Good location and courtesy. Small room and very "basic" bathroom, but the price is correct.

I stayed with a little dog and had a great time, absolute courtesy, and parking in front of the hotel.

Feel at home, this is the feeling! Cosy and clean rooms, staff very helpful and polite, a real point of reference. From a position close in which it is located, you can reach the Centre on foot, or navigate all over the city with various means. The council.

Cheap good hotel in really good location. Very easy to get there from Linate airport. It is only small 3 star hotel so do not expect much but is has its charm and you will be close to everything. Breakfast is small and very Italian like. Good coffee and a lot of sweet options. Rooms are small with a little bathroom but good for short stay. Service is good and very friendly. Every Friday is big market outside the hotel you can see/buy vegetables and fruit from the whole Italy and also some clothes.

Hotel just over a kilometre from the General Warehouses and 200m from the very comfortable metro stop to go downtown. Clean rooms, well furnished and quite quiet even those that give on the main street. Free parking near the hotel. Kind and helpful staff to respond to every request of the "average tourist". Breakfast essential but good.

Fantastic service from the hotel staff. Every single one of them is fantastic. The room is small but very clean, private, quiet and comfortable. Location is very central to everything in Milan. Would stay again next time I'm here.

I would have preferred to be informed that my room was facing the local market. Market for itself also quaint but paying 100 not to sleep seems too much. The construction work starts at 04 in the morning and no longer sleeps. Apart from that the price remains excessive for the quality of the services offered. Result? The owner earned €100 but lost a customer.

Hotel in good location, near the metro station of Porta Romana. Very good cleaning. The rooms side via Piacenza the night are noisy due to traffic. The price paid per room is breakfast is not in line with the services offered.

Very good hotel in Roman port area. It offers comfortable rooms suitable for the rate, bathrooms of small size but equipped with everything, and offers a great breakfast, included in the price, sufficiently varied and tasty.
The only real flaw is the lack of the lift, which should inevitably be reported. For the rest, nothing to plead with!

Clean. Definitely ideal. Xsoggiornare a few days. Only bad note… very small bathroom… awkward.

Newly renovated Hotel. The digital TV signal unfortunately does not work well. Good breakfast Definitely recommended for a short stay given the proximity to the center.

It was a very nice Hotel. To want to find a defect is just to be small, but in fact it is a 3 star, with the prices adjusted to the level and the area, very glamorous and full of restaurants and clubs.

Excellent location for those coming from the A1 from the south, Metro a few steps, 25 minutes walk from the Duomo. Our room was a little small but still convenient, very small bathroom, for just one night is enough. Only flaw: very noisy water drains/pipes that woke us up during the night.

Our room was on the ground floor, cozy but very small and it was dying of heat. We had to sleep 2 nights with the windows open and consequently hear the outside noises. Unfortunately the noises were also from the inside of the structure: the toilet sciaquoni on the upper floors woke us up numerous times during the nights. Breakfast just enough. Nice owners.

Very friendly Hotel in the historic center of Milan. A few steps from the metro line. Located near Bocconi University.

We enjoyed the stay! Breakfast included, polite staff, very clean! Comfortable bed, pillows, nice linen too. Great position, few minutes from Porta Romana. If we come back to Milan, and we haven't bought our own home yet, we call this hotel.

Beautiful and welcoming structure in a place of Milan really nice and quiet from which you can reach the center easily, a few meters from the metro and tram; In the vicinity of the hotel there are many restaurants, bars and shops, in the evening you can stroll in peace. The hotel is small but has everything, the rooms are spotless and cared for in all details, you will find everything! Really nice staff!

This hotel is infested with bed bugs. I was there from the 21-27 of October. Do not stay there it's a f/*& (/ nightmare. There we're two of us in non adjacent rooms and we both got bites.

We've been very happy to stay in this hotel. The room was clean, tall enough for 4 (parents with 2 babies) and not noisy. Furthermore, the breakfast was all right and the staff very friendly, it gave us many information regarding the city and what to do there. The hotel is central (Porta Romana), it is very easy to join the main touristic places. I fully recommand this hotel.

Courtesy, great location and fairly priced!

The travel guide referred to Hotel Piacenza as "bright and cherry". There was nothing bright and cheery about this place. It was dirty, dreary, and seedy. Our shower was so full of mold we had to ask that it be cleaned. The hotel determined that "the problem was bigger than they were" and changed our room. Our next room was better, but not great. The hotel is not maintained, drapery pull mechanism hanging broken on wall and unable to move drapes, dusty dirty stairs, cluttered, dusty lobby. The paint in the entire hotel is 1980's sponge painting which is very dirty and stained. I would never return nor would I recommend it to anyone. I must mention… although an apology was made for the horribly moldy shower, there were no comps or adjustments to our rate. As one review below indicates, this hotel is more like a youth hostel, and not close to anything. The only disappointment on a three week trip to Italy.
