Asked for a room upgrade (was willing to pay). Received a look like she was sucking on a lemon while trying to hold back a fart. Punched a few keys and told me no. Room was very noisy over breakfast. Location is good, rooms are clean. If only they had okay service it would be a nice hotel.

Small, purpose-built hotel in a few minutes to the metro (yellow), bus and tram, friendly ladies at the reception, speedy Wi-Fi, very clean, breakfast room quite small, but offered something of everything, good value for money.

Good hotel with everything you need for a short stay in Milan. The location is great as it is a few steps from the Metro stop of Porta Romana. The rooms are very basic but clean and cozy.

Little hotel in a good location, 1 minute by walk to the metro station. My room was small, but pretty functional. Simple but good breakfast.

Very helpful staff. It's a 1 minute walk to Porta Romana, and just 3 stops away from Duomo. The rooms are compact but manageable, and the free continental breakfast included is quite good.

Amazing place! More thank 3*! Breakfast was big and so tasty, we had a triple room, it was large and very clean, slippers, teethbrushes, shower gels etc was already in the room. Location is great, 50 m from metro station, only 3 stops from Duomo! Amazing staying there. Thank you!

Very nice hotel just out of the center of Milan — good free breakfast — underground is 300 yards away as is the tram stop! Plenty of nice restaurants around it. Can't fault it.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, beds not the most comfy, but OK. The receptionists speak English and are kinda helpful, but service is not a top priority. If you're coming with your own car, do NOT give it to the parking service. Ours came back with 3 new dents. Go find a blue line spor around the hotel. The location is great, well away from the touristic center around the Duoma, which is reachable within 3 stops if you take the metro (super easy system). This means the restaurants around the hotel won't rip you off and the quality is very good usually.

I stay in this hotel very happy. Rooms are modern and have a fridge. There is mini bar, where there is a shop across the store McDonald's on the right. Hotel is next to the Metro station. Hotel staff is very friendly and warm. Breakfast was good, with British and European, and even Wi-Fi. Spend a week in Milan, where is a good place to overnight.

Great Hotel, good value for money. Clean, friendly service, great location. The only drawback, not soundproofed at the noise.

Excellent, perfect cleaning even in the common areas, modern design, simple but functional. The rooms are small but it is a primarily business that makes you feel at home.

If you like the modern design, not too excessive, the hotel is perfect. The rooms are a bit small for my taste, but very accurate. The bathroom is nice. Bed is very comfortable indeed. The fridge leaves something to be desired. Mineral water, sparkling water, a Coke, a can, a sparkling wine and some peanuts. Free Wi-Fi if you ask the psw. The only flaw is soundproofing of the rooms. We felt the restaurant next door that was beating the meat! Absurd.
