Good cheap hotel, convenience store is just a step away from this hotel… the room space is not to big but acceptable. Will stay here again next time…

This hotel is just good to stop and go if you don't have enough time to get inside the city. Rooms are kind of om but smell is just bad. The isolation between rooms and doors is practically non existing. I personally don't recommend this hotel as there so many hotels in the area and better. I haven't tried the food so cannot comment on that. Staff are friendly but always busy on the phone talking.

Good for value. Location is startegic near amusement and centre of the city. Near public transport. The only cons thats were hotel not very cool and noise can be heard outside of the room.

The best thing about my stay here was the location as it's close to Bukit Bintang — the most lively street in Kuala Lumpur. Room was just okay. Room facilities and bathrooms could use some improvements. Staff is okay. Cleanliness level was good. It's a small hotel.

Pros: Small but strategically located not too far away from bukit bintang Petaling Flea Market in walking distance Cons: Slow Internet Connection Careful while you sleep, since all electrical connections on top of your head, maybe because my room double bed size Suck Air condition, put fan in high wind barely flow, but its working. No window : ( Warning: Very slippery bathroom when wet, please caution.

Rooms are tiny. No minibar fridge. No towels in bathroom. Very noisy. Poor sound insulation.

Stayed here for 4 night First day checked in and the reception staff were very very unfriendly. After checked in we went to Mcdonald, upon returning to hotel, we were greeted by some Cockroaches!

Ideal location anywhere you want in Kuala Lumpur. You can walk to Chinatown. Berjaya… The hotel is good. Modern and perfect price. Very nice staff. I will definitely go back. Big strong point, public transit or taxi right across the road.

They have a nice lobby. However, room service isn't active. They didn't clean our rooms for straight 2 days. Breakfast is fine.

The environment is clean and the waiters are fine, but this place is close to a lot of tourist destinations in Kuala Lumpur, such as KLCC Street.

Nice and clean budget hotel. On request got smoking room. Had no hot water and staff fixed it in minutes. No fridge in room.

The price is surprisingly cheap for the service they provide. Small and cosy room. Good bathroom.

I found cocroach here. And the location not really in good area for tourist. But the location is opposite the pudu station. And the lrt is near but a bit hard to find if you are never being there before.

Good location, but rooms are not very posh and clean. I saw plenty of cock roaches in the room. And Crew were not friendly, neither they were rude. Ok for budget stays and bachelors who want to explore night life in KL.

Photos and real scenery do not bend, the environment is not very clean! Want to check out in advance 2nd but said no refund. There are no Chinese people to question … An entire hotel that doesn't push.

Small budget hotel in prime location. Clean room, tea & coffee, free Wi-Fi, toiletries and comfortable bed. Restaurant is in the premises, a tour desk is over there, we took Airport transfer from him, it was reasonable & trust worthy.

Decent hotel for the price, but nothing special especially for smokers. Was allowed to book a smoking room online to be told all room are non smoking. Although all rooms have an ashtray go figure. Designated smokers area is the street out from and you sit on a wall! Second class citizens us smokers.

(Suggestion to tourists: Please book Hotel Transit next door instead. Much better service and value. ) Corridors are poorly ventilated and often filled with the smell of cigarette smoke, which leaks into the guest rooms (even the non-smoking rooms). Although we asked for a non-smoking room, the room we got has an ashtray. There are "No Smoking" signs around the hotel, yet it never seems enforced. Bedsheets and towels are not well-cleaned (stained). Walls are thin and sound travels easily. On the positive side, the shower is kinda good.

Rooms weren't that clean, but they were cheap. The staff isn't very friendly. They want to charge you 50RMS (same money you pay as deposit) if you want a two hour late check-out, even after you stayed there for 3 days. Restaurant was non existent. At least the location was nice — right next to the bus station and walkable distance from the malls.

Very nice budget friendly hotel, the staff is cooperative as well, but the room size is bit compact.

I stayed here for a week and although the rooms are not crazy expensive there is no way you can connect to the internet which for me is a must. Hotel Wi-Fi is spotty at best and even if you have a Maxis sim card in your phone, most of the hotel doesn't have coverage. Also, do not get a room with breakfast included as breakfast here sucks big time!

Lil bit narrow. But ok for get rest after travelling. The place is clean.

Excellent place. Centrally located. Staff would not accommodate special requests for early check-in, however hotel manager is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing but very tiny. I thoroughly recommend it because they are very clean. Pretty affordable and for the price — this is a steal! The showers are amazing. They readily accept baggage storage. Room service is great. Definitely coming back.

Good place to stay for an affordable price. Easy to move around as hotel is just opposite the bus and train terminal. Recommended to those who first time in KL because its easy to find this hotel. But sadly I lost my ipod in the hotel during checkout.
