Very nice place I just think it takes a little maintenance especially in the pool area at the time I visited there were a lot of people and the water looked a little dirty.

The things that the hotel claims to have but doesn't follow through with… as we discovered on our visit in July 2018 1. Wifi — it did not exist. I searched on campus and was never able to find any. Upon speaking to the staff it was a known issue. They even had a permanent sign stating that you would probably have to go to the lobby to use the Internet… which didn't work there either. 2. Not enough towels. We asked for more towels and never got any. We went to the pool and they didn't have any there either. 3. The drain in the shower was plugged. My wife had to stop showering so that it didn't flood the bathroom… 4. The cable TV was so terrible that you couldn't actually watch anything. To be fair… the staff were really nice and warm. The grounds were kept really well and we saw a monkey in the trees just outside of our room.

Very good service, very nice staff, pool not so big but enough for the kids, the tranquidad of its gardens is only interrupted by the sound of the birds, the Sunday buffet is varied, but could annex more dishes, but the food is Tasty, nice, comfortable facilities, pillows:). Overall I like it a lot.

Good location, nice gardens and fair rates for the quality of accommodation. Rooms have had better days and are in need of some major renovation, specially the bathrooms.

Nice, comfortable and well located, but I do not like that kind of places that take huge extensions of land and waste a beautiful place in rooms, if not for work and I was sent there would not even think of being part of a company that makes the floor more expensive and dest Ruye The community space for money.

The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and very clean; The buffet and in general the restaurant are good the only thing that didn't fill me was the pool, as it is small, out of that all right.

I was delighted with my stay. There's an amazing suite. Super wide, with tub and garden view. Five stars for their great service.

Excellent to get out of the city and relax, the food very delicious with a homey touch. The staff were very helpful. One of the most preludes to Doña Maricela the accountant. Very good at lending bicycles, and balls to play in the green areas. The pool very clean, and the iguanas.

Chiapas, is a beautiful place, full of history, biodiversity and ethnicity with its customs and vedtimentas of each place, as well as its craftsmanship which distinguishes each one of them. A magical town is Palenque.

I came in group and the attention is super warm, they are all very friendly. It is a very clean place although it lacks maintenance details, the truth is that they do not impact so much on the enjoyment of everything else. The pool temperature is nice and the Bell Boys are always available to help you in whatever you ask for. If I go back to Palenque, I will definitely stay here!

The hotel is a large structure comprising more than forty rooms, the services are many, from the large lounge for lunch and dinner, to the tennis courts, the swimming pool, and the big volleyball and soccer field, all immersed in the green of the typical forest, bar service by the pool, and also massage center. The kitchen is excellent, especially the typical ciapanense, with an excellent value for money. Large, clean bathrooms, rooms with air conditioning and TV.

The hotel is very nice since it has a lot of contact with nature, as it has several activities to make the stay more enjoyable, the meals are of excellent taste and quality.

It is a comfortable hotel and with friendly treatment, it is among the abundant vegetation of the Chiapas jungle. In general the facilities are quite nice and the staff very friendly, but you have to highlight their spa section and Temazcal, where they also have first level masseurs that will help you to have a better rest.

The hotel facilities are top notch, the road to the Temazcal is an experience, you can see macaws and monkeys, the buffet of the restaurant was delicious.

The rooms are completely OK. And the food is delicious. The service at the buffet is very freundlic.

Excellent buffet! The Cimida is super rich and with good taste, besides the people who are in the restaurant area have a very good attention!

A nice place to rest and close to the archaeological area of Palenque.

Beautiful grounds with large garden and good food.

Good hotel to stay in Palenque, the rooms have good amenities and the hotel has several services such as bicycle loan. Need to improve the attention of the reception.
If you plan to hire a tour I recommend you ask well for the prices as the ones offered at the hotel are somewhat expensive in comparison to the others.

I was treated very well and has good service, has pool, pool, tennis court, and Spa. It also offers free games, rented bicycles, and restaurant service. In the rooms are beautiful.

A super social event where you learn a better in all aspects and meet more people Q never knew.

Great service at the restaurant, hotel building is old and you can tell it, there was a water leak in the shower, ants in the bed and when we left we asked for a change of sheets, surprise, came back to the same bed sheets and a wet mat in the shower. In general the people treats you with a smile in their face. Just needs some renovations.

The property of the hotel is very extensive, full of nature and details of construction of the property that harmonize it with this. I had a feeling of freedom and taste of the jungle very special at the Mission Palenque Hotel.
The staff and the services of the hotel all very complete and enjoyable. The attitude of the people, the cleanliness, the variety and the professionalism in the same cause to be perceived a strong vocation towards the hospitality, towards the full service.

Great hotel. Good price, good buffet, kind staff. My only advice would be to pay more attention to the state of the pool. It could be cleaner. Oh! You can see iguanas all around the place.

The service need improvement and select their coworkers, for example, the cooker didnt know how to cook an eggs, do you believe that?

The hotel is very near to the archaeological zone, around 10 minutes. The rooms are clean and the air conditioner works great, but, since it has a lot of gardens is very common to find some insects in the room. The food is great and the services fantastic, the temperature of the pool is quite hot. I would return to the hotel if I'm on the zone.
