Wonderful place to be! I call it my Mexican home away from home. I will be making my third trip there from Washington state in May and am so looking forward to seeing the staff and Ady again and making new friends. See you soon!

This so-called healthcare resort is full of convicted felons who have one thing on their mine pornography and perversion. This is the second time I visited this place attempting to get dental work and health care. I arrived Friday attempting to stay one night to get this process started instead it was demanded of me totaled up between 1000 and 1500 dollars cash which I obtained receipts for to be followed around on camera tracking device hacked into my Facebook and chased around town with pornography setup in my room deposits for everything including looking at their prison tattoos and hearing about their big penises this place is horrible and I will shut it down. Have already started process with border patrol in Mexicali and Yuma Police.

Good service. Beds ok. Enough hot water. The hotel is a good place, it is for dental patients. The only place where you can chat with strangers about implants or crowns. The food is good, there are good burgers and of course Mexican dishes. Menu also has "soft" foods that are easy on your sore gums. They will pick up at the Yuma Airport. Also they have vans that will drive you to your appointments. … They need to STOP using Styrofoam cups for drinks. Plastic stir sticks for coffee. Must add that the coffee is good and free. … Single use plastic containers for ketchup and salsa are a very bad idea.

I love this place, it’s literally a super friendly/family environment! Most of the employees speak English, everyone is courteous and accommodating. They have fresh fruits, vegetables, and all their food is prepared daily.

This is an extremely charming and beautiful hotel! The price is very reasonable and the staff in incredibly helpful and friendly! The restaurant is delicious and the rooms and halls are artfully decorated and gorgeous. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Los Algodones.

What a wonderful little oasis close to downtown Los Algadones. Fountains in the courtyards, swimming pool, really nice room. The little restaurant serves excellent food at good price. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again.

A good place to enjoy and relax.

Lovely place. Appears to be a concerned family hacienda just outside of dentist row as I like to call it. Although not in walking distance you can usually catch a ride on the shuttle. When I was there they ran out of some menu items and if you don't drink there's nothing to do. No television, no internet.

A clean hotel, with friendly staff who couldn`t do enough for us! If you are coming to Los Algodones to shop, or have dental work? It`s a great place to stay!

Felt I was given a run around… Wasn't given a $50.00 voucher. Cold in room. Bedspread light weight. Room and bathroom lacked cleaning. No wash rags. Parents did'n't control children. Loud, fighting, slamming doors.

Since we got to this hotel I liked it. They treat you very well, they have shuttle service, the drivers are very friendly, the service of the hotel is very good. The city is very quiet and they have 24 hour surveillance. The parking is very safe, the pool very clean, the rooms very nice and the beds very comfortable. I would recommend it very much. Excellent for resting.

A great vacation spot must across the border. Local folks are very hospitable, gracious and friendly. We visited the SANI Group for dental work and we received vouchers for our stay at Hacienda Los Algodones.

Hotel staff pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are clean, well kept, and comfortable. The location is a short distance to food and shops.

Charming and safe hotel. Best shower for a hotel ever! Very nice people. Kind of a 'no frills' room, but perfectly adequate! I only rated it 4 stars out of 5 because the food was just average. But La Parilla is only a block away. Our favorite. And my favorite dentist is also walking distance. Dr. Zazueta at "Face & Dent" — — excellent.

Clean rooms with two queen beds. Nice courtyard to relax. Restaurant was good. 5 star for the price.

Hacienda Los Algodones was a wonderful place to stay. I had dental surgery in Los Algodones and stayed at this Hotel for my two weeks of recovery. The staff is professional and willing to do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable. Additionally this hotel is very secure so I was able to feel completely safe while recovering from my surgery. I highly recommend staying here.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times over the last 3 years. The staff is awesome. They are very friendly, helpful and engaging. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is very good. Easy parking, courtesy shuttle to dentist appointments and border. Highly recommend.

I was here a few years ago. But not for the obvious reason. I was trying to catch a dog. I had one which is allowed in the hotel… it says no dog in the shower… who would ever? sorry I did but I cleaned up afterwards very well. It was a little dog. And I had to rescue him. The food area was closed but I ordered a pizza which was pretty good and watched some tv. I found an english channel. I recommend. Nice clean place. Nice people to chat with.

Great hotel with extremely friendly staff. The rooms are supper clean and the restaurant food is cheap and very good.

A picturesque and typical hotel of the region, well echo and with the quality that deserves all type of client, lacks services that are smaller but most importantly it has, usually is occupied because the owner is the same of Sani dental and that means that being its Clín ICA the most visited most patients stay at this hotel so you have to book with time.

This place is the best! The people that work here are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The hotel has many courtyards for you to relax or eat in. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. When you arrive you will notice how clean, safe and secure the grounds are. They have a security gate which is closes at 10pm and if your out late, when you return, the security guard will let you in no matter what time it is. Me 3AM. Lol. The pool is perfect and the water is chilly which is hard to believe being that its 100° outside. The food is very reasonable and very delicious! The rooms are always clean and the A/C is very cold. Tony and Ramon, who work the desk, are my two favorites along with Martine who works in the kitchen and serves food. These three amigos are top shelf! They will make sure you are well taken care of. Also if you need a ride in town or to the Yuma airport, no worries, they will get you there quickly! Love this place, and anytime I come here to Los Algodones this is my home away from home. Clean, comfortable and near downtown. Safe and friendly. I think the best in town.

Consider a nice motel six. Nice staff. Good food. We have had a problem with bug bites while in the room. The bed linens are kind of weak. We will not hesitate to stay there again.

Nice place to stay if you are doing extensive dental work. Lots of comradary, everyone is here for the same thing so you don't feel embarrassed to talk without teeth. The food is good and you can get a green juice for just $2.

Rustic but clean. Don't expect a Hilton type of room but it is nice enough for the price and the staff is accommodating. Looks cute and very Mexican. The pool and specially the "hot tub" should be heated. Nice patio area to seat outside in the am and pm. The restaurant food is good but slow in getting to you and there is no alcohol served but you can bring your own.

Quaint and the A/C is very excellent! The rooms are comfortable. And the food is fine and inexpensive! They have a good pool. And they have a little spit of parking on the street that offers shade and a small lot inside locked gates at night. It is a little loud. Our room was next to the pool area and there was a party that went on till the wee hours of the morning.

The owners are great. The hotel is like a motel 6 in the USA. You do have to check for bugs before you lay down. If you find them the staff will handle quickly. Food is great. Morning coffee is good too. The location to town is super. If you are going to Los Algodones for dental work you can feel safe staying here.

I give five stars for the treatment and human warmth, in terms of facilities, lack of telephone in the rooms, the beds are acceptable, in the room that touched me the air worked perfect, and so, that is very important in this region of the border. But the personal treatment was excellent.

A great place to stay. Very reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great courtyards to sit and have a coffee or beer or whatever and meet new people. The resturant serves 3 meals a day and the food is plentiful and tasty. The Hacienda is Beth secure and safe. The pool is wonderful. If we need to come back we will stay here.

Very nice place and hotel rooms, it would be 5 stars but it's 4 for two reasons: 1. The pool has too many bugs, and the jacoozi is just as cold as the regular pool; 2. The bathrooms are very dirty and should probably be cleaned more often. Other than that, the place is amazing and I would definitely recommend it for anyone taking a road trip or a vacation where either the stop or destination is here, this is the place to go.

I love staying here. It is so relaxing and I've met so many nice people from all over the world. The staff is by far the best! They take such good care of you and go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable as most of us are having dental surgery. They become actual friends. It's clean here. The food is very good. The pool is so nice and the only one around. It's perfectly safe here. I would suggest it to anyone. Thank you Tony for being so wonderful!

Great place to stay while getting your major dental work done. Very helpful staff, will drive you to and from your appts. Great restaurant. They will also make soft foods and deliver it to your room. Looking forward to staying there again.

Enjoyed the good food Beds are hard, and no bar that was the hardest part, but overall great experience…

Great little hotel, Mexico without Cervesa?

Everyone is wonderful. Adriannas Salon offering nail, hair & massage at the hotel, really great service. Linda Seger the go to person for any information regarding ANYTHING, Tony front office room booking, Corrina front office, Martin a wonderful cook at the hotel restaurant, nice soft foods if you have dental work done. A van with very nice drivers is always ready to get to to and from Sani Dental Clinic. Go you won't be sorry all prices are perfect.

Always just the place! Close to everything & now a pool & additional rooms. Always a pleasure.

The soup with shredded chicken is sooooo good! All the workers are very friendly and helpful with any of your needs. Free coffee in lobby and $1 cinnamon rolls. I wasn't expecting such a pleasant stay in Mexico near the border. Tons of shops, restaurants, and mexican food carts less than 10 minutes on foot.
