food is okay. Haven't been here long so more to come.

Second time at the most incredible resort in Cancun. Everything is perfect — decor, service and food quality and especially the employees who are so helpful! It is really an experience to stay at this property… the layout is perfect so that the resort never feels crowded, and Wi-Fi works everywhere. Highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back! The Royal Service is a worthwhile upgrade to the adults only section — and the staff really distinguish themselves in going above and beyond to create the perfect guest experience.

We were here three years ago and have decided to go back. We are going to be here again on March 1, 2018. We are returning because of our prior experience with royal service with the bali beds and the staff there. The gentlemen working the adults only pool area absolutely make your day. The bartenders are also very kind, make you feel welcome and keep you smiling and laughing. Those are the key plus, plus, plus… On the flip side and why I wouldn't give 5 stars last trip is based on these issues… First and foremost the butler was not accommodating at all. The very first thing we asked for he said no. We arrived and asked him to bring us a bottle of wine while we unpacked and got settled. We didn't want to rush around but it had been a long day of traveling (you guys know how it is) Anyway, he spent 15 minutes preaching to us about why he doesn't do that! To add salt to the wound if you will, he was not helpful with the restaurants either. This gentleman was really in the wrong job! As far as the restaurants go, you need to fight for what you want. We happened to enjoy the market grill very much and were basically told when we wanted to go back there that it was not available. It was approached like well you have been there already try somewhere else. Well we did go again, without his help. With the said, we are going back because of the people who did assist us and made our stay great. Royal service is key for couples.

I would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel. Service, facilities and first class food.

I was here about a month ago for a wedding. For the most part the experience was amazing. We had an upgrade to the royal service and they treat you like royalty. Our butler was Rode, which I highly recommend. He went above and beyond for us. He made us feel at ease and stress free. No matter what it was we needed, he made it happened. He was easy to contact when we needed him and he always responded timely. Not to mention his high energy and positive attitude. We will definitely request him every time we return. I do suggest not to use your American Express credit card, they charge in pesos and you end up paying more than if you would've paid cash or used another card. The food never failed us, it is always perfectly cooked the taste was amazing. The restaurants were always willing to accommodate big groups for the dinner reservations, in which our amazing butler Rode was able to assist in reserving as well. The food we had for our wedding day, tasted different than the one we tasted at the food tasting. If anything, that is probably the only complaint I had of the wedding day. The quality was not nearly as good as it was when we did the food tasting. Our wedding coordinator was Mariana, she also did an amazing job. If it wasn't for her, our wedding day wouldn't have been as perfect as it was.

Paradisus is the true paradise. And if something stands out above all it is the attention of Mr. Guillermo Lopez in the restaurant, whose kindness and constant disposition makes the experience even more enjoyable.

The Paradisus all inclusive experience in Cancun is one to remember — the Royal Service is next level too; treated like Royalty (hence name). Makes you never want to leave; the staff always seem to have a happy and attentive service. All inclusive means pretty much all at the resort (food, snacks, drinks, alcohol, mini bar, restaurants with one or two exceptions — though bring some US dollars for when going into the city, tipping, and water sport activities). Plethora of restaurants to choose from, plenty of pools, activities and entertainment all at the resort. The beach is just amazing, which spans all throughout and shared by the hotels (in a good way). We were also lucky to see someone get married while there; beautiful beach chapel near by at the resort.

Amazing everything! Service, quality, beach, human treatment, pool, food, baby club etc etc!, all 10 points! And the deal of Josue and Alexander to my Flia incredible. No doubt I'll be back next year Q!

We got married at this resort in January 2018. Everything was above and beyond our expectations! Marlene was our wedding coordinator and she was so sweet and helped us with every request we had! She was there with us wedding day start to finish to make sure everything was perfect! Rode was our butler and helped us book cabanas and reservations, reminded us of events, brought extra requested items to our room and even helped us find a sports bar for 20 of our guests to watch the football game at offsite, he was wonderful! We barely had to do any planning for our wedding day for 50 guests and it was all absolutely perfect. Good food, great beach, highly recommend the spa, also highly recommend royal service — definitely worth it!

It's the most beautiful place I have ever been! From England its quite a long flight, but completely worth it! Google maps can help you to show you where to go, just in case. It has lovely beaches and many hotels with the sea view! I definitely suggest you coming here!

The beach is so much better than pictures can describe. The inclusive part is fantastic! All the food you can eat and all the drinks you can have! I can't wait to come back! The staff is always so happy and attentive. I never want to leave!

I went with a work trip for me. It seemed as though every time I booked a tour I came back to the room to find things missing. Even out of the safe that was lost. $1200 in cash was missing, my cell phone, other items as well as even our perfume and cologne. I believe security was responsible. I made a report and sent letters and nothing in response. I had to wait for security to rummage through my room three times and each time I knew it was them. Because they were the only ones that have the key to the safe. I believe the tour booking people were in on it with security. Each night we went somewhere different was when things were missing as if they knew. Nothing has been done and I spoke to others while there that have the same things happening to them.

The hotel is very good, especially the beach is very beautiful, waiter service warm and thoughtful, every detail is in place, the different style of the restaurant are very good, especially Japanese restaurant best, do sushi very delicious, the disadvantage is that the room inside the network signal is poor, the public area signal is OK!

The building itself is beautiful and well maintained. We booked a junior suit with ocean view and I couldn't sleep well on those tiny, rocking beds. I had to replace the original pillows as they were too hard. If you don't have a Royal or private concierge service, forget about booking a restaurant, it's impossible. Honestly, the food at those restaurants is Ok, nothing special. I actually enjoyed their buffet more as it has greater variety. Certain pool and hot spa areas are only for Royal customers. I wish they would tell you that online in their description. So if you can afford their Royal service, you better get it, it helps a lot.

This place is unforgettable. I love the scenery and the bed's are comfortable. They offer many places to eat. The pool is a bit too deep but the beach is fine. The people there are nice and the room service is great. I had an amazing time.

Had a great time here. The beach is beautiful, blue and clean. A lot better than other resorts I’ve been too. Every staff member is polite and gives amazing service. Not much of a party nightlife. Very clean and eco friendly resort, there were actually no wild animals running around here which was a surprise!

A classic in the area of the hotels of Punta Cana. A hotel that has resisted the passage of several hurricanes, has its years, but also make maintenance efforts as in the Reality zone. The cuisine is quality. The sea in the area is strong and has large waves and deepens quickly, you have to take baths carefully. The color of the sea incredible.

Great vacation spot! Here for a 6 day stay and only great things to say! The service was great and the people were always friendly. The beach is beautiful and has a aqua tone to it. There are still some seaweed on the beach, but if you go into the water it is fine. The room was very clean and well kept.

Great family vacation! All staff is extra friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food is also amazing, even in the everyday lunch buffet there is a large variety of food with some real nice dishes. Dinner is even better in one of the finer restaurants available. The daycare was also useful for having a peaceful dinner. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We were here for a work convention. Service is great! Food at the main restaurant is acceptable. I got sick by eating one of the buffets offered at one of our events. They don't have waiters by the pool so you have to go fetch your own drinks. Rooms are huge and spacious. Beds are super comfy. All 3 looks they have are massive but only one has a pool bar. What makes this place great is the Service! The rest is just like any other all inclusive hotel (not into all inclusive hotels at all)

It is a nice hotel resort. Pretty much everything you need is there. At some of the restaurants in the hotel you have to boom a table in advance. As we came off main season there was not a lot going on. At restaurants they said they were booked out even though most tables were obviously empty which seemed strange. We had to wait for 15 minutes and then got a table. The beach area and the pools are nice and there are plenty of bars outside to ebjoy a drink. The building itself looks a bit outdated by now, but the interior is modern and also very clean. The overall experience here was good.

Out of the many resorts I've visited in the Caribbean, this one is by far my favorite. The staff here consistently goes above and beyond. The hotel is kept impeccably clean and the staff ensures that you're having a great vacation. The poolside staff will meet your every need… Drinks, food and even blowing up your pool floaty. I honestly can't give enough praise and recommendations about this place. It's awesome! Special shoutout to poolside server Veronica! She's amazing and is the key to what keeps me coming back here.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… My husband and I have stayed many places in last 21 yrs. But Paradisus Cancun is the BEST. If I could change any thing about my stay I would stay in pyramid number 3 or 4. We stayed in number 5 and it wad private and so far away the restaurants. Don't get me wrong the staff was GREAT but we are older and extra pounds so it wad a lot walking. We loved this place so much we booked a week for our best friend and his wife in January.

There was something for everyone! We've stayed in some real party hotels in the past and hated it because it was always SO loud, even in your hotel room! This hotel was great because inside it was nice and quiet. There were party locations and plenty of activities happening, but it wasn't pushed on you. There were families in certain parts of this hotel, which didn't bother me at all, as well as an adult only section. Beautiful beach, close proximity to lots of things since it's right in the hotel zone. It's an older hotel but they've done a good job of keeping it updated and were constantly working on projects when we were there.

The location is in a good spot if you like to walk or run. The rooms are always clean and fairley big in size. There are almost no bugs outside and in the hotel. The service is amazing. Almost at all times I have someone to wait on me and there are plenty of waiters. I love this place!

5 stars in front, after food, staff, attention to guests, rooms (old, electrical plugs in Room 2), etc… Zero. Always trying to sell you a service (photo, Jetski. For this price better go to the Cancun med Club and have a real good time.

A great stay at this hotel! The staff are very friendly and friendly. Excellent Service and delicious food.

• Wrong information about the rooms on their website. • I couldn't find any manager to complain about the rude staff. The hotel runs without manager. • The Hotel was Hot because the both sides doors were wide open. • We had hard time to find a room with a decent AC. The technical staff had no idea of fixing the stuff at hotel. • We had to call several times for fixing the TV. • We couldn't get an appointment from any hotels' restaurant even there was no people at the restaurants. Basically, they push people to the buffet. • We could leave the Hotel at 12 noon and we let them know as well, but they turn of the AC and cable around of 10:00 am. • This was one of the worst vacations I ever had and we picked this hotel because of their 5 stars and best reviews. I don’t know how they got these reviews and who gave them. • Don’t waste your money.

This place is the best. Rooms are good size. Balcony is awesome. Food is not bad. Drinks are loaded. Staff is the best.

Great resort for the family. Service is the best, staff super friendly. Food was great w/9 restaurants. The beach was beautiful. We had a great time. We stayed there for 5 days June 11/16.

Stayed here from New Years Day to the 6th. We did not do the royal service so keep that in mind for this review. So this resort is just okay in my book. There were times when I felt it deserved everything said about it in tripadvisor and here on yelp and there were times when I was thinking WTF? First off, Naos was great and then there was a bad part to it. Naos is the buffet for Paradisus Cancun and I loved the selection offered when we first arrived. They had a palletas cart and rodizio servers walking around. There was none of that in the next days. Also, they had a wonderful spread of seafood the first day which was nonexistent or existent to a much smaller degree later on… which wasn't bad because I had really bad food poisoning from the raw oysters or the raw scallops the first day. What bugged my wife and I was that when we told the front desk person the next day they said I should have said something that night. Sorry, but I was busy losing liquid from both ends the whole night. There wasn't really any apology for it or anything. Rest of the food was good and enjoyable although it was hard to make reservations at times when some of the excursions we did didn't get back until later and you're only allowed to make reservations a day in advance. Hard to make reservations when you're gone and by the time you get back the reservations people are gone. Only food that I would have rather skipped was from the sushi restaurant. Fish was not good quality it felt like.

Location — Right on beach. Can't get any better. Clean Blue Ocean Water Service — It's great and top notch. Servers n others are attentive, greet u happily and always ready for help n services. Food — All inclusive options are good. Quality food in all buffet and A La Carte. Rooms — Ocean Front with breathtaking views. Private balcony with chair n table. Decent interiors but for the price should be more elegant n posh.

I went to Paridisus Hotel Cancun at Thanksgiving. IT WAS AMAZING! The buffet was free and the beach and swimming pools were nice. They give you complimentary drinks and the possibilities are endless. There are so many restaurants to eat at and I tried them all and they were so good! The service is really exceptional and the waiters are really nice to you. There was one waiter that went us to get us some juice and I asked for watermelon juice and he said that they don't have that kind of juice. So, he went and made watermelon juice HIMSELF. That was so kind of him to do for me. Also, there are many kids programs to do! DON"T FORGET TO SEE THE NIGHT SHOW! Everyday, the hotel shows a family-friendly nightly show and I had SO MUCH FUN! There are many outdoor and indoor touring programs and activities by the hotel so it was So easy to get around. All you nee to do is just get a taxi driver and go where you need to go! Its THAT simple. I went to Dolphinaris in Wet "n" Wild and I swam with DOLPHINS! That was so cool to experience! You have to go there. I had a BLAST there! You can also buy photos of you and a dolphin. It is So CUTE! I will never forget my time at Cancun. I Have to go there again to remember the fun :) ) )

It was an event in the classrooms, but the facilities in the lobby are wonderful.

Beautiful resort, very friendly staff, we stayed in building 2 near the Zen garden. The gym had a variety of equipment but the elliptical machines are a little different than those back in the states. The hotel was easy to navigate and there is always someone close by if you need help finding your way. The American food was okay, Asian cuisine was delicious as well as the sushi and sashimi. Very clean inside and out, the staff works well together like a well oiled machine. We can't wait to go back!

The room was descent but small. When staying at the resort it was way to difficult and time consuming to make a simple dinner reservation. It shouldn't be that complicated. The place looks very beautiful but I found the food quality to be below average and the service to was the same. Every meal felt like it was something was missing. They weren't terrible but they weren't great either.

Beautiful resort. Here for a week with my company, CES. Royal service is excellent, everything has been taken care of and all the employees are very, very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of all the pushers on the resort beach. It's not that they're there, but that they are very persistent and will not take no for an answer. I feel like I'm talking to sketchy used car salesmen. If you allow them to be there, cool. But maybe discuss the way they approach and talk to potential customers.

Beautiful resort with many facilities. There are various different types of cusines to choose from in this resort. Also, rooms are very comfortable and spacious and hotel was built in a unique way which consists of 5 pyramids; the 3rd being the main one with the lobby and most rooms. Pool area was great. About 100 cabanas to reserve for a day were there with waiters coming around asking if we needed anything and they would bring it to out private cabana. All in all, Paradisus was an excelled choice and we will definitely visit again.

Hotel really very nice, spacious rooms (80mt square) with whirlpool tub from two places, double shower (3x1, 5 mt).
