Horrible! Filthy stinking noise! Broken tiles… Wires uncovered in the bathroom… The fan in the bathroom dangling… At 23 o'clock a fuss of crockery… Get out of the room and find the lady who drinks cane from a bric of liter juice… Served then the next morning for breakfast! Breakfast brioche is at least two days before! A unique crap.

The hotel is terrible! The owner is a full-fledged idiot. Can write off the extra money! Breakfast is terrible!

Great location and that is it. Breakfast is terrible, rooms are very average and staff is rude. Only one star for location.

Very profesional and kind and acoglienti. The rooms are nice and clean and cost a lot less than the other hotels. The Pozizione and excellent Intoro all like, pharmacy, ATM, post, and tantisimi points of hot table and bar. And very close to the park and the hospital. I recommend it to everyone.

High prices for a place of the old and stinky kind with unpolite staff.

Jedakij A family run small budget hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the view from the window to the courtyard was pleasant, the Duomo walking distance. The hosts are not very fluent in English and were very happy communicating in Italian. There is a paid parking lot near the hotel where guests receive a discount.

It Is A place not recommended to stay, the abuse of the owners to the users strip in the inexplicable.

I just spent 4 nights at Arco Hotel. I definitely give five stars because I was totally satisfied. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed and new toiletries were given daily. The hotel manager was kind, helpful and did his best to help us during our stay. It is a 2-star hotel, but we got more than we had expected. Room was airconditioned, but we could turn it off for our little girls. For breakfast I could choose from the followings: toast, biscuits, croissant, cakes, two types of cheese, butter, yoghurt, honey, cornflakes, coffee, cappuccino, tea, fruit juices. The hotel can be reached easily by bus 60 from Central Station. The stop to get off is in front of Arco Hotel. By bus 73 you are at Duomo in 12 minutes, but it is even pleasant to walk there. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, store for ham, meat and cheese, Coin Shopping Mall with Globe Restaurant. We were offered to eat out at Il Pomodorino where thanks to the hotel manager we got 10% off. The hotel manager provided us with maps and indicated what was worth visiting in Milano. When it was about to rain, we were also given umbrellas. We will return soon.

The place is quite dated, that air conditioning barely working, the breakfast is very poor and not satisfying, every morning they serve the same, the staff isn't very nice, the Wi-Fi also barely working overall not a very good place for a long stay, it's good for one night not more.

Small uncomfortable bed. Rude unhelpful staff. Noisy and stinks of smoke. Only positive is it's easy from the tram but not worth the money.

The lobby is a bit too minimalist, but the staff is very young and dynamic. The rooms a little bare. Room service is quick and professional. Breakfast room a bit small. Connvenzionato parking nearby, courtyard in the back with nice green area. Walking distance to bus and tram 12 27 60 73 that connect in the middle. Very cheap.
