Quiet hotel in city studies area. Small rooms Breakfast is very good Courteous and professional (in particular Mr. Cristiano) The concierge service: great value for money. Definitely recommend.

Very special place. Othentic and beautiful.

That's the smallest hotel room I ever had. Single bed in a tiny room, next door shower noise just next to your ears. Extremely warm, just like in sauna room, have to open window for ventilation. Wardrobe inside is smelly. Free Wi-Fi is rubbish. No kettle！

Very nice hotel Entrance a bit strange, but all in all can go. Friendlier and helpful staff. Strategic place, convenient for public transport near restaurants and supermarkets. Prices. Recommended.

Hotel is 24h open and very Friendly staff. Excellent international breakfast, last day I left before breakfast time at 6 in the morning but receptionist was so kind to prepare me a good capucino and croissant. Politecnico is walking distance 400mt.

The hotel is okay. The concierge sits in the basement and is only accessible by stairs. Difficult for heavy luggage, as wheelchair users impossible. The rooms are adequate in furnishings, the cleanliness could be better and the breakfast was not special except for really good coffee, the choice of bread/buns and topping was very weak.

I've been a guest several times and I've always been good. The last time, unfortunately, I had to suffer the little willingness of the staff to solve a problem. In short, after paying cash the hotel staff did not want to start practicing to free the deposit paid by credit card and I had to wait 25 days to review my money.

Very comfortable Hotel and well connected with Milan Central Station. With the subway just go down to Piola. But if it happens that you should go here on foot, it's only a 20 minute walk from the Loreto Metro stop. Excellent breakfast: Satisfied with all palates: from sweet to salty. They also satisfy those who are intolerant or allergic to certain foods, with the presence of soy products. I mean, me and my little girl really enjoyed it. Close to the Politecnico di Milano and the student house. With the bus line 54 you arrive in 14 "about the Duomo traffic permitting. Also if you want to eat a great pizza and Neapolitan cuisine, very close to the hotel and within walking distance there is the restaurant-Pizzeria Auum Piazzale Susa, 7. Thank you.

4 stars all deserve. Excellent breakfast, varies with fresh and genuine ingredients. Adorable indoor Garden, a small oasis of tranquillity. Small and spotless rooms, nothing to complain about in over 10 stays, and complaining is a hobby of mine. Very helpful staff Recommended, absolutely.

The worse hotel I have ever been. They said it is 4 stars, but no value of even one star! low quality breakfast provided from cheapest material! impolite receptionist with terrible behavior, never come back and not recommended.

The room is super small, cramped if you go 2 people with barely space to move, take out suitcases, pure claustrophobia…
The breakfast was large and the food was very good. The shower looks like a vertical niche cloistered on a wall, it doesn't fit and to enjabonarte or wash the head if you are tall or thick… you don't fit. Normal cleaning, good.
I don't recommend it.

Nice, small and clean hotel. Very friendly staff. For small hotel like that pretty decent breakfest. Only thing not so good was that fact that in some rooms the air condition wasn't working.

Decent hotel + decent price but its outside of the city centre but you can access all the major attractions via foot or a quick metro ride away. The location wasn't a problem for me as I am an avid walker.

Staying at Hotel Dieci as I was working at the nearby technology institute. It's extremely convenient for that: a few mins walk. The hotel is clean, staff very friendly, the rooms are nice enough (I guess the balcony would be useful in summer… Less useful in December! ). The single bed is pretty small but that's about the only slightly negative thing about the room. Breakfast is pretty good.

And one of the many small hotels located in the città studi. Very nice place in Milan is accessible. Adjacent to the politecnico di Milano, symbol of Milan culture. Recommend to visit Piazza Leonardo da Vinci, which is the venue of many students of the Polytechnic. A large square that has just been made a makeover, and where the evening music events are organized during the week, so far, completely free of charge. To visit!

4 star hotel at very good prices, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Need bit of insonorisation between rooms.
