Poor service. The room given to me was not make up after the previous guest left, I went into the room and it is very messy and rubbish left behind. After I went down to the lobby, the receptionist was very rude, and did not even apologize. Such a service which was not prepared for new guest us ridiculous.

Not too bad overall, came as a group Some hiccup at check in but the staff is helpful and friendly. Room is clean w good shower/hot eater and basic amenities. Good value for money place to stay to explore the bandaraya.

Awesome experience But they need to collect your deposit around $20 USD for insurance And tourism tax as well.

Convenient location for shopping. Having a 24 hr mini mart and restaurants less than 500 meeters away is whats best about the place.

Love the laundry and drying machine provided and the room size, but for the breakfast part the workers seems to be quite lazy to refill and I and my family been there for two days. The breakfast we had seems very limited and the dishes are typically the same, its fine but we hope for more improvements.

Hotel is placed in a busy run down area. But the room and the ambience of the hotel is very good. Would give 5* for cleanliness.

Rooms are clean but room service and hotel staff is not friendly at all. Breakfast is better to avoid at this hotel. The dining room is clumsy and small. Hotel Location is not convenient for public Transport. You need to walk at least 15 min. Or book a cab. Nearby places are also mess. So no look around spots.

Amazing hotel for such a cheap price. It is right in the middle of the city, and about 6 minutes walk to Berjaya Times Square Mall. The rooms are so clean and comfy. Huge bed. Big bathroom. And the TV has awesome channels that are in English! Overall it is such a great hotel for such a cheap price. I will definitely be going back.

Great budget hotel in KL. The room was decent size and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is not right downtown (near KLCC) but it is close. The neighborhood has some great restaurants and food courts featuring local good instead of McDonald's or Starbucks.

Price is perfect location is not far from down town yet it's not in the main street.

Clean room come with big bathroom! Value for money! Breakfast buffet is average but very affordable.

The room is spacious and nice shower facilities. Some walking distance away from time square and sungai wang but ok. The breakfast is not fantastic you better eat outside.

Overall is good. Staff are friendly. Enviroment is good. The reason I gv 2 star is bcoz 6am fire alarm suddenly went on. 8am renovation work. Cant sleep at all. What the hell is this? Really spoil my holiday mood. Been travel so much 1st time cant sleep due to renovation in the early morning.

Nice sized rooms very practical big bed breakfast can be hit or miss depending on the day was definitely worth the extra couple RM to add it.

Value for money and friendly staff. room was good enough, and spacious and comfortable. but don't expect too much on amenities, they don't even provide us tea in our room. not recommended for those who bring along elderly, couse you have to walk alot when you use public transportation, Unless you go around by Grab or taxi.

Isn't Not service I wanna extend my stay for another 1 night I booked online and unfortunately I didnt booked the same room, so they want me to check out the room and wait till 2:30 pm to get my new room. So start 12 noon till 2:30 I have to wait, I'm not sure is this a appropriate way. The staff is great except the lady wearing glasses in receiption she don't really entertain guest nicely.

Best 3 star hotel with low budget accommodation. Breakfast was also good. Location is fine and near to city center.

Best value of money! Quite cheap prices, but very clean and cozy rooms. Really like the idea of self-use laundry room! My 4th time in a hotel and not the last one for sure!

We had a nice time at the hotel. The room was cleanly, newly made and spacious enough. The bathroom was in excellent condition with new fixtures. The breakfast was also good except the fact that they offered the same menu for the four consecutive days we stayed there.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Behavior of staff — excellent, cleanliness — excellent etc etc BUT I got a horrible experience of mine. I booked this place through booking. Com and as a genius customer this place offered me a 10% discount but boy I didn't know that it would lead me to such a horrible room. I booked a superior king room. But when I got into the room the room was not as mentioned and it had a window blocked by walls basically making it a no window room which these people also have a choice for… When I asked them to change the room they said u have booked the room on discount and hence we have very few limited rooms alloted to that… So me being a privileged customer of booking. Com became a curse for me. So guys if you are booking this hotel on my terms… PLEASE DON'T. Unless u would want to pay almost the same money as everyone else and stay is such a horrible room… I will also share the room I got so incase u get alloted that just reject it. Room no — 9913

For KL it is a good hotel for the price. It's not perfect, slightly noisey and a few ants in our room. But overall we were happy, and would return again.

EXCELLENT! Couldn't have been any better at such a reasonable price! And the location is just PERFECT! Definitely recommended and wanna go there again. Their breakfast tastes awesome too. In fact in Malaysia this was the only hotel we had an ideal breakfast menu. We had to leave really early so we informed the manager. And guess what? They arranged such a wide variety of breakfast at 4am in the morning! We were the only people to eat at that time! The cook is from Sylhet, Bangladesh. :)

Good but far away and room girls.

We checked in 17th April 2017 Night. We were a group of 9 people. All rooms in all floors have an old smell of old carpet or something just puffed cigarette. I randomly checked into all floors and this smell was there. Its a budget hotel so the breakfast spread is also budget. The approach and nearby roads are very shabby. Very congested rooms. Very nice customer care. The front office late night checkin was smooth and easy. The bell boy is awesome, very helpful man.

Excellent hotel in Bukit Bintang. Clean and comfortable. Very reasonable price including breakfast. Toiletries provided. There are lot of restaurants in walking distance including Chinese, Indian and Malay. It is only 3 ringgit for a 'Graab Taxi' to reach many of the shopping malls including Times Square, Sungei Wang, Lot 10 etc. Breakfast is good which included variety of items. Staff is helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Will be back for my next trip…

Place is clean. A little bit far from monorail but dont worry. Ask the reception to call you a grab taxi. From hotel to kl sentral only RM 8. Serve breakfast. Self laundry with no cost.

I Liked the cleanliness and calmness of this hotel. The staff is very good. Breakfast is complimentary with good quality… Berjaya Times square only five mins walk distance.

The hotel wasn´t located in a great place. We felt a little unsafe. But when you arrive before midnight, you have nothing to fear. But because of the location the hotel was pretty cheap and really good! There is security in the hotel. The room was great! It´s really big. The bed was big and comfortable. The shower was great. Everything was clean and there wasn´t any noice from outside. The personnel was nice and helped us with all of our questions. Breakfast (included! ) was good, every day almost the same, but good. And besides that is 10 minutes walking of Berjaya shopping mall, a mall with 9 levels where you can enjoy yourself all day if you want to :) Price/quality is great :)

Excellent service and clean rooms. Very satisfied with the hotel's choice. The breakfast is good, and the only thing is a little tricky from the Metro.

A great budget hotel with great bang for the buck, I recommend this for everyone. No reservations needed also, you could stay for weeks and still be comfy. Great staff but the reception could use some work. Brrakfast is provided, glass lined bathroom, shower head and etc.

Our favorite hotel in the TC. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The attention is good, the hotel only has Wi-Fi on some floors and at the reception, which for a traveler is something complicated. The location is good but due to the traffic and the highways of Kuala Lumpur sometimes you run around the hotel from the center because you always end up looking for a bridge to be able to cross and none is at hand for the hotel. The breakfast is very good.

Very bad hotel, should be demolished, I couldnt take a shower in 1 m2 bathroom. Rooms looks like jail.

Cheap, room not bad but not good either.
