Location isvery gud … easily connected to all areas of city.

Love this hotel. Right in middle of downtown KL everything is just walking distance, hotel is clean and nice good place to live in KL.

On top of the Fahrenheit 88 Shopping Centre offering the best location in Bukit Bintang but with weird entrance from the side. The reception is also hard to find on level 5. Building was refurbished but poor workmanship. Good value for money though and close to everything. Perfect for family or big group.

Good apartement in a good place of bukit bintang.

Convenient and spacious. Bedsheets were a little dirty upon arrival but they changed it upon request.

Run down, hardly maintain. Floors are sticky, whole apartment are stink with cigarette smell, even worse in the bedroom. Gas stove are unusable. Shower door are broken. Room cleaning service just barge in even not requested, so never keep valuable in the room. Nothing is good, except the water pressure, which is very strong. If you have to pay to stay in the apartment, save your money and go somewhere else. Btw, this review is for the apartment suite, which came with Berjaya holiday package. Since it's paid off years ago, Berjaya might be giving us sub standard accommodation. Not sure how other suite tho.

Great place for family. We booked 3 rooms suites. The place quite spacious and comfortable. It's near a lot of shopping mall and lively area. However, it would be better if there was more lifts in service to the suite because at night we must queue to get to the lift. The cleaning service quite nice, but sometimes the floor was rather sticky even right after being cleaned (My family and I say for several days).

Great location & good value but a little old.

Cheap clean and very bis apartment. Free Wi-Fi and easy to go anywhere. Food is also super easy to find.

There are how many rooms that do not fit its standards for four star hotel. But for the location is pretty good around the mall and very easy for shopping and the streets in the middle of the mall and the market, if for that this hotel is the right choice and not too spend big money to room.

Fahrenheit is basically a mall! This place has it's residence above 5th or 8th floor. And the system is really weird. They provide you suite like rooms. Good for a huge family hangout. But shared restrooms with doors coming in from 2 bedrooms is super weird. You have to close 2 doors when you go to the restrooms and also have to remember to open both of them before leaving or else others from other rooms will m9t be able to visit. Then comes the fact of high expense. This place costs a lot more than it's service. When we went the intercoms did not work. But if you are a bit too cozy person with a huge family or group of friends living who don't want to be disturbed, then this is nice. It has stoves and basins. So, you can always cook as you like if you are a that kind of a person. Hope this helps.

I have visited to this place recently on 30 December until 1 January 2018. Right now, they are doing some renovations on the ceramic floor and on some lift. I think its getting a lot better now ♥️

I am very disappointed in this place. 1st. My husband helped me to book hotel, they said my husband didn't mention that other people are checking in. 2nd. The Wi-Fi is unstable and slow. 3rd. No ac for the lift lobby and corridor, this is a 4 star? how they count these stars. 4th. I saw a bedbug on the study chair cushion. I have been staying the hotels around this area. The cheaper hotel in this area is much better than this hotel.

The clothes here are beautiful, but there is no large size, it is XL. But what I want is XXXXXL.

This apt location was great, in the middle of Bukit Bintang, so near with Pavillion, Fahrenheit 88, many attractions around the place. But next time I will choose another place, I'm sure there's other better than here.

The rooms are good. The location is fantastic! However the traffic around is bad. And car park is always full.

Limited shops, but very close to other malls. Shopping is very convenient.

The location is very strategic. Easily access to shopping area. However, the building itself need high maintenance. We took a lift from carpark to 5th floor (lobby). And the control panel of the lift is gone. We have to climb one stair up to enter the lift.

The place is wonderful and very convenient, however they are undergoing some renovation which results in abit dusty and dirty.

The place is under major renovation during my stay. A big one. So, expect drilling noises during the day and visual 'unpleasantness' plus dust from the trapaulin and the work.

Location is good, but lift access is terrible. Only 1 of 4 lifts currently working during renovations.

Old serviced apartment but located in a superb location (above fahrenheit mall, opposite pavilion mall, side by side with sephora star hill shops, jw marriot and westin hotel).
The suite has no GF lobby. From Fahrenheit mall lobby you need to take hidden elevator to 5th floor. And move to another elevator which goes to apartment rooms. We stayed on 14th floor so far just ok since we spend our time outside since first check in and back around 10pm. Luckily all staffs just polite to us. No haunted experience as people experienced before.
For those who spend most times outside around pavillion mall, sephora, arabic cuisine, lot 10, mrt, enjoy local malay indian cuisine for all times meal at the back side of fahrenheit mall, all is walkable relatively short distance and I think is worth price for location (consider no need taxi, find parking lot or t jam). Anyhow, dont expect its like real new 4-5 star hotel. Its not recommeded for those who wants to enjoy comfortness of luxury hotel. Its just for sleeping and bath after shopping or nite life around.

Actually its a good apartment but sometimes I hate the lift. The lift is too slow and seems very old lift. Makes me afraid to go upstairs alone in the lift. Maybe its time to change with the new one.

Super lousy hotel. Too bad minimum muz rate 1 star. If not I would rate it 0 star. Super extremely duper hate it. Corridor got water leakage and no one bother. Cupboard looks worn n dirty. Lifts are the worst.

Rooms are quite spooky for us to live in. We didnt sleep well. Macam-macam kan di dangar setiap malam. TTe service were rather poor too iincludng the lifts. You would have to wait. If you are unlucky enough for more than 3 minutes. Buruk and I demand complete repair and refurbishments towards the rooms and ooerall apperances! Cant they just locate the hotel reception at the groundfloor?! We need to go for two old lifts! One for the reception and one for the rooms. G** D*** it. If we do know that this place is fformerl known as KL Plaza. We wouldve refused to spend our vacation night here.

Shit place! Azleena is a completely inflexible employee and doesn't really understand the term hospitality. Why is she even in this line if she doesn't care about customer experience. Only money — minded and greedy intent. Avoid by all means!

Snagged apartment rooms here from a timeshare membership. Location is very good, located in the heart of the city & with easy connectivity to (Monorail, free buses, & the newfangled walkway to KLCC) going elsewhere. The hotel itself seems a bit run down & without timeshare could be a bit pricey. The rooms are huge (relatively) & limited cooking is doable, if you don't want to eat out (basic crockery & a hot plate provided). Easily one of the better places for city escapes with the family.

Just stayed at Fahrenheit during my stopover from Melbourne, and found it an amazing. The pricing is reasonable for a place right in the middle of a shopping district. It's brand new and clean and I would definately recommend it to anyone wanting to shop in the heart of KL.

I stayed in Fahrenheit Suites, KL during my short business trip here last week due to its location. I stayed about 2 nights in a 1 bedroom. I used to stay in the old KL Plaza for its location hence was very surprised that a new service residences has started up here and have refurbished quite a number of units here. With reasonable prices, I now look forward to a more comfortable stay here in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
