I went to the restaurant. The bread is baked right there, it's exquisite! Hot muffins melt in your mouth. Delicious!

Bathroom pretty clean, had a nice coffee in the morning, a really comfortable bed. Enjoyed it.

The rooms are a little shorts, but offert coffe and TV service… The location is good if you want to visit all the city because is near of the center of city.

Very convenient location lots of restaurants if you walk away from park. The area is a really nice neighborhood in cdmx.

Great place to stay and eat just make sure if there is more than one in your room bring a extra wash cloth for each one!

The truth left me very surprised, I had been recommended and they were not wrong. The attention from your entry was very special. In fact my flight was early in the morning, you arrive at the hotel at 6 to. M. And the check in was at 3 pm. Talk to the reception if you had a chance to make an early check in, and I not only collaborated very nicely with this, if not I do not have a extra cost… for all of this. The reception staff and the buttons which are very nice. My favorite person was a bellhop patiently helped me to discover how to use the safe in the room (I used it all the time, but this had no instructions and it required a setting method different from the majority). My room was clean and my bed was comfortable. I had a window to the main street and enjoyed watching the street scene in the morning when I wake up. Just in front of the hotel there is a wide pedestrian avenue paved that contains a bicycle rental and water sources. (the traffic runs on either side of this). I started my journey for business and I stayed in Polanco in a luxurious, expensive hotel than the customers paid, but in my last 3 days I moved to North Rome and the Stanza. I can honestly say that I enjoyed my stay at Stanza as much as I did as the expensive hotel. Part of the charm is definitely the neighborhood. If you stay there, make sure that when you leave the hotel go to the right. This is the part cool with a european atmosphere.

We ended up in Mexico City's Hotal Stanza only because a far better hotel in th same Colonia Roma, Hotel Milan, was fully booked. Hotel Stanza is one to avoid. We stayed there as a family of four adults, requiring the most expensive suite they have. Even so, the hotel was stingy with necessities like water, changing us 10 pesos per 500ml bottle, even though we'd paid them many hundreds of US dollars for our 5 night stay. Our stay at Stanza came at the end of our 5 weeks in Mexico and Stanza was the ONLY hotel in the Mexican communities of Oaxaca, P. Escondido, and Huatulco to charge us for water. Avoid Stanza unless you like getting ripped off.

Good location, good prices, good service from the staff, the only thing is that almost does not work very well control of the TV.

Beds are comfortable, cannot beat the price, service is exceptional. The only negative is the rooms are slightly dated, but everything else makes up for it.

Rooms with very comfortable beds, small but nice bathrooms. The location in the colony Rome is excellent, 4 blocks away is the Metro kids heroes.

Located in the central area, is the typical hotel with great pomps, but that does not renew much. The rooms are a good size, but some with dated furniture. The bathroom is more or less up to date. There is difficulty adjusting the temperature of the shower.

Nice hotel, well worth its price, good location, many places around, clean but feels old and lacks noise reduction inside the hotel.

Excellent service and service, plus great rooms and with very good prices, I was in October for the ultra and returned in February to the festivals.

I think this hotel has an unbeatable location. Although the years accuse, the rooms are spacious and cozy. Small Hotel but with good service. The staff has been very attentive both times I have visited them. Good price and affordable. There's a taco stand on the corner. Across the street the famous Churros el Moro. And one block away, there's a gas station. The only point against it is its tiny estacionamiemto. But well worth it.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay.
I had to sleep to the top floor and the view of the amazing beautiful city.
The front has a very nice big park.
Breakfast was very good.
Perfect toilets.
First-class security.
And very skilled people.
Totally recommended.

It is a hotel that overlooks the price benefit ratio as it offers you much more than any hat hotel of that price I highly recommend if you don't want to spend a lot and stay in a well located hotel clean and with good service.

Clean big rooms, service is friendly. Good rooms with comfortable beds and pillos and big bathrooms. The TVs are somewhat small. Located next to a Metrobus stop (Jardin Pushkin) and 4 blocks away from the subway (Niños Heroes). They offer computer for $1 to print boarding passes.

The hotel is nice and rooms are comfortable. The A/C works well. The staff is very friendly and they are great about arranging whatever transportation you may need, including a 4:30 am departure for the airport. Location is pretty good. Walk to La Condesa and the rest of Roma safely and fairly quickly. Great beer bar next door.

The place is nice but the restaurant the service is not good but not that bad…

The room was small, but it was quite. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. The furnature and appearance of the room was like stepping back in time. The internet blinked off a few times and was immediately back on. The water was hot in the shower. The closet had more room than sufficient.

They have all the amenities you need… gym, pool, breakfast (is tasty), located near plenty of bars and restaurants… what more do you need!?!?

I was going to give this hotel a good review due to its cleanliness, great price and great location. However, when I consulted with the concierge as to the proper time to leave before our domestic flight, I was told that an hour and a half before would be ok. We took a safety margin and left two hours before our flight, but at the airport we were informed that the flight is already closed and we cannot check in less than two hours before. So, as a result of the concierge's unprofessional conduct we had to pay almost 2000 pesos to change flights, and we have been stuck at the airport for seven hours and counting. This could have easily been avoided and while we should have looked at the check-in rules ourselves, the hotel has failed miserably at customer service, and the fact that we were given false information by a professional who is supposed to have the necessary knowledge for tourists in his country has put a real dent on this vacation. A shame. Other troublesome events included our room keys not working several times. Also, we were gravely misinformed about payment options for a day trip that bc was booked through the hotel. By any other aspect it is a decent hotel with clean rooms and a great location, but it's hard not to feel cheated after receiving such poor customer service. We are not big fans of customer service and can manage most tourist needs on our own.

Stanza Hotel was in the heart of the Roma, surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The location is absolutely perfect. The rooms are a bit small but the bed is comfortable, it's clean and the shower has hot water :) Service was great at the hotel. My luggage was left in the US and the hotel helped me to retrieve it. They were very understanding and ensured I got my luggage!

Excellent location, the space in the room is great and the view is awesome. The food at the restaurant was so good. And I really grateful for the support received in the incident that I had in the room.

Excellent location, close to three Metro stations and across Alexander Pushkin Park from a Metrobus station. Lots of good restaurants and interesting shops and attractions are close by. The hotel also has a decent restaurant. The staff are friendly and professional. The beds are first rate, the carpet is new and clean, Wi-Fi is excellent. My only complaint is that the shower enclosure has no dam and the floor is level, so water pours out into the bathroom. On our first night, we couldn't get hot water, but there was plenty the next morning.

I would've given @stanzahotel 4 stars until my last night. I stayed in Mexico City at the hotel from 12/24 — 1/1 and on the morning of 12/31, I noticed that my wallet/cell phone were missing from my room. After I let the hotel manager know, they were unhelpful during this time of ordeal. Wouldn't let me use their phone to call my banks to put a stop on my credit card purchases. In addition, @StanzaHotel charged me each time I made a call to my banks. This shows the lack of empathy by the hotel staff. Moreover, when I showed them on my laptop thru the Find my iphone location, I asked them I wanted to speak with the police and show them location of my phone. Needless to say, the hotel let me know that I'd have to head to police station by myself in a country I'm unaware of. After negotiations with hotel staff, they finally called a police to the hotel and as expected the police took no action. I would've recommended this hotel to other friends but after this fiasco, the hotel staff showed their true colors and I'd avoid staying at this establishment. Lack of empathy towards my situation tells me about quality of leadership.

This place was centrally located. Very close to craft beer establishments and newer bars. The area is safe to walk around at night. The hotel has a couple of dedicated drivers and they tend to be cheaper than a taxi. Rooms were clean and you definitely can't beat the price per night. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, staff were friendly. Roma is a fantastic location, very safe and lots of places around to find something to eat. Clean and good size rooms.

This super well located, in front of the garden, pushkin, many forums, for all those who enjoy good music, you can go to mono, then for some delicious tacos from the flying cat, and to later rest to your food habutacion of the stanza while you drink a margarita.

In the story we entered they treated us super well, if we had any ploblema we solved the molento and all that trabajon in the hotel are friendly.

Conveniently located and within walking distance to the Zona Rosa's restaurant and bar scene in Mexico City. Definitely a good choice to consider when visiting!

Excellent service, the day I went there was an earthquake at 2 am and the Administration immediately acted with security measures, after panic offered us coffee, you and snacks without any cost, feel confident of staying at this wonderful hotel :-)

Excellent hotel. Normally I stay me weekdays in great luxury hotels paid for by the company. But on weekends, I come here. Excellent hotel with excellent price.

I am a customer for more than 10 years. Very good hotel, good care and service, good prices, make renovations constantly.
Only the restaurant is not the height of rooms.

great location and the only detail was that only has a single contact in the room, forget about charging 2 phones at the same time.

This clean and comfortable but arriving at book show antipathy and I do that I'll be followed here, this is not pleasant for my.

Its rooms are comfortable but patched furniture beds of 10 in gral is um hotel comfortable although a little expensive fares.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend, rooms, service, price and the cleanliness of the facilities were perfect. But there were a couple of details that I would like to improve:
1 we stayed 3 people, and there were only 2 simple plugs for connecting things, it was impossible to load at the same time our 3 phones and watch television or make coffee coffeemaker, honestly it was very stressful, ask an extension to reception and told us that they didn't have that service, a penalty.
2 signal reception of the internet on the 3rd floor was very poor, there was no way that will work if you were inside the room, and the only way that seized signal was to be in the bathroom, if you have designed using a computer to do things quick or prolonged labour, is a disadvantage.
On the other hand, as commented above, the service, the location and facilities are excellent, but yes they should improve those aspects.
