I am not a picky person but while the price here seemed reasonable I was happy it was just for one night. Bugs. Ya. Reminded me of Africa. However hotels with this rating there had no bugs. Restaurants normally charge more at hotel facilities this place was innapropriatelly high priced. Prices are more then double what they are in Milan. Portions were generous however. Taxis to alternate restaurants were 25 euros one way so not worth it.

Indeed, a large and almost ancient villa converted into a hotel. That's cool.

Located near the airport of Malpensa, housed in a beautiful villa, has spacious rooms and clean staff and was very courteous we ate well the price is in line with the environment. It also has ample parking where I could leave the car during the holiday period. The shuttle service to the airport is not to be overlooked.

Great hotel, Michelin-starred restaurant (4 years confirmed its status), from the airport 17 minutes, true on the motorway or 15 euro taxi, can provide free transfer 1-2 to the room. The rooms are large spacious, the exterior is very nice, live in the palace.

At 5 ' from Malpensa Airport in a beautiful vintage villa is a comfortable structure. Staff. You can dine but you cannot have lunch. It is convenient to book directly on your site because I found you cheaper rates. Breakfast starts at 5:30. Transport from/To airport is also free of charge. Free Wifi.

Very nice hotell and personal. The garden is smaller than I expected, but there is a flood and nice nature very near to the hotell if you want a relaxing walk. The village next to the hotell is however in very bad condition. I wonder if anyone lives there.

Beautiful property located near Malpensa Airport, clean and comfortable rooms with discreet restaurant with average prices. Very honest the cost of parking for extra days at night with shuttle service x the airport.

I will never stay at the airport Sheraton again. This hotel is very convenient with free shuttle service, great service, restaurant, and nice rooms. Reasonably priced too.

A nice place. It has history and ald architecture on its walls. The rooms can be much better though. Is functional place for quick travels.

Average Hotel to spend the night near Malpensa airport.

Very nice Villa turned into a hotel, useful especially to travellers in transit to and from Malpensa airport. Furnishings pompous and dated, general cleanliness poor (in the period of permanence, there were warnings everywhere for the presence of insects, but all the t died on the floors were 2 days), terrible restaurant with discount products dearest. For a 7 year old girl, a cutlet (Findus imitation from hard discount and a tomato) 20 euros, we do not talk about the first from the civic canteen and restaurant prices of Cracco. Hotel Caro and with free shuttle service only for 2 rides (roundtrip, even for those who stay longer! )

The outside is really beautiful, the rooms are a little outdated as furnishings (heavy curtains, carpet, dark furniture, blanket not duvet). The cleanliness is still excellent, the breakfast (from 5) rich and very good, courteous staff. Very close to the airport, I do not recommend to take a ' walk ' to the hotel, there are no walkways and the road is really busy. The hotel has a free shuttle from 5 until midnight and then for a fee.

Good alternative if you need to stay overnight close to malpensa Airport. Comfortable rooms and tasty food at the restaurant.

The villa from the outside is beautiful. But inside we say it needs some revision, there are bedbugs, leaking pipes, water that comes and goes.
The rooms are very sad, the Wi fi slow and the walls are not soundproof.
The staff very nervous, irritated and not at all arranged for reception, from the restaurant up to the reception.
If you have special requests while booking on line, be quiet, they will not answer.
A real shame.

Very clean, a bit dated but it's quiet and wonderful… we stayed here 9 years ago as well as this week when we had flight issues… staff was very nice.

Stayed here for one night before catching a flight from Malpensa. There is a shuttle to and from the airport. It is an older hotel, but in a charming, nice way. Our room was very spacious. It has a nice restaurant, which is good because there are no other shops or restaurants anywhere nearby. Overall, a good value for one night before an early flight.

Very convenient to 10 minutes from the terminal. They bring you and pick you up. Breakfast and first shuttle from 5. The restaurant is good too. The very nice Art Nouveau property is a bit dated.

Located close to the terminals of Malpensa airport. Furnishings in something in the years come. Restaurant is relatively early (20:30 am). Nice bar. Nice facility, but unfortunately no way to sit outside.

It's an OK hotel, the closest to the airport I have ever stayed. It's quiet and seemed clean. The shower was the type I detest — a small box that opens halfway on two sides. Except for the very nice clerk at checkout early in the morning the staff seemed standoffishly polite. The restaurant is mediocre, but the breakfast was abundant, varied, and tasty.

Hotel next to the Malpensa Airport which offers free travel service. It fulfills the function that is expected of him. Old. Friendly staff.

Very characteristic structure (former Villa of Count Caproni), finely restored. The area is quite meager of attractions, without prejudice to Malpensa airport. The service was very professional and courteous. I visited the hotel at the time of a professional event.

Convenient location more than the hotel in itself. Problems with air conditioning (not adjustable) and beds not very comfortable.

Everything was great, except the desk clerk saw fit to light his cigarette at the entrance to the hotel just a few feet from several guests.

Disappointed with the benefits, it is rather a 3 star hotel maximum. Poorly soundproof, mold in the shower not comfortable, cover torn, the king bed was actually two little beds glued, nothing breaker but no performance is worthy of a 4 star. The only good thing is the free shuttle between the hotel and the airport.

A rather serviceable hotel if you need to be very close to Milan's Malpensa Airport. The rooms are in need of a refresh. The outdoor pool also is in need of a good cleaning as the pool deck appeared to have a black mold spots on it, in addition to the yellow jackets flying around near the shower spot. Also the poor guy that is the bartender/bus boy/front desk attendant/shuttle driver! I think management needs to invest in some additional hotel employees. He kept turning up everywhere! He was very hardworking though.

Acceptable, price vs. Service. It needs modernization badly. It has a flair although. All in all a good place to stai btween flights or for early flights. Nick.

Very nice hotel near Milan Airport my you can get the free shuttle to and from the airport! So great. Good paid dinner and breakfast as well.

This place was excellent!

After 2 weeks in Italy, it was a blessing to arrive at Villa Malpensa. To now, all of the pensione's we stayed in photographed well on the internet but in reality were very poor standard with even worse food. I booked this villa just as a stopover to catch the plane at the nearby airport the next morning. What a shame, I could have stayed longer and simply relaxed in it's comfortable atmosphere. It is clean, well furnished and decorated with a professional hotel staff and good food in the restaurant. Breakfast included is continental with lots of choices and self help including coffee and tea. If you are visiting Milan, I'd make this a necessary stop. Ironically, it was the lowest priced lodging and food in all of Italy. Yet, by far, the best.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was OK (but the coffee is not reachable. You have to ask the waiter to bring you each cup of coffee) Internet is NOT free. TV channels are very limited (& PPV is expensive). Nothing to do nearby, besides taking a wall (and the roads don't have sideways, so watch out to not be smashed by a speeding car).
