I stayed at the Sheraton Malpensa hotel with my boyfriend for one night, waiting for the next day's flight.
I start by saying that the location is really amazing (it's connected to Terminal 1). Perfect for those who stop in Malpensa for one or more nights of stopover.
Our room (junior suite) was really spacious and bright, we loved it!
We got to try the restaurant the Canneto for dinner, ordering a burrata, a chicken bawl poke and an entrecôte. All yummy, and the staff really helpful and kind.
Breakfast was also quality, perfect before facing a long trip.
I look forward to being able to return to this fantastic property during my next stopover in Malpensa.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Had to cancel because of Corona virus and they are the only Italian Hotel who will not refund any of our money at all. Even Qatar Airways and our cruiseline have given us a full refund. Disgusting behaviour, not responding to any of my emails, and I intend to take this situation to the media, their behaviour in this situation has been appauling. Intended to stay there in future, but not if this is how they treat their guests. I am totally devastated about not being able to go to Italy, and just think their behaviour is atrocious.

Convenient hotel at the airport. Rooms spread out so you typically have a long walk to your room. Rooms are big and comfortable, and soundproof. Couple of restaurants on premises. Great spa and pool. Of course the best thing is that it is a short walk to the terminal, very convenient for early flights.

Located 1 step away from the airport. Clean hotel and rooms are wide. This building is huge and pending on the room u are offered, u can walk for a long time before u reach ur door! Swimming pool is clean Special rating for the restaurant/bar (mixed during my stay because of ongoing works in the bar). Wonderful atmosphere and good cuisine.

The hotel itself is very good. It's genuinelyright next to the airport, but there's not much signage pointing to it and it's a bit confusing. From terminal 1, there's a tunnel over to the hotel, from the floor below ground level. I couldn't find any pedestrian walkway to it from the ground level itself. From Terminal 2 you can take a free bus, which comes with some wait during the night. It's to the right of the taxi stand. I'd tried walking between the terminals, got lost, gave up, and took the bus.

Having arrived at Milan rather late due to strikes in France, the rental car company was closed. Thinking about the price and hassle of a taxi to and from the airport to our Airbnb home, and also the lateness of the time and having 3 tired travellers, I checked the price of a room I the Sheraton and worked out it would be nearly the same but with 3hours less travel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful even at 2am. The got us setup in a room and gave us breakfast as well. The room was comfortable, clean and unusually quiet compared to most hotels. Sleep was fast and comfortable, Milan was quite warm and the rooms air-conditioning was preset to a comfortable level. After a decent night's sleep the shower was refreshing and the breakfast was excellent just what was needed after a rough 24hours of flight cancellation and flight delays. Breakfast had a wide range of different food, and all well chosen and we'll presented. Check out was as simple as check in. If you get stuck at Milan Malpensa airport I can recommend the Sheraton as a small refuge in a sticky situation.

I made a quick pass to this hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean, with 2 bottles of water provided. It's a little chilly, but it's already at the airport. This is not a family pension;) Be careful if you go to Terminal 1, taxis will not accept you, the race is too short. So you'll have to wait for the shuttle. But it's pretty fast.

Very spacious room, just opposite Terminal 1. Buffet breakfast or a la carte and restaurant not excessive except the wines.

Hotel should have a 5 star rating. Staff was great. The main restaurant and light meals restaurant were both outstanding. But the shower is a bad design… it dumped water all over the floor and the carpet in the room ended up wet even with all the towels on the floor to contain the water. When we first got there the carpet was damp so it was not a new problem.

Hotel with huge spaces, almost to be lost. You can eat at both the restaurant until 23 and at the bar until 24. Modern and spacious Rooms and bathrooms. Excellent connection with the train from Milan Central, practically a few steps from Terminal 1.

The Sheraton Malpensa is a huge hotel with perfect location (and hence also elevated room rates …) opposite the Malpensa Express Railway Station inside Malpensa Terminal 1. The rooms are kind of standard but spacious and with very comfortable beds as expected from the Sheraton chain. Airconditioning also worked very well. Regrettably only instant coffee in the room, but free espresso's ("Corte") can be taken in the somewhat daringly decorated lobby. They also have an extensive gym and pool but regrettably I had no time to enjoy these facilities, arriving close to midnight and on the train before 9 AM. The lines for the train tickets for the Airport Express can be quite long — they are conveniently directly opposite the entrance of the hotel though.

The location is excellent. The rooms are standard, up to the elevator walk three minutes.

Hotel adjacent to Malpensa airport you can reach it directly from an internal connection of the stopover. Great for stopover and change of flight in two different days. Gigantic Hotel, a bit dispersive. Suitable for work or overnight for coincidences/flight loss, no more. Certainly not for tourism or relaxation. View on parking, airport or Super Street… Rooms of medium size, clean and cozy with desk to be able to work. Restaurant and breakfast in the norm.

Of the minuses-paid Wi-Fi in the rooms, 12 euros a day or 3 euros per hour.
Shops close by, only one small grocery at the entrance to the airport itself.
To the city center to drive about 30 minutes by train, the ticket is 20 euro round trip if coming back on the same day.

Nice and large hotel with direct access to Terminal 1. The rooms are spacious and clean. Well equipped bathrooms. The bedding is correct but would deserve a little renovation of the bed linen. The hotel is huge and the common areas also. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pizzas in room service until midnight is a very good idea. Plus they're delicious. The parking is a bit pricey even with the discount of the hotel but it's worth it, it's right across the street. Poir smokers access to an indoor patio not far from the bar and restaurant is convenient. I was offered the Wi-Fi but javoue that €12 for a day of Wi-Fi it is very expensive this is the only negative side of my stay. Thanks for the gesture. In short, for a departure from Milan Malpensa, this hotel is just perfect.

A beautiful hotel in a Great tactical location for conferences. The rooms are in a modern and minimal style as I like to denite cleanliness and order and I who have benefited from a special offer I have spent less and had the breakfast reserved a particular area of the hotel where they can only access those who are part of this package. Very satisfied.

It takes a long time to get to the rooms, they are all very far away.

Quoted over EUR200 for a single bed and 8 hours sleep. Probably the most disgusting pricing I ever met in my life. I assume at an airport none of the people interested in luxury but a clean simple room for that few hours stay… would be fair to offer some budget rooms as not everyone rich but everyone deserves a good sleep.

Hello, I stayed at the Sheraton, I forgot my Toiletry Kit the next day I went back to get it back, unfortunately it was gone.

Excellent as a hotel "passing", perfect for Congresses and events: I had the opportunity to attend a congress at the Sheraton Milan Malpensa and I found it easy to reach, organized from the point of view of the services and impeccable for the quality of Environments and staff.
I do not know the costs for the night or for the organization of the events, so maybe the evaluation may be different according to the prices, but in general it is worth considering for an international event because it simplifies (and not a little! ) the Logistics of participants, speakers and companies.

People in and out of the hallway, the sound of the windows, the noise, the noise, the sound of the voices, the sounds of the car outside, the sound of the noise, the air vents are not closed, the reaction to the counter says nothing, and it's not that much of a guest's feeling. I had lunch at Easter with my family. It seemed like a forced solution because I had no other alternatives in the area. In fact you have confirmed a good choice. Nice and comfortable Location, very thoughtful staff and chef who prepared us very good dishes. We tried as an appetizer of beef tartare, cheese dumplings and pepper, lamb shoulder and salad with spinach and walnuts. All very good. Average prices considering the quality of the service but there are also several menus from 19 euro (also for vegans and gluten intolerant). I do not explain therefore some just enough reviews that I read on the net and that I do not share.

We came for dinner and loved the food. Everything was impeccable, service included. The highlight was a “salad “ with fruit and raw vegetables beautifully presented. Wine was also very nice!

Pleasant environment in every respect. Reception staff very professional and helpful to any request to make you spend the stay in the best way. Impeccable cleanliness of both rooms and common environments. Spacious and well soundproofed rooms with a queen size bed very comfortable where to rest. Great breakfast with a rich buffet of sweet and savory products. A real business hotel but at the same time also familiar. Definitely will be back!

The hotel is a kilometre long from one end to the other. Go for a stroll. Modern rooms, but many of the TV stations don't work.

The location is ideal for an early flight out. The food is good, but they really gouge you on the wine. A 5 Euro bottle of wine for 45 Euros? And that is the cheapest bottle! There are other hotels in the vicinity.

Was there for one night before an early morning flight. Great location if you are traveling, it is right in Terminal 1. Service was nice, but the room floors did need a good sweeping.

Great luxurious rooms, and great guest services. Hotel is directly connected to the terminal which is great. All the staff speak very good English, except for the spa desk staff, which made it difficult to understand the pricing and why the pool was closed. Food was great but inconsistent. We stayed a couple of nights so we ordered the same things multiple times. Weird inconsistencies like the fried being different shapes each time, the sizes and amount of toppings in the pizza. The club sandwich being served hot one day and cold the next. For 22€ for a sandwich there should be a standard in service.

Everything is paying… Even the Wi-Fi (€12 for 24h) … Otherwise luxurious Hotel, comfortable and personal to the small care. About the pastries of the breakfast… I've seen better, but it's still correct.

We have come here with my company on 3 and 4 December for a training course of the update. We were in all nearly 700 participants, and a structure like this was not able to greet us! Endless problems at check-in, file endless to be able to take the voucher meals, the ignorance of the workers on the procedures rimbalzandoti from one desk to another. Not to mention the food… and this is a Sheraton? Lunch 25€ (in agreement with the course) buffet with dumplings and sauce, saffron rice, white pizza, bresaola and salad. Dinner 33€ (in the convention) buffet with ravioli in tomato sauce, roast beef, baked potatoes, cold meats, salad and salmon. Breakfast with croissants, jam, cornflakes and fruit. What can I say? A disappointment and almost 700 people that will never come back!

Hotel Conare to the name. In the heart of Malpensa. You reach the check in walk in a few minutes. Very pultissimo. Great food. Don't miss the chicken roll with black potato. Friendly staff but not intrusive in the whole hotel. Excellent soundproof. Happy evening and dinner accompanied by the sweet sound of the harp.

Beautiful Hotel, large spaces well cared for with warm and design atmospheres. The rooms are large and comfortable, very clean and soundproof. The restaurant serves great breakfasts with chefs at your disposal to prepare hot meals, lunches and high-level dinners. The Conference centre can accommodate up to 1000 people. The staff is very helpful, courteous and always ready to fulfill the wishes of the guests!

Only Hotel I’ve ever stayed in with no access to an iron! Almost could not believe it. No iron in the room and on calling to request one, I’m advised to go down to the second floor and use a shared iron in a room some place… with the walk to the elevators (also the longes walk ever experienced to get to my room) and then bumbling around to find the room with the iron… ironing a shirt takes 35 minutes. Crappy hotel standard irons are like $10. What is going on here Sheraton brand? I call B. S. It’s like staying in a youth hostel but with at 20 minute walk there and back. What are you thinking!

Love the restaurant. It offers great high quality food. It tastes really good. The plates signature is amazing. Very nice setup. I ordered Ravioli seafood and smoked salmon. Super. The service is excellent.

I found the hotel bad, not for the rooms or for its comfort but for the little humanity, I left in the room an object to me dear (of my son) I noticed immediately and accidentally was no longer found. I was wrong to leave him in the room. The Sheraton will never come again.

Disconnect between expectation and reality. Style was dated and a bit industrial. Service was spotty. I. E. Asked for King bed and got double. No iron in room so called for one. They did not deliver. Late night and I called back and said they would deliver but I had to iron then and give back. Oh, and the ironing board was amazingly poor. Check in took 30 minutes.

Very stylish Hotel with a convenient location to catch the planes leaving in the morning. The beds are comfy, the rooms very spacious and the environment clean. The only downside is the slowness of the reception, to check in it took an hour.

Hotel is ok, very convenient if you have a connection flight and need somewhere to stay for the night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant at all points and I do not have any complaint about staff or the room itself. It would be nice that the hotel offered more activities for people that are stuck for the night and would like to have something to do. Like my case. Only a few TV channels and internet if not included in your reservation it's 12Eur for 24h. (Mine was included). The bar was almost empty. Maybe live music? The food it is good but nothing exceptional, the pizza dough was very salty although in the end you pay for what you get.

Excellent option to stay if flying early from Malpensa. Careful with the prices for what there are rates of day and then change it to stay overnight is very expensive.

Restaurant was not good, we didn't get any wine no one asked if we wanted to… Food was cold and not tasty. Breakfast better but not the best for a person who has gluten free diet. I have eaten better in many other places. Hotel has four stars but it's not worth them.

Very comfortable for an airport hotel. Location is convenient, you can walk to it from the airport in less than 5 minutes from baggage claim. It's also right next to the train station which takes you downtown in a little under an hour. If you need to stay near the airport this is definitely a good choice.

Always disappointed with the service here. I had quite a few incidents regarding staff attitude and also the cleanliness in the room. I had found the dirty coffee cup that put nicely as if it was cleaned once I checked in to my room but anyway I didn't make a big deal out of it.
Many times that I have to contact the staff at the reception but all I got is their bad attitude.
Last night me and my colleagues went for dinner in the hotel restaurant and we had ordered "VONGOLE pasta" but the food that came on our table nothing is close to VONGOLE. Once I asked the waiter for clarification he claimed the clams was ran out. I told him at least we should have been informed so we could have order something else. Later the restaurant manager came and asked if we wanted to change our dish so we ordered other pasta dishes. We were waited for 45mins while we looked at other new customers came in and already had their meals on the table. We waved to get the staff's attention but they all ignored. We decided to leave and the waiter asked us to wait as the food is about to be prepared. With no apology… nothing!
We came down to the reception but the manager was not available however we talked to one who is a supervisor and we got the response that the staffs are new and they made mistake. New staff or experience staff I don't think it was the problem but the way u solving the situation I think that's the main one. There was not a single service solution.

I highly believe this hotel has the tendency of discrimination. My husband and I are Chinese, we booked this hotel and planed to stay one night. After we checked in, two of our friends came to our room to repack their bags and their flight is departing in 2.5 hours. After we got into the hotel room, we immediately got a phone call from the reception saying we only checked in two passports, but they saw we had four people went in to the elevator. They wanted the other two's passport as well. I explained my friends were just passing by and they were leaving soon. They said that's OK. I felt a bit weird that how could they think we would fit four people in a small one big bed room. But their checking was sort of no fault for security reasons. So I didn't complain. I thought they would see us four out then two back, then everything would be clear. However, after my husband and I came back, I checked with the security guy about the shuttle bus schedule for the next morning. We got a phone call immediately again when we got back to the hotel room. They asked if my friends had left. I said yes. They then said, but the security guy just had your friend checked the bus schedule. I told them that was me. Then I felt sad and went down stairs with my passport, and with the same clothes. I showed my passport to the reception and the security guy, saying I am the person who registered. The security guy said, yes, but your friend three minutes ago asked me about the bus schedule.

Very bad security. They do not respect the woman.

I stayed here for one night in late January before my flight back to NYC. I arrived around 4:30pm local time and checked out around 10am local time. Overall, a great stay! The good:
I found the room to be very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom to be clean and (again) very spacious. The full-length windows on the side of my room were a great touch, as I was on the "sunset side" of the hotel. I had dinner at bar-type restaurant (there are two; one of them is a more traditional sit-down restaurant that wasn't yet open when I arrived) and the risotto was fantastic… as was the grappa and wine selection! I ordered room service breakfast in the morning and was very impressed at the spread and quality of the food. My over-easy eggs were perfectly cooked. The bad:
The lock on the door was confusing, even with the posted note to "please check that the door is locked". I had to fiddle with it several times before I was comfortable staying in the room. For most people, this would not be a concern, but I was an anxious woman traveling alone for business. Security is incredibly important to me, and that small detail put a striking damper on my visit. This is the only reason that my visit wasn't five stars, and I hope they either improve the notice posted on the door or start to phase out this specific type of lock.

Excellent business hotel, and without a doubt the most convenient if departing from Malpensa Airport. Good and clean rooms and common areas, very good restaurant, a nice bar, Gym, Spa and pool. Great SPG recognition, and the nicest and kindest staff I've probably ever met in any hotel. Can't recommend it enough!

Hotel is very convenient to the airport and train station However, apart from being very run down it is also extremely noisy. I have stayed here 3 times now and always had the same noise issue. Cleaning staff are noisy and you hear everything in the halls.

Here for a conference, only arrived just before midnight, so didn't really get to see much of the facilities. It's a modern hotel built into the airport and train station, which is very handy. My rate didn't include breakfast but I didn't need to put a coat on to wander over to departures to have a cheaper and tastier Italian breakfast Room was OK, not big, very quiet. Typical complete lack of anything worth watching in English, and a small TV with its Hdmi port disabled so I couldn't watch stuff on the free Wi-Fi either. Room service was quick, but thirty euro for a basic pizza and a beer seems steep. The food during the conference was pretty good, if a little idiosyncratic. Seemed to me to be a good solid upper class airport hotel, but I always try to avoid airport hotels, so I'm not a great judge of these things.

Clean and comfortable room. They offered me a free room upgrade. A little expensive but the convenience of being in the airport is worth a few more dollars.

Room at check in 27c 79F degrees AC don't work front desk gave me run around took me 30min to change the room and they gave me some one else room walked in and room all messed up. Food everywhere! Finally after 3 rooms and 1.5 hours I got into comfortable room.

Last night on the way back from Madagascar. Smoking room ok but bathroom bidet towels and plastic bags were missing. Reception chilly. But the dude at the bar ' Monterosa '. At 23 nothing to eat!. We ask for a simple TOAST. Arriving flat with three triangles of bread, cheese, ham. The totally raw and accompanied, on the same plate, and dip Pai from bag! What class! Refer to the kitchen for cooking, and everything is pretty much just as it is! Don't consume hardly anything, but the Bill says ' Pierino ' (? ) to 12 euro each! Date: August 5, 2015. Avoid the Bar, they are also rude and slow.

Great location. Shame about the gym. While the hotel has a well-appointed fitness center, it has some significant drawbacks: 1. They hadn't bothered switching on the AC — even though it was sweltering! 2. No towels available. 3. It may have been a little cooler if they had some sort of shades on the wall-to-ceiling windows that ran the length of the room. Restaurant was so-so. What you'd describe as typical hotel fare. Room was spacious, but had the following issues: 1. There was no available power source near the desk. As you will see from the attached photo, the two power points were taken up with a desk lamp and a power supply for the telephone. Come on guys — where are people who sit at the desk supposed to plug their laptops?! 2. No suitcase stand — I had to use the coffee table and chair instead as evidenced in the other photo that I have attached.

My experience was awful. My husband and I booked a room as I did for my son and his partner. We decided to book a club floor room to enjoy an evening cocktail and a free breakfast. What a total disaster and waste of money. The food and wine was empty at 6;30pm after several attempts to get them to replenish it nothing happened. So we were totally ripped off. Stay anyway else but here, we paid a huge price for nothing.

Great hotel, good location in relation to the airport. The problem is that all extra costs. Everything from Wifi to swimming. The latter is free but you must use a bathing cap which costs EUR 5.

Nice facilities around. Especially talking about its location around transport facilities.

The main happiness came from the airport and the hotel. Modern with an interesting design. Prices are above average at all. But overall good.

Plus: Nice rooms, good position and friendly stuff. Big minus: They try to get your money all the time. Free swimming pool! But allowed to enter only with bath cap: 6 Euro extra! Sauna: 10 Euro and so on. Bath tub on the room was possible to use only as shower. I plugged it with a plastic bag and used it as bath tub anyway. I guess it is their way to get people to use the spa area?! They make you sign a lot of things in the beginning when checking in. I was clever and asked what I was signing. They wanted to get permit to send me advertisement to my e-mail not only from Sheraton and use my address and so on and so on. Gave me a bad feeling from the very beginning.

I was recently at the Sheraton Hotel Malpensa. On two occasions: on business before and invited to a food and wine event the second. In both cases, the impression is positive. The most interesting elements of this property are cleanliness, comfort and friendliness of the staff and I would also add the vastness of space that makes this place very special, almost to visit with the endless corridors of carpet, the silence, the discreet presence of Terminal 1, on the north side of monte Rosa background.
I slept in the room 2123 and was very good. The spaces are very wide and the equipment is complete. The fridge bar on the water, from TV to bed more comfortable. Bathroom very big and well furnished, large shower and relaxing. Only downside maybe the soundproofing, felt in the background the TV of the room at the side.
I got to visit the lounge on the third floor is for guests. 24 24 hour finger food, internet access, and relaxation. I think it's the ideal place to stop before you leave or when you arrive from a trip to Malpensa, but not only. At the bottom of the Sheraton is easily accessible from the Centre of Milan, with non-stop connections from Milan Cadorna Station (29 minutes) and from the Milan Central station-in this case it takes a little longer. The reception of the hotel is two minutes walk from the railway terminal and five from the check in. Nothing more comfortable and easy.

Also not convenient for Terminal 2 (which is where EasyJet flies from) as you have to get a bus there (15mins plus waiting time).

Great architecture and internal design for a very cool hotel, perfectly integrated in the surrounding (which is ugly, as an airport is supposed to be) suburban environment. But if you like contemporary architecture you just got to love the way the hotel rounded backside reflects the design of Malpensa Terminal One, and all the small choices of design and furniture, from the reflecting tinfoil-like curtains to the recurring motive of bamboo reeds: in wooden carved screens and booths, behind fake walls mimicked by semitransparent plastic sheets, in the restaurant logo. After an afternoon in the (too warm) swimming-pool and SPA, a nap in the chic and cozy room, and a nice meal in the Canneto restaurant, the prospect of a 12-hour flight suddenly seems more bearable.
