The Furama Bukit Bintang hotel is perfect for KL city tour. I just came back from KL on a family tour when we stayed in Furama for 3 nights. Awesome place, well connected with monorail and KL metro to go to any part of the city. KL TOWER, TIMES SQUARE MALL can be seen from the hotel room itself. You can visit the most popular night life in Bukit Bintang in just a 10 min walking distance from this hotel. Morning breakfast to all amenities are really enjoyable. It was a perfect decision to stay here for us.

Very nice hotel. Service and facilities are really more nicer than 5 star hotel. Good service and clean. Very nice view of twin towers and KL tower view. Easy to access the city by walk. And very nice breakfast and many varieties too.

Nice hotel, although I wouldn't say luxury. Majority of staff helpful. Food is nice. Location very close to times square. Cleanliness and state of repair fine, very good downstairs which is spacious. Pool small but it is outside which is good in the city.

Poor soundproofing, often heard like something fell on the ground of the collision sound, passengers walked through the door of the conversation. Room, inside furniture, flushing room, third floor restaurant, how to look is not new. Breakfast options are few and food and coffee are common. There is a swimming pool next to the restaurant, but it doesn't feel special. But the price is not expensive, there are parking spaces, just in and out to pay attention to, do not scrape the car.
Ordinary price ordinary accommodation, is probably "do not seek meritorious, but not too". The second time, the waiter at the counter told me that we were a smoke hotel. The second time I heard this sentence, I thought it was good. But the next morning, my wife shook me up and said there was a smell of smoke. As soon as I entered the toilet, I sensed it. Not only poor soundproofing, "smoke" is also poor!

The reception is pretty friendly. However, there isn't any crowd control for the guests when taking the only 4 lifts serving the guests to their rooms during times where the tour groups checks into the hotel. The rooms are roomy enough but lacks sound isolation. Location is a bit off the city center and involves a bit of walking to the trains stations through the main road.

Have good time with Furama. Staff are friendly and well trained. Room are clean and nice. Very near Time Square for shopping and there are so many Chinese restaurants near the hotel.

Value for money at the top, close to everything. Go for a first experience in KL.

Well located. Excellent price quality.

Rooms were slightly tired and there was a cigarette odor in our room. Interestingly it seemed to get stronger as the air con was turned up so not necessarily from people smoking in the room. The windows are very dirty which detracts from the view somewhat. This is likely related to the huge construction project that is underway across the road. Now on to the positives, the rooms are well equipped with fridges, a kettle and a separate lounge. The pool area is nice and relaxing and the gym is well equipped (only notable omission being a rowing machine). The staff here are excellent and very accommodating. The buffet breakfasts are generous however the food itself can be be hit and miss. As previously mentioned thtlere is currently a no construction project underway nearby but otherwise the location is excellent, being a 10m minute walk from a nearby night market and a 5min walk from the nearest train station. All in all very good value for money.

I read some of the reviews after I booked this hotel and I was a bit uncertain how it would go. I have been very pleasantly surprised. The check in was quick and very smooth. We arrived at 2pm and were in our room within about 10 minutes. We booked an executive club room and found it to be very comfortable. It is really nice to be able to shut the door to the bedroom so my wife can sleep in! The room is not new and flash with lots of marble and mirrors but it was clean (the housekeeping lady does a great job and has the most wonderful smile, she is always happy and welcoming) and in good condition. He gym is small but functional and was never crowded. The best part is the Executive lounge. The staff there are absolutely top shelf, you always feel like they are glad to see you. A relaxed breakfast with nice coffee was always a good start to the day. The evening cocktails was very nice and the food far more extensive than I expected. The beer was cold and the wine was of an acceptable quality. Thank you to all the staff in the lounge for making our stay so nice. The only down side was the lifts get a bit busy at checkout time. The location is an easy walk to everything we go to KL for, food, shopping and more food. If you decide to stay at this hotel do yourself a favour and book an executive club room, it is exceptional value for money. Thanks to all the wonderful staff, we look forward to our next stay.

Ask for high floor but didn't give me. Shower not working properly. Water was very hot regardless you turn left or right. Have to call them to rectify. The kettle cannot automatically off when water boil. No morning newspaper. Breakfast was normal. Room quite big.

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 night in executive suite room. Starting from reservation (direct hotel website), check-in, stay and check-out everything was smooth. Staff are very friendly and they were really accommodating during the check-in process. Breakfast — both veg and non-veg buffet in two different rooms. Room — We got room in 25th floor and had a nice view to twin tower Swimming/Gym — Used all the three days and enjoyed it Executive lounge — Since we were staying in Executive room, we had access to this lounge. Free cocktails and snacks between 6pm and 8pm. Dont miss this :)

We had an executive room which was very spacious. However, the hotel has come a little over the years and stayed.
Behind the hotel is currently (February 2018) A construction site and we immediately changed the room. On the other hand, no construction noise was heard.
Since we changed the room I can say at least from both rooms that the air was awful. Hard to describe but it just smells uncomfortable. Of course, Windows cannot be opened.
The air conditioning was unfortunately not reasonably regulated and it was just too cold. So there was only the possibility to switch on and off and thus come to a reasonable temperature.
The breakfast buffet is designed according to the public very Asian. I personally liked this but the one or other Europeans or Americans will not be thrilled.
The Berjaya Time Square with indoor amusement park is within walking distance as well as the monorail (Imbi station).
Opposite the hotel are some small good Chinese restaurants. Those who like the simple flair of a street restaurant should definitely try out Teo Chew. Otherwise, there are also normal restaurants…
Overall the hotel is OK but as I said the rooms are quite old and therefore stayed only three stars.

I love everything about this hotel inside. But the view from this hotel is not good. Stuffs are extremely helping and cordial. Food is excellent. Rooms are super comfy and luxurious. Not exactly in the center of Bukit bintang, more in the outer side but it's still in walking distance.

Rooms were big and view was awesome. Though dated and maintenance could be improved. The entire hotel smells of wood paint and only room A/C could take that away. Breakfast was good though limited options. Do book dinners especially room service before 8 pm as almost everything gets exhausted pretty soon. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. We could not get any free shuttles as well. I did not like the locality nearby. Looks pretty creepy at night and there have been instances of purse snatching and thieving even during daytime. Better to stay alert while taking a walk.

Nice room with living room. Clean and central location.

Good value for money. Great breakfast. Well located. Helpful room. Good pool, for what it costs the stay. Your years may be noticed, but it is a minor detail that lacks the relevance of the comfort of the place. Full Gym also free access.

Decent hotel nothing fancy. Food wasn’t great Buffet spread low on quality and service. Staff were courteous. Rooms were nice and simple. Only issue I had was with security. Taxi driver drove off with our suitcase though caught on camera, they were off no use to capture the license plate due to poor resolution.

Nice hotel. The breakfast spread was decent. Rooms were spacious. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that the room adjoining to us (people who stayed there made a lot of noise) and no proper sound proofing done, as one can clearly hear the noise. Rest was good overall. Hope Furama would look into this. Great experience overall.

Stayed for the second time at the Furama chain hotel (first time in Bangkok). The hotel was great. First of all, of course, breakfast is a chic buffet. The room was very clean and spacious. The view from the window, of course, not much-on the construction site, but the room is perfect cleanliness, has everything you need, ironing board with iron, bathrobes, slippers. The bathroom has even a floor scale:) Great pool on the third floor. Friendly helpful staff. I also want to note the good location of the hotel: nearby Metro station Imbi, as well as the nearby hotel Berjaya sent a variety of intercity buses (we on one of them left for Singapore). A five minute walk to the right of the hotel is a decent foodcourt. The only remark was that we had a child of 8 years old, and only two were mentioned in the reservation, and there were questions when checking in, but they quickly decided, as we had a printout of the reservation in English, where it is indicated that the child lives for free without providing extra. Bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Right at shopping malls, 5min from the 2 stops. It is more pleasant to run to the monorail Imbi. It is not far to Jalan Alor. 10min walk. Double rooms with breakfast cost 43euros. Rooms are clean but a bit worn in. There's everything you need. Wlan, TV, spacious bathroom, irons and hair dryer. Gym is very good, pool slightly flat with 1, 2m depth, but ok. Breakfast with many Asian dishes Indian dishes, attention, also something from the vegetarian room try. There is an omlett station around a noodle station for the pers. Compilation.

As a smoker, you're not allowed to smoke anywhere. It's okay … not smoking in the room! But not even at the pool outside to have a corner?

Very beautiful very clean very safe and secure hotel in the heart of KL city where you have the mono rail just at a walking distance well connected with the KL bus service and also can get taxi from the hotel lobby to anywhere in the City. And also have a beautiful swimming pool and also very good dinning options. Wud highly recommend the hotel.

Lovely place. Especially the pool side view is amazing! Food will be a little 'ok ok' for Indian vegetarians. But no-vegetarians have some delicious options. The accommodation is wonderful and staffs are friendly!

Amazing hotel. Breakfast buffet at Spices@Furama offers a lot of variety and restaurant always has a lot of offers going on so I suggest checking those out. For example during my stay there was a 50 percent off on the À la carte menu and the food was exquisite and after the discount it costed about the same as the street food outside (less than 50 ringgit for 4) but with a better ambience, great staff and better tasting food. There was also a few set menus available. The rooms and swimming pool were awesome. They also gave us a free upgrade. Really good hote!

This hotel is really great. The staffs are friendly and very well behaved. Food is perfect but not a wide variety is available. The pool and views are amazing.

The breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The service is not the best. We found stains in the toilet bowl just after checking into our room. We asked for plates to the room but no one brought them. Overall an okay experience given that its a 4 star hotel. They could do a lot better.

Great location to get to Bukit Bintang — only 5 minutes by foot. Rooms very spacious and have all amenities you need (including an iron, ironing board and hairdryer). Hotel seemed to be constantly busy, but still great service. Great view of the TV tower and Petronas towers (if staying on that side of the hotel).

There are some jambs in the rooms, but overall everything is decent enough. Breakfast is very good.

Okay hotel, nice facitilities. Room smelled a bit smok-ey and everything is a bit old. All in all a fine hotel but no WOW experience.

This is one of best hotel their service is remarkable. Location wise also is very good you will get view of twin tower and kl tower from your room. Lot of food joints outside can try lot of food variety.

Frequent traveller to KL n stayed in different hotels. My 3rd time here from10-13 mar. Booked two executive suite rooms clean with good Wi-Fi. Very good massage across the street 'healthland'. Pudu is an area to try out the local food.

I am coming Furama. I will celebrate Christmas with you all and after that I will give my ratings based on their services. Till now its look good.

The exclusive room has the same Price as Shangrila, but the service not even half as good, lousy food, lousy service, poor management.

Great hotel. Fast and free Wi-Fi. But sometimes get disconnected. Time square is real close. Take the main route and u'll get there in about 5 minutes, but take the short cut through the alley and a half constructed building and you are there in less then 2 minutes. Room is clean, carpet is clean, toilet is clean. The wall paper was pealing in some parts. TV did not have many good chennels. Breakfast was good with lots of varites. I encountered no problem watsoever is this hotel. Stayed for 5 nights with my wife and 2yr old daughter. One of the best vacations of my life.

Its in good location. But the furniture s are too old and carpet vey bad with rutten smell. Sleeping quality is bad due to traffic noise even if you live at the 20th floor. I blame agoda for this.

Worst hotel ever! Dont ever set foot on this stupid piece of shit. U have to pay for Wi-Fi. And they treat us like we came to beg here. No kind of class in this hotel. They have a list in every room that states what u have to pay if u break something. For example. They will charge u 400 rm if u break their weighing scale. This is completely absurd. There are many hotels in KL. Do avoid this at all costs. Source-an honest and seasoned globetrotter (which is me).

Excellent. Loved it. Great place, good location. The surrounding area is a bit. Rough at times, but that is not there fault. To get to berjaya times square from there, just walk through the dodgy looking alley next to the Chinese restsraunt, near the 7\11.

Hi everybody. I just checked out from the hotel going to the airport. I had a bad experience with this hotel. The furniture is old and the towels I can say it has been used for 5 years at least. I will try to upload a photo for that. I spoke to the receptionist about the towels and nothing changed like I didn't say any thing. So I don't recommend this hotel for who want a nice vacation. Thanks.

Very convenient location of the Hotel. Close to shopping and the Monorail. The Swimming Pool has, unfortunately, not a nice prospect.
