Excellent service. Few minutes away from ruins. Rooms were clean and spacious. The perfect jungle feeling for a relaxing moment by the pool. Food was good and decent prices.

A place away from the city, 2 km but very nice, there is no TV, something excellent, it has a restaurant and pool, a very familiar atmosphere and as a couple excellent I would definitely return one more time.

The bedrooms are beautiful cabins, you have privacy, they are very comfortable and clean! The pool area is very nice, there is a lot of greenery. It's excellent, I'll definitely be back.

This is a very special hotel. Your room has a patio and a hammock. Your room is situated Within a garden. The place is lovely and you are very close to The Palenque Museum and the archaeological sites.

Great location on between Palenque town and the ruins, offers a good spot to go to Palenque ruins and Yaxchilan daytrip after which to cool down by the pool. Rooms and bathroom are rather big and clean considering the proximity to the jungle and ants. Nice flowers and vegetation between the cabanas. You may run into some creatures or macaws flying over. Restaurant is decently priced, food is ok, not particularly great unlike the cocktails which are very decent. Note: In September 2018 loud construction is taking place next to the pool. They also offer drinks for TripAdvisor reviews so take those with a pinch of margarita salt.

The room is spacious and decorated with regional items. It has Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It has a restaurant and a pool. I loved the hammock and the trails that take you to the service area, reception and the pool. It is a place surrounded by greenery and quiet.

The hotel is good even if a bit old. The rooms are clean but tiny curtains don't stop the light from outside (natural or electric one). To be honest we had a very bad experience with the private transfer to the airport as it was 300 Mexican dollars to be paid by cash only (they didn't allowed us to pay by credit card). So one the way to the airport we have been took to an ATM and then, once arrived at the airport, they told us they had no change! So we paid 500 Mexican dollars for like an 8 minutes ride! This was a bad experience.

Very nice hotel. Located in a beautiful jungle garden. Great pool. Breakfast correct. Just missing a fridge in the rooms. Be careful no TV in the rooms but not necessary. Perfect restaurant home and good food.

The rooms were really really good with a hammock outside and a small seating area. The hotel grounds were also very nice and we saw several animals. However, the restaurants needs be improved. Food was very basic, the prices however not. Location was good, however only limited dining options outside of the hotel.

It feels like inside the jungle, surrounded by plants, trees, lizards and may other natural things, it has a very nice pool, that can be a good solution for the warm weather, the room it’s incredible, with AC, and a hammock outside to chill, it’s simply amazing! Totally recommended.

I Went to visit him in the hope of staying but I did not like it as for the price the place is sloppy. The toilet was very dirty and the bathroom was clean. The costs of other elevated services, without Wi-Fi. Repairs around the pool. Very dark restaurant and high prices. There Are better options in the area with a similar cost of better service and quality.

I loved the Village! Surrounded By Faith vegetation, its concept offers the visitor a relaxed rest and very in touch with nature. With a nice pool area and a restaurant whose menu will leave a very good taste of mouth. Very close to the archeological site of Palenque. Beautiful Place to rest.

I went in February this year. I love XQ the cabins are among so much vegetation. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. If any doubt would return.

Love this hotel, has the cabins among so much vegetation, with a nice pool with great weather where you could stay and listen to the birds, we even saw many macaws fly by while Swimming. Especially the staff at this hotel are very very friendly and friendly. We were always greeted and treated with a smile.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel La Aldea. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable… I slept like a rock. The grounds are beautiful. The restaurant has a simple menu, but the food is delicious and quite affordable. Great staff. No complaints, really.

Beautiful I loved no TV no Wi-Fi in the rooms but we didn't need it so the park is beautiful not to mention the pool.

Hotel in the middle of the flora and the greenery, very nice.

It is very nice, in the middle of lots of vegetation! The pool is immense and super quiet, do not allow annoying noise, music the idea is to be an ecohotel as I understand. Super spacious rooms with air conditioning. The only thing that these days you see had problems with the Wi-Fi in the rooms works only in reception (where you have place to sit or in the pool too), breakfast is not ibcluodo in the Orecio. The rest all excellent.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful experience, between the jungle, excellent beds and bathroom. Beautiful pool and we had the opportunity to see macaws and listeners howls monkeys, hopefully keep this place green.

A beautiful hotel with lots of gorgeous flowers and jungle scenery, excellent Wi-Fi, pleasant rooms, nice pool, and a good restaurant. The cabins are big and spacious, and it is very relaxing to take a nap outside on the hammocks. Some people complain about the lack of TV, but I️ think such a thing is unnecessary when you’re in the splendor of Chiapas. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I️ wish every hotel were this good and affordable.

Very nice cabanas hidden between a nice geraden. Great swimming pool to cool dpwn after visits to the ruins. Restaurant is pretty good however a bit pricy as all places along the streets to the ruins.

Good place to stay. Comfortable beds. Near the archeologic site. Shuttle buses that can take you either downtown or the archeologic site at a walking distance.

The Hotel is beautiful, the view and environment is great, but the problem is the service, in the restaurant the food is bad, worst coffee, and waiter with bad attitude, the price of food is high if we take account the quality… Wi-Fi don't works during my estancy… I cannot suggest to come back here…

Hotel is perfectly located, nice cabins in a beautiful surroundings. An excellent stay for visiting the close by ruins. The single located cabins were clean and are very spacious. Pool area is really nice as well and everybody is very friendly. The food is OK. Unfortunately no cappuccino maschine but powder milk coffee. The main reason for take one star away is because we booked across the hotel a full day tour to two distant magnificent Maya locations. But the guides and driver on the tour only spoke Spanisch although the Hotel employee perfectly knew we do not understand Spanish. On the sites there were enough groups with English speaking guides. So beware in case you do book over the hotel such tours!

The most amazing hotel set in the most beautigul jungle gardens, its paradise on earth. Beautiful pool and lovely stylish rooms that are impecable, they have villa style rooms that give you lots of space and I had a gorgeous terrace with hammocks to relax after a days exploring in the jungle or at the waterfalls. The food is the best of Mexico with internatonal dishes too, try the chiliquiles con pollo you won't regret it. Breakfast is excellent, lunch and dinner as well. I found this hotel well worth the money and great value. When I am Mexico again I will be making my way straight there. Thank you Hotel La Aldea for amazing memories!

Excellent place and great attention. I fell in love with the hamacas outside of the rooms and the pool only a few steps from it. Totally recommend for people who go an visit the ruins if they are trying to have a pleasent time.
