We recommend it to everyone. Strategic position (in front of Assisi station), kindness and professionalism the strong point. Very friendly hotel, the owners hospitable and very kind. The breakfast buffet is great and plentiful.

We were guests for the first time on Saturday and Sunday and I would say that the strengths of this hotel are many. The kindness of the staff, the strategic location, the clean and comfortable rooms, the great food. We will definitely be back. Thank you, we felt at home.

Perfect. Two nights with the family and a hairy hair we had a really good time. A quiet and logistically impeccable area, a short walk from Santa Maria of the Angels and with the bus stop in front with 30-minute rides that take you to Assisi. Friendly staff and very helpful for any need. You eat really good also great breakfast buffet. Small but still comfortable rooms with Wi-Fi TVs and air conditioning. I recommend it.

Friendly staff, helpful and very nice. If you're on a diet, "avoid it"… You eat from God! Very welcoming and familiar environment. We recommend it without ifs and buts…

I have stayed several times at this hotel and can say with certainty that the cleanliness is the best I have ever seen.
The welcome and availability of the owners and really the best as being in the family.
The rooms are new and comfortable, great cuisine with local products.

We were guests of the hotel last New Year's Eve, we had enjoyed it and repeated this year always on New Year's Eve. Very nice staff, warm… Great breakfast (great cakes) … Great cleaning… a very convenient location for both walking and transport… Congratulations.

Despite being a 2-star hotel, it can compete very well with other 4-star hotels. The rooms are tidy and air-conditioned. The food is yummy, the service is great. In my heart, this hotel deserves to be included in the list of holiday options of all families.

The kind family Nasini and the rest of the staff made our stay wonderful! I visitid the place with my sister who has Down's syndrom, and they gave her the best memory ever.

This place was the best! We backpacked Italy with our family and decided on a stop in Asissi. When we made the initial reservation, when told them that we would be arriving late due to our train. As we got closer to our trip, we confirmed with them that there wouldn't be a problem. They confirmed that there wouldn't be. While we where on the train on the way to Asissi from Milan, the train broke down. We emailed them to let them know we'd be late. When we arrived, a little after midnight, they were still up waiting for us. On the night before we left, I told them not to worry about breakfast because we had to leave before breakfast was served. They insisted and made breakfast before the scheduled time. The rooms were clean and service was excellent. I highly recommend Hotel Moderno!

My friend and I spent a few days at Edda hotel Moderno in Santa Maria degli Angeli, which say: excellent location for visiting the Basilica of Santa Maria and also convenient to reach the historic centre of Assisi. The family hotel and very friendly, offers an excellent cuisine, friendliness and professionalism of all its components.
We were very well so we highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this Hotel as I was able to see that the environment is very comfortable made by the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of the owners. The rooms like the rest is impeccable. I dined for August and again dinner was great. The hotel is located opposite the train station, where you can easily find buses to Assisi and taxis. Thanks Charles and sons.
