A little dated even though it looks like they've done some work. The staff looks grumpy, but it's not. Our room was on the ground floor near the breakfast room (I saw better ones) and we were woken up the noises.

Excellent service and location.

This hotel was wonderful, and the concierge was very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, being very close to all the attractions.

Good hotel, good value for money, excellent buffet breakfast, very well located near the center although needs to be updated in some things.

I would highly recommend this hotel! The staff were so beautiful and helpful, the room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Plus, being right on the river was lovely and we found it a good location to shops and restaurants. About 17€ by taxi to the train station.

Great Hotel. Excellent treatment of its owners always close and willing to help you. I recommend the site by proximity to any place in Florence and especially by as I said before by its owners.

This hotel is very clean the staff especially Emanuel is very helpfull. He made sure we knew where we were going and kept us laughing. We also loved his dog. The breakfast were perfect to get us going.

We were treated great by the staff. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and funny. The breakfast was good. The location was around 15 min walk from the center of Florence. The rooms were kept clean.

Location is good, rooms are clean, staff is friendly, gets hot during the day as AC is turned off from 11 to 2 for cleaning this can make it uncomfortable.

This place brought my luggage up to the room! I'm not used to staying at places who move my luggage into the room for me. Free Wi-Fi, A. C. And the beds we're ok… This pace is walking distance to down town. I would stay here again!

Great location and friendly reception staff. The rooms are large but need a little refreshing. Air conditioner and fridge didn't work. We had mosquitos in our room which interrupted our sleep. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Beautiful atmosphere and location to visit all the most beautiful and important places in the city.

Kindness and courtesy, good location, excellent breakfast, I frequent it for years and I recommend it to those who want to visit the city, on the Lungarno a stone's throw from the center and the old bridge.

On the occasion of the marathon of Florence I spent a nice thanks also to the excellent reception and kindness of the staff attentive to our needs… definitely to recommend to friends and family… evaluate it for the upcoming events in Florence.

Very helpful staff, they make you feel at home.

Nice little hotel, placed in the middle of Florence. Very close to the town square and the river. Staff and owner are helpful, and if there is anything wrong then they sort it out. Breakfast is decent, variety of food. Beds are fairly comfortable, had a couple of good night sleeps. However, there is no lock on the bathroom.

We felt very "human warmth", a warm welcome and pleasant staff. Worth more than three stars this Hotel.
We'll be back because we were really very good, would recommend it to everyone.
