Bathrooms rooms with broken vacuum cleaner, broken tub wheel, old taps, doors to bang hard x close them, restaurant to forget, burnt dishes, overcooked, grilled vegetables first boiled then past I don't know where and raw CMQ, jail prices! one waiter I hope x he will soon find another place.

Nice, stylish and clean hotel. Excellent welcome kind, helpful and prepared staff. Comfortable and clean room. Spectacular breakfast of everything and more! Great location. The hotel has nice parking and opposite is the tram stop leading directly downtown.

I stayed from August 19th to August 21st through purchase of smartbox, spotless room, top welcome, great service, helpful and kind staff, I will definitely stay here again!

Yes, clean, comfortable, great food, friendly waitresses, you can move by coach since it is well served by public services, and in case of need is close to the hospital.

Impeccable room; cleanliness and friendliness; restaurant with a small menu but great and local dishes. Convenient for the proximity to the Polyniclico Le Scotte.

Clean quite hotel, great position, staff excellent, breakfast very good, dining room food below average. Would stay there again but not dine at the restaurant.

Very comfortable for those who have to go to the hospital. 5 minute walk. It eats well and is a very well cared place. It still stays out of the centre and there are no other places to eat nearby unless you can drive. The only cut pizzeria is a 500-minute walk away.

I would have expected better and more from a 4 star. The rooms are very normal anonymous rooms. The staff despite being professional is very detached and superb. The breakfast bouffet completely out of place. Ungainly, low quality and poor.

Stayed here with my husband in June — we were very impressed with this place, it has everything you need, we did miss having a kettle with coffee and tea supplies in our room however (we are a little spoilt with this in Australia) they also were a bit unsure about letting us use an iron for our clothes which we thought was unusual! Perhaps they thought we would be careless with it and burn the place down! :-) We had some problems with the restaurant initially and wondered if it was worth eating there, but we explained our grievances with staff at reception and eating in the restaurant was very pleasant thereafter. A special thanks to JD for making our visits to the restaurant welcoming and a lot better after feeling like we were not appreciated as guests at first. She has a very calming and friendly disposition and handles her job very well. The staff at reception are super lovely, always smiling and greeting us, nothing is too much trouble we found, they were happy to help at all times and even went out of their way to organise a transfer to Florence airport for us at the end of our trip (with special breakfast parcels to take with us which was lovely). Its a great location, easy to get into central Siena as the bus stop is right outside the front of the hotel. Some people might expect many things when they stay in hotels overseas, but we felt for the price, hospitality, location and comfort, Hotel Executive is a great place to stay and would recommend it no problem.

There is no shuttle service yet to go downtown and just unthinkable.

Negative experience as time passes. Great check in, very friendly, professional, quick, with girls available for any clarification and prepared. Rooms tidy and very clean, but already here The first problems: double mattress that are actually two singles, a single outlet for the current in the room, no fan in the bathroom or window. Many also positive aspects, including the TV, the double phono, the air conditioning. But it's a 4 star and there were only two bottles of water in the fridge. Dinner is an unrecommended experience: very touristy dishes, too plentiful. Unfriendly service with too many errors (the most serious to leave us without cutlery twice in a row). Upon awakening breakfast very abundant but with several problems: hot drinks at the vending machine (about 3 sends to fill a cup), heated and consequently soft brioches. A disappointment for the expectations that a 4 star creates.

Lovely Hotel but meals and wait service let it down. Sent back food to kitchen on one occasion. Inedible, while we'd waited an hour to be served after ordering and had to ask where our meal was… soup! Breakfast had scrambled eggs and bacon that was cold every morning. One couple asked to be served from the bar … 15 mins later had to ask again for order as no one went in to serve them. Stay but don't eat there.

Reception was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble The staff in the dinning room worked hard to give your meal time a great experince. Thank you.

Below acceptable service in bar and dining room Wednesday 2/5/2018!
Bar advertised 5-11pm with bar tender on duty, no one present @6.50pm, service requested via dining room excellent waitresss staff, service promised, bar tender seen putting glasses out in dining room but never attended bar despite seeing us, no service so left @ 7.30pm!
Dining room had all tables occupied with only 2 very helpful over worked polite girls for dinner service with bar tender walking around dining room past obvious guests needing service!
Complaints expressed to very helpful reception staff and will be to Luxury Escape website!

Great Hotel, with all the comforts. The restaurant service made us a little disappointed for being entwined with some courses but, I have to say, they immediately made up for it by not letting us pay the children. Cmq are very nice and always available.
Despite the inconvenience of the restaurant, I must say however I would stay here again.
The service is really four star.

Avoid the hotel if possible. Away from the centre. Around the hotel parking spaces. (exhaust). No good breakfast; A catastrophic meal in the restaurant and unnerved operation.

Just outside Siena this hotel is easily accessible by car with a nice private car park. The rooms are nice and bed comfortable. Ideal for visits to both the city and the beautiful hills of Chianti. Good breakfast is very friendly staff!

We booked this through luxury escapes and while it wasn’t exactly luxury it wasn’t terrible either. Our stay included breakfast and a nightly three course meal. The breakfast buffet spread was great and they even had soy milk available which is a plus! The dinner wasn’t the greatest in my opinion. I stuck to the basic pasta which was nice but hubby got some barely seasoned chicken and chopped lettuce as “Grilled chicken and salad”. The presentation and taste of the food was very average to a point that after a couple of days we started to skip dinner or eat outside. The location is about 15 minutes from the Centro and there a bus right outside the hotel which is very convenient. The ladies at reception are really lovely and helpful so another plus there. But doubt I would stay here again if I visited Siena.

Booked this through luxury escapes. Not sure if luxury escapes has rated the hotel 4 stars based on its own internal guidelines or this hotel has been assessed against actual industry standards in Italy. Either way my experience was not a 4 star experience. The look n feel to room quality was quite disappointing. Dinner menu and quality of food was appalling. That being said I’ll give credit where it’s due. Location — superb. Breakfast spread — excellent. Staff — great. Worth the price? — seen better.

According to me 4 stars this hotel has no right. I state that I went there with a group of 70 people and, you know, groups have an increasingly superficial treatment compared to individuals or small groups. Apart from the complex (which yes, it is actually nice) and the rooms (certainly not small, clean and generally well "equipped"), the rest was quite poor. Most of the beds in the rooms were made up of 2 small mattresses covered with a single sheet, and even the pillows were not the most comfortable. Sure, it can be a subjective thing, but not if they're as hard as concrete! Also the restaurant, which on the Internet is presented as the gem of the hotel, was disappointing for everyone. The quality of the food was poor and, in the case of the breakfast buffet, there was little choice and quite limited amount for a group of 70 in their twenties.

Very formal staff, all too perhaps (lacking that pinch of Calorosita), breakfast is good, comfortable rooms. In general I recommend it to everyone, especially for those who have to go to the hospital, being close. The bus stop to go downtown is practically in front of the entrance. Hi found excessive warming, too hot, and as far as it can be slightly regular, it still remains centralized. For breakfast I would have liked that the scrambled eggs were kept warm, as well as the Sido egg. Are still details.

Fantastic. Of the best beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast buffet of quality and varied. Away from the center but with bus at the door.

The place is fine but it is very bad the shower. The water comes out without pressure and the hot water comes out a few seconds yes and others do not. It makes it very difficult to bathe comfortably.

Good room. Loved our dining experince for 5 days. Great service. Made to feel at home. Very friendly staff. A memorable stay from the service of the amazing staff. Thank you.

We stayed for 2 nights at the EXECUTIVE Hotel in Italy in Siena.
The benefit also included 1 dinner for 2.
The 23/09 at night the hostess proposes to come to dinner at 21:30 because before this hour, the restaurant was complete because of the tours operators (what we do). We arrived the restaurant was always full!
Having no choice, we decide to enjoy the dinner the following evening (the 24/09). On 24/09, after booking, the reception manager asks us to come to dinner at 9.30 pm because that evening also there is a operator towers of more than 100 cutlery!
So we come to dinner at 21:30 and ask if there is a special menu for Wonderbox offers and the problem!
The server inquires and asks my husband to go upstairs to see with the reception, the hostess tells us that there is indeed a reservation on behalf of BAREL but not associated with WONDERBOX.

Abbiamp stayed here both last year and this year. Very courteous and with great breakfast.

Delighted with our own days, full of riches. The only downside, the half board evening meal too long a lot D, wait I precise C, is not the fault of the servers who are very smiling, I think rather in the kitchen can be the chef is alone.

Booked for 70€ including breakfast. Not bad at all. One remark was cold shower. No warm water.

Lovely, helpful, friendly staff. Terrific food selection for breakfast and dinner, value for money. Bus stop at the front of the hotel. Overall a good base to visit Siena and the region.

So bad there was water leakages all over the roof. We complained so we could sleep knowing that the roof wouldn't collapse over our heads.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Executive. We ended up staying here after checking into a horrible hotel right in the middle of town, and quickly found Executive and they had availability thankfully. The place is super clean and the staff is so welcoming. Breakfast and parking is included and breakfast was great with a lot of options. Thank you!

This hotel is out of the way. You need a car and a good GPS to get there. It has very poor amenities. NO pool, gym or air conditioning, not much of anything however the food and staff are good. It seems to cater to big bus groups so as a couple you have to wait to get anything. I will not recommend this hotel. I have since found out that the hotel only turn on air conditioning in june and in may, when it was hot and stuffy NO AIR CONDITIONING.

Perfect to go visit Siena. The bus runs past the hotel. Attention however to the stop. Prefer Piazza del sale or Porta Camollia. Piazza Gramsci is on the way back from the bus line. Breakfast Friendly staff Quiet and comfortable.

It is not a location superb but as a base for sightseeing, nothing to say.

The Hotel is new and the rooms are clean, modern, though a little small. The location is quite close to siena and at the center of the country. The food is not the best, but the staff is polite and helpful.

Weekend we had a great time.

The hotel is a short walk from the hospital and in 10 min from the station, but it's not so convenient to go downtown to Siena, in which case you have to take the bus or a taxi. Rooms are small but clean, as are the bathrooms. When I went the kitchen and restaurant were closed so can't know how was breakfast. It's not really a 4 star hotel, 3 would be fairer, but all in all good value for/prezzo.

Nice rooms, close to the hospital. 10 minutes drive from the Centre. There is also the bus which will take you downtown.

Cokaziobe good buffet but for lovers of milk lacks the fresh milk. The coffee is self Service with the machines, no espresso.

Hotel located on the outskirts of Siena, relatively close to the train station (1 or 1, 5 km), which can be practical if you arrive in Siena in this environment, but even so you will need to then bus or taxi to go to the Center. If you are traveling by car it is comfortable since it has a large free parking and then you simply drive to one of the parking lots on the outskirts of Siena to leave the car and easily walk to the city.
The hotel is modern but already not so new but everything is in good condition. Photos showing are the reality. The rooms are spacious with large windows. The area is quiet. The bathroom is clean and is shower though also features a hairdryer. Wi-Fi is not free, but costs just 1e and the signal in my case was good.
The breakfast is on the ground floor and is the traditional buffet with sweet, cakes, cookies, bread, sausage, fruit, coffee tea, juice, etc. There are no toaster. The front desk staff was correct and we record faster, giving us a map of the city. The price to be Sienna is suitable, I pay about 72e Easter. If you have a car it is a highly recommended site.
