Ideal location as it is just off a stop that leads you to Piazza Duomo and very well priced too.

Very convenient location Very good breakfast I was always offered a coffee on arrival. Clean room, very small bathroom. Wi-Fi unusable in my room (I had the same room in both my stays and could not fix it).

Very friendly front desk personal. When we first arrived the room was ready for us, they offer to make free coffee for us. They showed us how to get around in the city. One of the guys carried up our bags. Very nice person, highly recommend it. Beds are not very comfortable but good enough for one night. They give you sleepers in the room, razors, shaving cream, clean towels, soap and shampoo. They have TV in the room and big windows. Coffee bar in the lobby, and they have a from desk person there 24 hours. They do ask to leave the key at the front desk everytime you leave the place.

Hotel close to downtown, with full breakfast, Wi-Fi and with unbeatable professionals in making a pleasant stay.

Great hotel a few bus stops/tram in the old town. There is not near the subway but you do not miss it. It is located in a little busy street so great for the little noise. The room was spacious and clean with the bathroom not very big but functional: it was equipped with everything you need including room slippers, toothbrushes and razor besides of course to towels and soaps, most unique thing that rare for a 2 star but also superior. Friendly and courteous staff will provide you with all the information for public transportation and also advice on nearby restaurants. Recommended!

Super 2 star hotel for a short break. Family run with very good service.

Main merits: clean and sufficiently large rooms, adequate heating, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, not far from the centre. Main faults: Paid parking, breakfast room a little restricted, lack of a nearby metro station. Overall positive experience.

Good price, good situation and the best staff, first. Great breakfast, bus right next door to go to the center, walking is fifteen minutes.

Nice, friendly hotel in a good neighbourhood. Friendly helpful staff. It's only a 2 star hotel, but the facilities are plenty for a comfortable stay. Bed is ok and pillows average but not too bad.

I only stayed here for one night but it was overall an amazing stay. My friend and I arrived super late ~2am and thankfully they have a 24hr reception and was able to accommodate for our late arrival. One of the staff, Michele, was great as he provided us with hot water, a bowl and utensils for our instant noodles as we were hungry from our long flight. The rooms were clean, big double bed, had a view of the cathedral beside us and woke up nicely with the bells chiming. Washroom was clean and good. The breakfast was delicius and had pies, cakes, pastries, etc. The staff was just amazing and they really made our stay enjoyable as they were friendly and very genuine in their hospitality. The location is also great as it is 30min walk to duomo on a slow pace haha. I definitely recommend this place for value and comfort. Thank you to the hotel staff!

Nice little hotel with lovely staff. Simple confort with basic rooms, but all very clean with AC (a blessing in summer! ). Very good breakfast included in the price. Good location too. Only downside: you get some noise from the corridor so bring ear plugs. Can't complain for the price though!

The manager Michele is a very kind and extremely person. The hotel is simple but pleasant and the Posozione excellent.

Fantastic hotel for the price. Room was immaculate, stocked full with amenities. Breakfast was sumptuous. Owner/Receptionist was warm and welcoming. 10/10 would stay again.

Very nice and clean room, cool and friendly staff, goods location_straight forward to doumo about 17min normal walk, only one little bit negative was not so much strong Wi-Fi.

The hotel is very close to the center and is situated close to the tram and bus stop. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean with most needed bedroom accessories. The breakfast is okey with excellent italian coffee. Hotel 22 marzo made our stay in Milano more agreable.

The room was very good and the staff was very helpful (we were recommended some nice little tourist restaurants, we were put up the bags in the room, …). A bit noisy, the Wi-Fi works moderately.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay for my first night in Italy! Wonderful staff, comfortable and clean room, and just the right distance for a quiet stay, with easy access to all the action. :) I will definitely remember Hotel 22 Marzo for my next stay in Milan!

It's like a nice hostel. Positives: -The whole place was very clean — Seemingly very well run — The staff are nice, especially Cesare (? ) -The staff speak English — Good Wi-Fi -Free breakfast — Nice rooms Negatives: -There are only two shared bathrooms. — There is seemingly only one shared shower. — There is a desperate need for a bath mat — The breakfast (although personally delivered to our room) was not great.

Unbelievable story about hotel Arco and XXII MARZO I Milano We came to the hotel very late at night about 01.30, walking all the way from the C. Stazione in Milano. To walk is to learn about the city what we love to do. We went walking with the GPS witch lead us to the hotel. We travel pretty much and stay at different hotel witch my wife book. But it is me who keep GPS and lead us to right destination. We showed our booking paper at the hotel. After two nights the receptionist from the XXII MARZO hotel, witch we have booked, called us and told that we are in the wrong hotel. XXII MARZO and the Arco hotel have the same address but GPS lids us to wrong hotel. When coming In the Arco hotel nobody told us that we came to wrong place, even that we showed them the booking paper with name of en other hotel, they deceived us. XXII MARZO realised situation and informed Arco hotel already next morning when we have arrived but Arco seems to put it in the system to take clients from other hotel. We moved to the XXII MARZO hotel when we have realised what Arco is doing, the personal at the XXII MARZO hotel ware very helpful, kind, speaking English. The rum was smaller but very clean, breakfast very good with latte, cappuccino, espresso, the breakfast was exactly the same as on the picture. With the other words you have got as they promised on their internet page. We definitely will come back, and we can recommend warmly this hotel.

The hotel is a small, inexpensive, family run hotel within walking distance to the city center. It is also where the a few bus and tram lines meet, making it very convenient to get around. If you arrive in Linate, just buy a ticket (biglietti) in the newspaper store for 1€ and jump into the Bus towards "S. Babila" (that is written on top of the bus) after 10 Minutes you will arrive at the stop "Santa Maria del Suffragio". The hotel is located on the side of the church, behind the square. If you arrive at the central station, just get into the bus to "Santa Maria del Suffragio". Dont forget to buy the tickets in any tabacci, or newspaper stand before going to the busstop. However, the surrounding area is quite nice too, a couple of very nice and inexpensive italian restaurants are close by aswell as a Mac Donalds. The staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. The room and especially the bathroom were very clean, which was important for me. The shower cubicle was a good sizeand the water is hot (since they have just installed a new heater) and there were enough clean towels. Heyy and FREE INTERNET! (They also have two macs in the lobby) Since I came weekly for 3 months, I stayed in the one, two and three bedded rooms, and most of them were not small as I imagined at the beginning. There was a TV, and a safe in the wardrobe as well. For breakfast, you will find juices, croissants and toast.
