I do first to answer what I would not recommend! Practically nothing… lovely place. Quiet, clean staff of a kindness out of the ordinary … the kitchen? fabulous and you have to beg the cook to make smaller portions, but, even so the food is plentiful and excellent … highly recommended.

This place was awful beds were awful we had to get cushions off couches, no one help us. Drinks were at place behind, very beautiful though.

Hotel smells good, rooms are large, clean, love the amenities. My problems in this hotel. Their WIFi is worst. Slow & the signal is bad in rooms. I don’t recommend this hotel if your staying for business. Also one of my main concern is they Don’t offer Iron. For a 4 star hotel, Guest should have an access to an iron or at least have iron services available.

First, our room was uncomfortably hot. We tried to lower the thermostat but to. No avail. I finally walked to the reception desk and let the man behind the desk know. He said the front desk controls the temp and would lower yhe temp. Waiting for that to happen, sadly no change. We went back and let him know again. He assured me he would lower the temperature another three degtees… to no avail again. I decided to use the sink to get cold water, but found the sink was plugged! I then went back again and let him know. He said he would send someone to fix thst, so we went to dinner. Upon rrturn, the repairman confirmed the clogged sink was unplugged and he left. The room was still hot. We went down to the front desk again to thank him for the sink fixing, but also to inform him that our room temperature was still hot, hotter than the hallway and hotter than outside. He said he would lower it another three degrees, bu th no change again. We thought about changing rooms, but by then we were tired and chose to stay. We were touring in a group and learned another guest had the same exact problem and th hey chose to just give up too. Horrible experience because of their excessively hot and uncontrollable temperature. Ugh!

Great property (also historic), great location, a quiet and quiet place, refined and elegant. Great concierge service and spacious, clean and well-equipped rooms. A large parking lot, a fabulous restaurant with breakfast and dinner full of quality food and perfect table service… I highly recommend, also having non-excessive prices.

The hotel is the renovation of an old Franciscan convent. Elegance prevails in every corner. Stone, wood and stained glass are the dominant elements. The staff is very welcoming and always helpful to provide information about useful services. Cleanliness is everywhere. The kitchen and lounge facilities are excellent. The Director is a wonderful person and makes customers feel at home.

Very clean hotel, nice, ample free parking, in the immediate vicinity there is the mcdonald's, has restaurant, has various vending machines inside the property with more than reasonable prices such as a water bottle small baby costs like. 60. Staff are extremely friendly, Breakfast is good, not great, however they bring coffee and cappuccino made at the time. There is also a chapel inside the structure, but for religious services you have to go as far as the Basilica which is a few hundred meters away.

I change my review after the last experience I had in the hotel. I woke up in the morning around 9:00, The breakfast room was already closed and they had already finished serving it. I had to wait for them to get organized all over again. The reception excuse was that they had served a party, so they thought the service was over. It should also be considered that there was no control of the groups that entered and went out with loud squeals and loud voices in the corridor at dawn. In a hotel of this level and obligation to accompany the groups make sure that they do not make an exaggerated noise in the middle of the night and that after they have had breakfast is not completely closed the service to others who are inside the property. In my opinion, there was not even the opportunity to arrange the party on one part of the hotel, while the guests who were not part of it, and therefore should not have left at dawn, arrange them in another area of the hotel.

Lovely place just a few minutes' drive from the Basilica of S. M. Of the Angels. Rich and tasty menu. Quality of course really great. The superior quality of the meat should be noted. Another treat not to miss the sweets made directly by the kitchen staff. The wine list is also excellent. Appropriate prices. Large parking available.

Front desk service is thoughtful! Fast checkin, location is very good, very close to the train station! There are also direct buses to the small town of Assisi. Although the room is smaller than thought, the room can be seen just outside the window of the most famous St. Francis Cathedral! Haha haha, worth staying!

Beautiful, cool and immaculately clean. Great AC, comfortable bed, darkening curtains. The perfect place to rest and relax in style with lots of amenities when traveling the area. Friendly staff going above and beyond to accommodate the needs of a large group. Amazing food, breakfast exceeded expectations with so many choices I fear I over-indulged. The catered dinner we had was top notch and a perfect 50th birthday for me that night with our travel group. Thank you Cenacolo, grazie mille!

I Didn't go to sleep but for some meetings in the conference room and I was fine. I also Carry the judgement of the other people who attended the meeting and slept there, found themselves well and paid relatively little.

Very nice and large Structure, and just for this is reference for groups with the discomfort that from quiet structure becomes noisy if these have the alarm clock before you (in my case this discomfort was at 6 am). A star because of the groups had forgotten 2 guests for breakfast, so at 9 the room was already closed and for a 4-star structure, a certain price and level for me is unacceptable because it denotes a lack of interest to its customers.

A good hotel located on the road that goes from Santa Maria degli Angeli to Assisi with ample internal parking. Restaurant with convenient prices and quick service, there are reserved room for small or large groups accessible even for those who do not stay in the hotel.

Ridiculous Way of customer service, Booking made to stay in this hotel, but was given another hotel to stay in because the Reason they gave? Water supply in room has problems, wasn’t able to provide rooms for stay. Please do not take so many bookings if u don’t have a contingency plan, As beautiful as you renovated ur hotel to be, if ur service is as poor as what u provided, u don’t deserve the ratings… Thank you for destroying my holiday! The attached photos is the hotel u gave me instead!

Excellent hotel and Oasis of peace where you can rest surrounded by a landscape of scenery and spectacular nature but I strongly recommend it for groups of speakers or with many children/teenagers. The 4-star hotel is definitely not suitable for children who want to have fun and let off steam maybe after a day of walking to Assisi. The rooms of my fellow adventurers were very beautiful, the one that happened to me instead was worthwhile; The door of the wardrobe was not there, the window looked out on the coach car park, the room was very small (practically a corridor adapted), were not present neither the telephone nor the bath products and to reach it you had to leave the hotel (it was in Cloister). The hotel restaurant instead is a place where you eat discreetly, some dishes are good others a little less, breakfast is plentiful and rich.

The recently refurbished Hotel Cenacle is a charming hotel located halfway from Santa Maria degli Angeli and Assisi. One of the advantages is that for those arriving by car, there will always be a free car park ready to wait for you, something not to be taken for granted in Assisi. It is possible to reach Assisi on foot, but for those who do not feel in front of the hotel, there is a bus line that leads directly to Assisi in less than five minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff, recently refurbished rooms that, even in the case of standard categories, are comfortable, clean and tidy.

Hotel Cenacolo Assisi Nice clean modern hotel. No fatal flaws. Up to European standards, slightly stripped down by American standards. Wifi outstanding in room 120, except you have to sign in each time you use your internet, using a different name and password.

If you are interested in history this is the place to stay. This converted monastery has a lot to offer. Nice food and a clean room with friendly staff. It also has a chapel reminding one if its original purpose. Beautiful garden and wonderful ambience about it.

Design Hotel. The room was very clean Breakfast buffet With so much variety of homemade pastries. Convenient for those who want to visit Assisi just 4km. Recommended!

I attended the hotel on New Year's Eve. The evening was held the absolute perfection, from the kitchen to the service and all the outline of the evening.

Good and very cozy. A few minor fixes in the service would be done. But in the context it is more than satisfactory.

Luxury Hotel! Well structured and well organized. Very helpful staff I asked for a chance to leave the room at 14 o'clock. 00 and I was granted no further expenses. Clean and well equipped room. Even the attendants respond to the right hotel fees. On the floors and in the rooms there is an excellent parquet, washable. At the restaurant we met a waiter (Pasquale Marchese), professional and helpful and very attentive to any special needs of the customer. As I think of his other colleagues. Breakfast plentiful (various choices and no limits) as the dinner very exquisite with touches of refinement. Very convenient rates (dinner, overnight stay and breakfast 54, oo euro). Ample free and guarded parking. At the reception the staff are polite and nice. All employees (from maintenance to kitchen), dress the role "uniforms". Sign of organization and seriousness. I'm definitely going back.

Poor breakfast, room for handicapped people without bidet, clean on ground floor where there are many noises.

Short Overnight stay. Air con didn't work. Nice spacious room, comfy bed, slow Wi-Fi, good TV guide for languages, beautiful premises and garden, friendly staff but poor breakfast options for gluten intollerance and vegan requirements. Standard bacon, eggs, pastries or cereal.

Excellent in all respects. For those who enjoy walking, you can walk is the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, Assisi is the entrance. Great hotel, fantastic environment in keeping with the history of the place. Really a resting stage. Food leaves something to be desired. Too bad for this flaw.

The reception is good and cosy, clean room but is handicapped, restaurant without doubt … sucks.

Clean both the bathroom that the room, only thing the lack of bidet and lack of curtain in the shower and it went all over, I assume that was a handicap room … The food no comment … some of my friends have fasted. In the context of the Council for the proximity to public transport and the main attractions tourists.

I went on a field trip to stay, rooms were nice staff great but the food sucked even a pig would eat that stuff.

Great looking hotel. Modern rooms, but walls v thin, can hear next the room quite well. Front receptionist lady very rude though, didn't even look at me when I was paying for something, like she couldn't be bothered. Then just throw my money. First time I stayed in a hotel where the receptionist answered the phone with only "yes? ". No good evening or even hotel name. Same rude lady at counter.
