Very bad atitude… cant listen what customer saying. And keep take photo… we talk to worker properly but he pattern seem want to fight with me…

Service so bad room no hot water and their staff so bad in service no next time.

Worst hotel I have check in, staff enter my room when I going out, booking fir non smooking, get room with many mark of cigarettes, receptionist staff said they can enter when no answer from guest when they knocking 3 time…? haaayaaaaaa, S. O. P?

A huge disappointment. The room I got looked like in the photos, but when it was first renovated probably more than a decade ago. Everything in the room sort of half worked, the air conditioning put out was cool air but was never able to really make the room cool. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were pathetic. The corridors were in an even worse state than the room. The value for the money definitely wasn't very good, and I cannot recommend this hotel. On a positive note, the staff during check-in were very nice and helpful.

They attended to two different tour groups which came later first Service without a smile not too courteous even though business is very good. Room upkeep is not satisfactory and so is the housekeeping. I would rate this as 1 stars as i've seen smaller hotels better than this.

We stayed at this hotel from 25th May to 28th May 2018. We were a group of 18 people. The hotel considered to be a 3* property was a total disaster by all means. Most of the plug points were not in working condition, no proper Wi-Fi. unfriendly staff, no Manager to lodge any complaint. Breakfast was pathetic, there was hardly anything remotely palatable and choices to choose from. Rooms not well maintained. Few of the wash rooms had no door lock, water clogging Water bottle was not provided on all days. They were not ready to give glasses in the room when we requested for a few glasses. On the day prior to checkout they have not provided tea bags, sugar and milk in the room, citing that the checkout is tomorrow. This Sentral Pudu is not worth the amount we have paid. Total disappointment.

Wonderful service, humble stuffs and very beautiful room setups.
Will stay again when next time when I'll be in Kuala Lumpur.

Five stars to their front desk staff. Very helpful and cooperative. Central location. One can go anywhere easily.

One of the WORST hotels ever. The staff was very rude and super lazy. Absolutely no sense of knowledge or training on how to treat guests. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who’s traveling to KL. The hotel is such a disgrace to the entire hospitality industry!

Pathetic services. Wi-Fi not working properly. Bathroom door lock does not work. Hot water not coming properly. Water logging prpblepin bathroom and wash basin. Room is not cleaned daily. Complained about all these at reception but nobody attended the problems. We changed the hotel after 3 days.

For the first time in my life, the hotel was not air-conditioned and didn't have to recharge. I didn't know what I wanted to say. I just wanted to make the company understand that there was no air-conditioned customer who would feel for the company.

It was very clean and conforting. The staff were very nice and breakfeast was provided.

A ok kind of hotel. Facilities are so so. Need much follow ups to get things done. Breakfast is just an usual affair, you have to. Eat whatever is served. No change in menu. Service is a bit poor. They need to pull there socks to improve service. Cable network is poor with hardly 10 local channels working. You can't call for food from room service. House keeping is not upto the mark. So if you wanna book it up, just think twice. Didnt have a good experience staying there…

Even tough it's 1 star hotel! but i'd like to give it 5 stars, cuz it's nice hotel to stay, cheap and comfortable… also has best serving and you are free to have breakfast, lunch, dinner there but just once! the hotel has 18 floors, each floor has Wi-Fi connection, a fast Wi-Fi, I assure! So, I recommend you to stay there when you visit Kuala Lumpur.

Very cheap and comfortable stay in the middle of the city. Conveniently located and easy to get around KL via uber/grab or simply by taking the monorail The rooms are surprisingly clean and well decorated. For the pricetag I was expecting a more budgetty kind of room. Truly a welcomed surprise. Staff are undertrained and have poor manners when dealing with customers. Would return for the price.

Falsely advertised as a 2 star by Sri Lankan airlines. Service is friendly and helpful but rooms are of poor quality. Our toilet was broken throughout our stay but they decided to not fix it and have us stay in the same room.

This is an old establishment, dirty and smelly room. They don't make up room well. So you don't feel comfortable in the room. The ac is not enough to cool your room. You will never get Wi-Fi connection in your room even if I complain several times that didn't bother. Breakfast is boring, lack of variety. Only good thing about the hotel is location. Near to times square and shopping malls. I don't recommend this hotel for my friends.

Great value for money when rooms are on Special. Welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Good facilities. Fridge. Tv. Aircon. Safe. Location is great. 15 min walk from entertainment area, s or 12 RM for taxi…

Good location in KL. Easy access to most of the shopping centers. Delicious foods are available for all three meals. Good staff. Nice comfortable rooms. Bathrooms need to be maintained well.

This is just a hotel. Not good for tourists. Property is very old. You can find a better deal from new hotels in this area. Customer service is very poor. I don't like to go in details. There are so many ideas to give, but why?. Anyway please email me if you (management of the hotel) want to come up from the muddy pit.

Although we already had the booking of the room when we arrived there they kept us waiting for 4 hours because no rooms were empty. Also the "Clean my room " tag is useless for them because we never get the room clean even coming to the room after the entire day. The buffet they serve is reasonable.

Good hotel with good service. Can say it is a kind of budget hotel about 5 km to the KLCC. But the foods are not much tasty specially if you are a fan of spicy foods. Mostly Chinese and Indians foods are there. You can find Rice, Breads, Noodles, some kind of roties, jam, butter… etc. For beverages ice lemon tea, orange juice, fresh milk… etc. If you want Orange juice you should go to breakfast bit early because later times the juice is much mixed with water than orange due to ice getting melt. Anyway the hotel staff is very friendly and really help full. If you need any assistance about the places you hope to visit, you can get it from the help desk. They provide us maps, train schedules and taxi services with some discounts. And also you can buy tickets for some places such as Sunway lagoon for some reasonable price. That were really help full to us. Rooms have good enough space and facilities such as satellite tv, telephone… etc. Room service is coming every day and clean it very well. Door locks have electronic cards system which provide more security as well. You can see the city and the KL tower through you window if you want to have a look around. Finally I can say it is worth for the money you spend on hotel.

The rooms are okay. Although the linens have a faint smell. Seems maintenance is poor. Phone is not working. The shower has a leak, good thing the water supply is strong. No slippers and toothbrush/paste.

This hotel is very bad. Very slow reception and unfriendly. Room is tidy and neat but it is full of bed bugs. It was a horrible night in this hotel.

Super bad. Location was near times square that's the only good point. Otherwise don't bother staying here. Wi-Fi reception was super bad not sure if it's because it's a corner room but couldn't receive Wi-Fi at all when in the room. When bathing the water spray out is super little not sure why. Room was not clean. There were even rubbish on the floor when we first enter the room. Since it was a budget hotel no complaints but only stay here if budget is an issue. Else too up more for a better hotel.

Nice hotel, I liked it. Gave me a large room than I had booked as a pre-booking bonus for a month in advance. By number, cleanliness, Bellew expansions not. Very close to the center.

I loved this place, this is a huge hotel, nice location, I couldn't find any swimming pool around but buffet breakfast was good one. Time square, Low Yat Plaza, pudu station at very convenient distinct. Bed was nice and comfortable. They have very good view of the city from their windows.

It's kind of a decent hotel. Complementary breakfast seems to be the best part. But horrible Wi-Fi service and air conditioning doesn't work properly in some rooms. We booked 7 rooms together. One night electricity went out and they didn't even turned on their backup service. Lol. Anyway, it's not that bad hotel but not something good either. If you are looking for a budget hotel and would like to have average service then go for it. My rating 5 /10.

It's pleasant and near of downtown and the price is also acceptable.

Room was clean and had a good view on city. Reasonable for the price. Walking distance to hang tuah and imbi monorail which is in front of Time Square.

Booked a room that said with refrigerator but end up doesn't have. Shower head water pressure low but sink water pressure too high. Bed sheets are not very clean. Tv remote not working. Room lighting isn't balance and window curtain, one side can't open because desk blocked. And ac have annoying squeaking sound. Room 1401.

Breakfast buffet for veg indian must be improved, make more options. Like sauth indian dises and many more.

Deluxe Room is Okay. Clean and have space. when check in take deposit and 3 staff in the reception have to check me in and take quit long time beside it seems like they never had guest. I wasn't given what type of room I was asking for when I book this hotel. The hotel staff some of them are very rode and no attitude. There is only 7 car park which come first serve first and I find all the car that use the parking from KL which mean the employers are using guest parking :) There is better place out there.

This is the best location for a budget traveller, as you can walk from Sentral railway station to the hotel. The hotel has no pool, but the breakfast buffet is excellent. The cheaper rooms tend to have a used look, but have a bar frig and Air Con. The hotel is surrounded with cheap eats cafes, chinese and Indian /Pakistan style. Several liquor shops are in the area. Outside the door is the skyrail terminal, a great way to travel around KL, and its a 5 minute walk to Little India. The area is a bit seedy, but I think that adds atmosphere as its not too sterile like a 5 star hotel surrounds. There are heaps more budget hotels in the area now, and its becoming a hot spot now for development.

I have been staying in Hotel Sentral Pudu on three different stays. This alone tells much about this hotel. The hotel is fairly priced, has a great location and fulfills my needs in a good way. I wouldn't choose this hotel for honeymoon or romance, but if you need a clean place that offers more than backpacker/hostel standard in downtown Kuala Lumpur you will hardly find a better fit. In June 2012 there were some Wi-Fi (included in the price) and hot water issues in some flours. It wasn't possible to get a room with fast Wi-Fi, hot water and no smoking allowed. So I opted for fast Wi-Fi and no smoking in the 14th flour. Breakfast is mostly for Asian likes, but you won't starve. The hotel staff varries. Some are very friendly and helpful, while others seemed bored and a bit unmotivated. The hotel is a five minutes walk from Imbi monorail and Pudu station. So you can reach it easily from airport without hiring an expensive taxi. While the hotel restaurant (usually quite empty) offers decent food, there are many local options just behind the hotel, while nearby Berjays Times Square offers dozens of other opportunites. There are two small groceries a minute away.
