The rooms are beautiful and the service people very friendly.

Beautiful authentically decorated hotel located above the hustle and bustle of town just a couple blocks from the border crossing. Free covered secured parking for guests and free shuttle service from the border. The property is gated off at night and has a security guard 24/7. Rooms are very quaint, spacious, clean and comfortable with all hand carved furniture, beautiful pottery, combination safes and Wi-Fi. Two large hot tubs are on the 3rd level private covered deck. All the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and respectful. I especially like Josie and David at the front desk who both speak fluent English. There is a great restaurant, sandwich shop and coffee shop right on the bottom level as well as a convenience store, ATM, beautiful clothing boutique, beauty spa, pharmacy and several medical offices. I used to stay in Yuma and cross the border every day but never again!

Wonderful hotel in the brand new Medi Plaza. A great place to stay if you are traveling here for dental work that often is a three or more day process if you arre having crowns created. You can also stay In Yuma which is just 15 minutes away.

This place is awesome! Great and friendly staff, clean rooms, nice little courtyard with a deli, coffee bar, clothing shop, restaurant, jewelry shop, and a few more. Just a couple of blocks from downtown shopping, dental offices, optical stores, and restaurants. Smaller 1 bed rooms have no closet but does have places to hang clothes, rooms with 2 beds have closets with a safe for your valuables. There are also vans that you can ask the front desk to call to take you anywhere in the town you want to go for free. We love the Mexican Adobe decor.

This is a very nice place to stay in Los abogados in Mexico. It would get 5 stars if they hadn't put such hard beds in the rooms. The rooms are normally clean. The service is excellent. The price is fair. It's convenient to the town and has a restaurant on the property that's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's also a coffee shop that offers fancy coffees as well as regular coffee. There's a sandwich shop, mini grocery store, a boutique, and a small jewelry store. Additionally they have opened a massage studio that offers pedicures and manicures and just recently they've opened a stem cell medical facility.

Have made alot of improvement. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Stayed here for dental work, so the room was actually paid for by the dentist I used. Walls are thin and all channels are in Spanish so if recovering from dental work bit difficult. Staff did bring me salt water and ice for mouth without me asking so that was very nice. Nice coffee shop, resturant and massage place in same area, which was great.

The hotel was excellent, clean rooms, wonderful staff and great restaurant.

This is a pretty nice place in Mexico. Although the rooms are pretty hard to stay cool. They only have one little a. C. Unit per room and they are 70 dollars which was a little too expensive for what you get.

Beds were hard, room was dusty, housekeeping never showed, Wi-Fi was pitiful.

My staying in the hotel was ok. I mean the price itself wasn't expenssive but I didn't get any sleep because of all the noise coming from the plaza and the other rooms. Very thin walls and my room didn't have hot water.

Room itself was nice enough, good location, AC worked great, but no hot water and shower dripped all night. Hot tubs not working. The $50.00 deposit for return of the room key and AC remote seemed high, and our friend who stayed in another room only got $20.00 of his back, something to do with a key (plastic card). Not sure what that was all about, but it certainly made for an expensive visit. Would probably not stay here again.

Overall the hotel rooms are ok. However, my biggest complaint is that this hotel is located in a plaza area with VERY thin walls! When I say you can hear EVERYTHING, I mean you can hear EVERYTHING! So, if you're coming here for dental work and expect to rest… you may want to stay somewhere else. Also, some of the front desk staff are a bit incompetent (namely the night staff). Requested a wake-up call at 6:00 am and never received it! Luckily I woke up. Went downstairs to ask the front desk attendant what time it was and he said 6:15! I asked did he NOT get the note for a wake-up call and he just shrugged his shoulders and said, "oh yeah, my bad. " If you have appointments with the dentist or shuttles, PLEASE make sure you CONSTANTLY check on it, because they frequently don't communicate the right information between the hotel, shuttle and dental office. I found this to be VERY frustrating. However, there were some really nice employees and people were overall friendly. They just need to work on professionalism.
