Love this Hotel so much. The design & ambience is so nice. Staff is friendly. Staying here is so relaxing. The natural sunlight & plants makes people feel so comfortable. Extended our stay to enjoy everything here. A good place to take a break and recharge yourself!

Hotel was nice & cozy. Check in was fast. But no concierge at the entrance, no pool towels at the pool (we have to go find staffs both times for help). Food at Monroe was okay nothing to shout about, Astro was down at night around 8.30pm until 10.30pm. I understand the hotel is new hope you can improve for the better in the future.
