It's a truly classy five-star hotel, with a truly sublime entrance lobby, furnished in classic style but at the same time understated, with living room spaces with sublime finishes and a truly remarkable attention to detail.
The bar of the lounge on the ground floor is managed with admirable skill and wisdom, the attendant is elegant and precise in the orders, ready to meet any request of the users.
The staff is really elegant and affable, welcoming and of a striking upbringing, as well as being actually available for any customer need to which he responds with grace and zeal.
It is a luxury hotel and therefore the rooms meet all expectations, the room where I was I is large, cozy, finely furnished and extremely comfortable, with a very nice view of the city of Milan.
The hotel is located near the subway, although it is in a rather out-of-town area of the city, a pity, otherwise it is the maximum, I recommend it, although not for everyone because of the high price.

Elegant and quiet Hotel, equipped with SPA, garden and Congress halls. It was a very nice hotel. It is slightly decentrated but with very few Metro stops you get to the Duomo. I got there on foot in 25 minutes.

4 star hotels all deserve. Roman Porta area. Close to several metro and tram stops.
The room was a double triple but still comfortable. Excellent cleanliness, well equipped with kettle and various beverages including tea, chamomile, herbal teas and coffee and toiletries in the bathroom with many products, as well as towels also the bathrobe for use in Spa.
In the price of the room was included the entrance to the SPA, which for lack of time we did not use.
Abundant and diversified breakfast, both sweet and salty, with attention also to celiacs, intolerant, vegetarian and vegan.

Attending an event… Definitely a place cared and distinguished but certainly not suitable for a meeting that involves the use of the computer. Very uncomfortable. Buffet normal nothing to declare. Personal friendly and prepared.

The rooms were great. Came into town to visit local companies, and was surprised by the quality of the rooms. Employees were great, and we're super friendly during breakfast. Location of the hotel was next to great places and close to the airport.

Used their own coupon for the spa. One of the most renamed hotels in Milan, the SPA is equipped with a whirlpool bath room for the Turkish bath and a sauna room with a chocolate fragrance, plus it also has a 25 metre pool within which you can benefit. The experience was still very relaxing.

Service at the height, Concierge of good advice, swimming pool and Wellness Center came after a day of walking in Milan, very varied breakfast, parking and Metro in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, convenient and pleasant.

Nice hotel that is perfectly connected with public transport. A lot of Restaurants around the hotel. The room was big and always clean. Wifi works good. I loved the breakfast with a big choice of everything. The service staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel the rooms were excellent very well decorated to a very good standard incredibly comfortable and everything was as it should be I had a really pleasant stay here I would definitely recommend it to anyone else.

It is a classic and elegant hotel. The rooms are comfortable in size. I did not like on the one hand the little friendliness of the reception staff, and on the other side the cost of the pool was an additional. The location is fine if you move on public transport. Walking takes 35min to get to the center. The cost of the parking was 29 euros.

After paying in advance for the SPA for two, first cancel because the whirlpool is broken, so we take a new appointment. That day I have a fever and we are forced to cancel (the same day) : Tell us that we lost our money because it was compulsory to delete at least 48 hours before — but they had never said it before! Certainly not a prestigious hotel behaviour!

Old Spa and little cared for. Pool water cold. Doors of the Sauna and the Turkish bath that close badly. Whirlpool with lukewarm water. The rooms are not so good From a Spa inside that kind of hotel you expect more, much more.

Nice place to stay. They provided a large king size bed which was much bigger than the space 2 adults and 1 kid need to sleep. Absolute sleeping comfort. If you are vigilant you search for discount offers for the suits in various travel sites. It is also very close to metro station and bus stops.

Very good level Hotel, in a great location, near the Roman Porta station and the Prada Foundation, a few steps from Corso Lodi. Spacious rooms, classically furnished and comfortable; The hotel is quiet, despite the proximity to the train line. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff.

Very elegant Hotel! I don't know how the rooms are because I was only in the conference room. The rooms are very small and very hot. In the same evening there were other events and it was not very clear where to get to the correct room. In the invitation they required business clothing but most were not dressed as required…

This is one of my all time favourite. It might be a bit old fashioned but it has a special charm and it was the first hotel I have ever went in Milan with my wife. Breakfast is really good, staff is nice and multilingual. It's a solid bet for a stay in Milan.

Nice location out of the town, situated close to a metro (3 mins walk to the yellow M3 line) and a nice gentle 20 mins walk to the Duomo with a number of coffee stops along the way. Very friendly staff on reception and provided a complimentary upgrade. Without having to mention it they realised it was a birthday trip and provided a small gift with a happy birthday note… a lovely gesture. If I had any fault it was with the room temperature, at times it got a little cold despite all my efforts to master the heating controls.

Nice. Rather posh. In an okay location but not that many restaurants around. Great beds and rooms. Staff a bit aloof but clearly a quality establishment.

Personally I had the occasion to visit only the large room where the buffet of the event was held to which I participated. The ambience looks very elegant and I found the food to be great as well as the general organization.

Reasonably priced hotel that is handily located for both Milan Linate and the city centre. We easily did a day trip to Lake Como from Milan Centrale too. Hotel itself is nice enough and service is good. Gym is a bit dated and has no lower body equipment. But has lat pull down, chest press, and some really light dbs. Also has four different cardio machines. AC was not working in the gym and there were no towels, Save for the used ones that were never taken from the basket in the four nights we were there. Rooms are nice too but have odd features, such as the blue led light switch buttons that stay on 24/7 — not too bright but enough that your room is not pitch black. The toilet roll that gets knocked off its holder every time you raise or lower the seat. Also was annoying that they don't have irons they can bring to your room (except between 9pm and the morning) — this is a bit weird and I've stayed in a few 4/5 star hotels where they happily provide an iron… Would definitely stay again all things considered, but could be so much better if they sorted out the weird small stuff on the side. Amazing seafood restaurant just down the road too!

Impeccable room tastefully decorated, staff with small care, excellent and hearty breakfast, SPA and very nice terraces, all at 4 metro stops from the Duomo and therefore from the city centre.

Great location, close to metro, which is very easy to use, hotel facilities excellent, rooms a good size with all the luxuries you need except a Caffe machine or plunger. Didn't expect to have instant coffee and UHT milk. Swimming pool, sauna and spa was an added thing to do after a day of siteseeing and well appreciated. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was creative and delicious. Buffet breakfast was excellent and catered for all needs. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good and reasonably priced hotel with a lot of facilities, not far from the city center. The rooms are large and well equipped. The breakfast is very extensive. The spa inside the hotel is nice. But most importantly, the staff are very friendly and helpful! The only disadvantage is that the bedrooms have a bad tub and no separate shower, which is very annoying and unhygienic.

Perfect establishment, wide choice at breakfast, good bedding. The pool is really nice.

Loved this place. So close to the metro and easy access to the cathedral and mall. Great service all staff very helpful especially the concierge. Breakfast lovely and has a small gym and spa facility too.

Too bad the sauna was not included in the addition!

Comfortable hotel that has lots to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The airline lost our luggage and their front desk took the initiative to call the airport and airlines on our behalf to assist us. There is much to offer here. A plentiful bounty and lots of selection for their breakfast brunch. The amenities made it hard to leave the hotel. Not quite at the centre of Milan but only two metro stops away from where you will want to be. Lots of good eats within walking distance. Pamper yourself and book your stay here.

Nice hotel for conferences. It amazed me the inner garden.

Terrible service! Not friendly stuff at all, rude and ingnorant (reception desk) Act like they do you a favour. Spa was closing down the day when I arrived but they gave me tickets and never mentioned that it is closing that same day, I would go at least once if I knew. Later, they said that all the info is on their website. The hotel by itself is very nice, clean and rooms are fine. Would not recommend to my friends.

Beautiful friendly hotel with great staff and facilities. The bar and resturaunt are over priced but its good quality but there is enough places to eat in short walking distance. The spa/pool is beautiful. I wish I could move in.

It was so great. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. Like they put chocolate in bed at night, also liked the breakfast. The staff were very warm and friendly. Street Metro station and tram stop, safe and quiet environment around.

I'm staying here with my mom on a 2 day trip to Milan. It's a nice hotel with excellent bathrooms and cozy well furnished rooms. The staff was really nice except the bartender he didn't give us good service and when we ordered the caprese salad it came with no basil or olive oil. It just seemed like he knew we were foreigners and decided to give us bad service. The menu clearly said with basil… Ah but whatever. The rest of the experience was pleasant and the breakfast (which was included in our stay) was alright. A huge spread with fruits/eggs/lots of bread and pasteries. I'd probably pick a hotel closer to the center next time. But, we walked to the duomo last night and it only took about 25-30 minutes and we enjoyed looking at the shops and areas around as we walked. Also, it's safe to walk down C. So Di Porto and turn into via Mazzini it's a bit street with lots of people walking around even 9-10pm.

Good first impression, unfortunately the parking spaces with 39. — € / night much are too expensive.

While this may not be the best hotel, it is certainly up there with the best! We stayed in one of their luxury suites, amazing! And their spa is wonderful! The pool is so warm, like a tropical sea :o).
