I spent 2 days in Sanspiper Hotel. I had a good time there.

Fair enough for the price, well located for the well known shopping malls in KL. Room aizes are bit small though.

The bedding was smelling and itchy, did not stay just checked out. I just wasted my money. Would not recommend the hotel to anyone at all.

Good place for your budget stays. Rooms are clean but bit small. Staff is friendly and breakfast was good. Short distances for shopping malls, train station and other attractions in the KL city.

It was ok, the reception was a big help. The breakfast was Indian and guys there were very polite. Some rooms have a view of Menara tower which is a beauty. I liked it!

Rooms are little bit small but clean. Its funny they couldn't make the bed properly during my entire stay. Convenient place. Can walk to almost all attractions in KL. The girl was at the reception Noraini was friendly and helped a lot. A big thanks to her. Breakfast is terrible. Even they dont have names of the dishes so Its hard to figure out whats in the bowl. Taste and variety is also bad. It has to be improved. Travel desk also offers cheap packages. Good place for a short stay.

What I like most is the location,
Breakfast is quite good. Hotel hallways is quite clean. Receptionists and other staff members on duty are very cooperative & very friendly.

The location is nice, near to petaling street, near to pasar sentral jaya, near to jalan alor. The room was nice too even the water heater wasn't work. So far enjoy it…

Rooms were terrible. Service is useless. Food variety, matching and taste is terrible.

Really small rooms and I guess they are not standard rooms. Air conditioner is good. Breakfast is almost nothing. The good point is friendly staff and the location. If you are looking for a luxury hotel with fair prices, this is not a good option but if you are looking for a bed and breakfast it can be.

It is awesome 3star hotel good place for tourists, it is near to Kuala Lumpur City Center, but the rooms are cosy there is only place for bed and a little place in front of bath room. There is also a train station in front of the hotel you can use the train at cheap fares to go anywhere in the KL.

Very nice rooms and good for budget travellers. Good breakfast buffet.

I liked the hospitality, service and accommodation of the receptionists and personnel. Amenities are satisfactory. What was not good are the breakfast meals, not that savory and yummy as expected.

The lobby looks good and clean gave me confidence when I walked in but the room housekeeping is really bad… stains on the blanket and covered up inside what a shock when you open up the blanket a d there's small black dust like stuff under the blanket. Providing clean and comfy rooms is a hotel integrity but…

It is not what you expect from a 3-stars hotel in other countries. But if you want to have a place to sleep and a minimal breakfast, this would be worth the price you'll pay for.

What I like most is the location. Breakfast is quite good. Hotel hallways is quite clean. Twin bed rooms are little bit small but acceptable. Receptionists on duty are very cooperative. Overall not far from perfect.

Hotel is good and staff is friendly. Always opt for room with windows. You can view both sky tower and Petronius tower at the same time. Beautiful view.

The overall rating of the hotel, I will say, was great. The price for 10nights less than 400$cad. Hotel is walking distance to many attractions and taxi is cheap too. Google map is very handy. There are information booklets for attractions nearby. Very safe surroundings and people are very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are very small. Breakfast was terrible. Nothing you can eat. So take the room only option. If you want to go there as a last option. Not recommended. And will never go there.

Room is extremely worst. No windows. Wi fi is damn slow. Only best it has located in a best place. Next time have to try the nearest hotel in this location sandpiper.

Very very bad service. Room too small. Bad breakfast. Rice was not properly cooked.
2nd day, I've told many times that we are 43 person. But they give us only 40 box for breakfast. Too many mistakes and missunderstanding here…

Did everything it's supposed to, adequately. Close enough to eating and drinking venues.

Convenient and cozy. Anything extra like blankets or pillows cost as much as the room. Laundry is very expensive (cheaper to take it down the street). But if you're just sleeping there worth the price. The restaurant is awesome though.

Review only on the Restaurant. At the end of the bill, I felt ripped off. For Service of 10% will be charged extra plus the tax on the invoice. Reference was then on the card was where, of course, is hardly visible. For what is offered much too expensive.

Good location but hotel is too noisy. Budget hotel. You got what you're paid for.

I would strongly urge people to look elsewhere. This hotel thought it was okay to host an all day party on the eighth floor starting at 8am Sunday morning which made the walls vibrate. Reception just said sort and smiled. Our key only works sometimes requiring one of us to return to the foyer and get it reprogrammed. Breakfast is inedible, the walls are too thin and the only thing I could recommend is the shower. Also the room is just under my threshold for cleanliness and not cleaned properly. Go somewhere else, please and enjoy a similarly priced but different hotel.

Liked: location is good, close to Butik Bintang and Chinatown.
Disliked: twin room requests, we were given a room with a double bed.
Bathroom with shower-curtain-free and therefore tended to flood completely because of the filling.
Poor breakfast.

Excellent location. The room I stayed in is small but clean. Although the breakfast was not memorable, all in all a very good value for your money.
