The entrance is at 3 and delivery at 12 the next day, stay of 9 hours when in other hotels at least twelve hours and you can even enter before 13 hours. The restaurant service is bad in the attention, saved by the speed of the chef to prepare in the buffet. The pool with direct sun all day. 5 umbrellas in pool and very few lounge chairs, laughing for so many visitors I would not go back or recommend 👎 it.

It is a very beautiful place, you rest in nature, everywhere in you will find a naturally beautiful view. The facilities are clean and with good maintenance and excellent employee service.

The location is great for a jungle feel, but the food and rooms are very *ok*. Beds are tough and the ac is there. Otherwise the service is great.

I give this place a 1. No Wi-Fi except in the lobby & very poor cell service in the room. As a person who works on my computer this is terrible. The beds are also very hard. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

An oasis in the middle of the jungle, place to rest and tour the ruins of palenque, has a restaurant, excellent attention and very good location.

The rooms are spacious but a little old for catering we only tested 2 breakfast… it's pretty uneven, the first day in a room apart with a group arrived by bus… nothing to eat after 5 minutes and a mediocre quality the second More correct day the hotel is ideally placed to visit Palenque from the opening and avoid the warmth and influx of tourists.

I loved this very quiet hotel. Tasty food and a great pool. I loved seeing the loose macaws.

The hotel very nice and at a very good price, the detail is in the attention of the staff, there is a lot of transport to take you to the room (some of which are far away) and more with baby.

Really a spectacularly lovely place. A bit out of town (Palenque) so you need a car or taxi to go back and forth. Brand new and sports a really stunning architecture and decor. Howler monkeys in nearby jungle like area can be a trip when they get howling. Lovely grounds. A little weak in the Wi-Fi department in rooms. Drinks around pool not very good with plastic cups and a little light on the liquor. Breakfast buffet well worth a try.

Mayan style, its rooms are located in small elevations that give a good view to the guest. The pools are very clean and the gym quite equipped. You breathe peace and it is perfect place to have absolute privacy.

Nice hotel But the employees are nothing polite or attentive. They lack training to cater to tourists. A hotel is not just the infrastructure. A pity.

Hotel moderately close to the center, has many services like the pool and the gym, very comfortable just to get there and sleep. Nice stay, well the daily toilet and the detail of the coffee maker and the coffee to prepare it every morning. The only thing that displeased me was that the light is very dim, there is no good lighting and that the Internet does not reach the rooms.

The hotel has good facilities in terms of reception, pool and gym. However it lacks simple elements that would make the hotel great, such as a more comfortable bed, Wi-Fi in the rooms and best buffet option in the restaurant.

Very nice, only that you have to carry mosquito repellent and not to be placed in the last rooms or you will have to climb a long slope.

Very particular resort just a short distance from the archeological park has a nice sauna infinity pool and a cozy ingress some Resort rooms give directly to a pond and it really seems to be in the jungle only sin for the Wi-Fi that doesn't Works in the rooms.

Very comfortable rooms and the location in the tropical forest makes it quiet enough to enjoy the sorroundings.

One of our favorite places to go out of the weekend, beautiful place with clean rooms comfortable pools and I recommend if you want a very private visit take the rooms that are close to the pool above really all very private.

The hotel and the rooms are superbly maintained and with the infinity pool you can wonderfully relax after visiting the Maya site or the nearby waterfalls. The only downside is the restaurant which is very average and compared to the charm of the rest of the resort, is rather bland.

The breakfast buffet they offer every day is very good, even if you're not staying at the hotel you can go to the restaurant or eat at the pool.

Not in the center, but near of the most striking of palenque, beautiful rooms with access (based upon availability) to the hammocks, in general very well.

Quiet hotel near the ruins of Palenque, facilities to be able to book tours from the. The rooms are spacious with possibility of joining 2 (families, friends…) type bungalows. Half the room qualities, but passable. The restaurant falls within normal, is not known for good or for evil.

Has pretty gardens in the middle of the jungle of Palenque, 2 good sized pools, rooms are spacious and decorated with good taste/c cilencioso, the buffet breakfast offered is very good, among other things.

Hotel outdated, rooms and bathrooms in need of renovation, extremely noisy, Wi-Fi only at the reception, Breakfast was OK, I would not once again there want to stay.

Nice grounds and rooms. Great location close to the ruins. The food is very mediocre and overpriced, we went out to eat at some of the close by restaurants that are great. Cervezas were also pretty expensive. We got a 12 pack and brought it to the pool and were told they would have to charge us for them but after talking with the manager and his inability to show us any written rule of the such we went back to drinking. Overall we enjoyed the place but would probably stay somewhere else next time.
