Very friendly people in charge of the hotel supported us in our questions and even recommended us good places, the rooms very comfortable and in good condition. Great service that offer.

If I definitely came back there were some inconveniencebutbut sorry I recommend the friendly treatment and the kittens are the best.

Super well received at the hotel after hours of travel. The manager informed us on all points needed points and more and took over our tours reservations. We were very well settled in the room with Wi-Fi and Air conditioning (and TV). We recommend.

Great value for money. Small quiet hotel well located in the city center. Since its located in the 'business office district', the area is super quiet during the nights. The city center is only four icks away. The hotel is ran by a super friendly family that developed their property throughout the last eight years. Every year they invest in their dream making the spot each time more beautiful. The owners keep great pride in their hospitality. Beds are super comfortable. Airco is present.

Wonderful Oaxaca Good basic hotel. Huge bed. Very clean. Pretty courtyard but so many mosquitoes not great to spend time there. Room was effectively windowless as all rooms face the courtyard so you need to keep your curtains closed. I'm sure upper rooms are nicer. Excellent location.

The perfect place to explore the area. A perfect welcome and such a great setting. We'll be back!

Very basic
Really what little good it has is the friendliness of the owner. In terms of the facilities are very ugly, old and neglected. The towels frayed. But I was grateful that I had air conditioning. I don't think that he would come back.

Just like being at home! We had the best time, the location is great, such friendly and caring hosts. We left our bags at Casssavlanca for two days because we felt so at home! Thank you for a lovely stay. Good luck with the construction! Hugs and kisses!

Great place. Good location, short walk to the central plaza. Super friendly host made it a great place to stay. Room was cleaned daily and bed made etc. Thumbs up!

We visited Palenque in low season and stayed here 2 nights. It's not a great place but the the owner is lovely. No breakfast, no parking and in need of renovation. Its not actually any cheaper than much better hotels, when you factor in the extra costs of parking, breakfast etc.

Lack of tourist service.
