Very nice clean hotel, near the metro, fantastic location, very impressed.

I came here because waynabox send me here. I won't chose it if I had to pay it. It was ok, breakfast … ok. The bed is not confortable and the bathroom is not very clean. The rest is ok, very near of downtown and not dangerous area.

Nice small hotel in the very good location. Frendly staff, clean, peaceful.

Good breakfast. A clean cozy room. We got a balcony on the second floor (1 floor according to the European system). Friendly staff and good attitude towards animals. There is an elevator, convenient on the trip, do not carry suitcases up the stairs. From the central station 20-30 minutes on foot.
Despite the cleanliness and cosiness of the bathroom is small. The bathroom door is as foldable as in the closet. Repairs in the bathroom could be done, on the walls of small bubbles of plaster, apparently from the humidity and the time they appeared. The shower doors closed with effort. But overall the bathroom is not bad. In the evening, you can hear someone laughing loudly in the hallway.

Absolutely to avoid, they changed me day of booking after payment x a double outlet on Groupon and forced to take a triple to not lose the money already paid! Insistent requests to settle the difference before arrival at the hotel. Triple room with double bed made from two single mattresses combined. Very small bathroom, dirty and with fittings full of limestone stains! For years I go to Milan the hotel certainly worse!

We stayed there last week. Overall it was an ok stay but the gentleman in reception during the night shift is extremely rude and made a fuss that we came back at 2 in the morning (they have 24 hr reception where you have to leave your key everytime your going out) he was commenting rudely something in italian and making sure we no he is not happy about it. Breakfast is another minus we paid upfront most of the time plates on the buffet were empty and the only bread selection was toast bread which is a shame when your in italy and they could be serving some nice freshly baked bread. Got charged as well for water that was left in our room even though it didnt specify anywhere that you need to pay for it. Area of the hotel seems odd a bit like ghetto. Hotel is very expensive for its standards. We will not be returning I am ufraid.

Posizione eccellente vicino a due linee della metro, personale gentile e disponibile. Buona prima colazione, ma lo spazio è ridotto in caso ci siano un po' di persone ed è capitato qualche disservizio come la mancanza di acqua calda.

Clean and decent room even if a little one. Door of the room not soundproof (you could hear the steps in the hallway of the other guests and even when they opened and closed the doors of their rooms). Friendly and helpful Staff.

Convenient to the LocatIon for my destination. Although indicated with parking available only has 4 car seats that are always occupied. Non-three star rooms.

Nice hotel. Beautiful view of the park, very good breakfasts, 24 hour reception and close to the Metro and train station. The only thing around is not many good pizzerias/restaurants. If we are in Milan again, it is necessary in the same hotel.

Elegant and quiet hotel; In the beautiful Piazza Aspromonte: which is in the area città studi: Rooms clean and cozy: breakfast room a little ' tight. But the products served are of good quality; Reception staff and in the courteous room; Great prices for the service offered and for a city like Milan!

Clean and cozy. The receptionist knows Castilian and they are lovely, always available to help.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in January, 2018. Expensive city tax 4 euros and only cash. The hotel is near the Metro Loreto (to Central Station 2 stops), from the Metro to the hotel 10 minutes on foot. Near several shops Kjerfo Express and Pam. Pam works long, convenient. There are cafes. On the corner from Corso Buenos Aires The metro has a Japanese restaurant, there is always a lot of people, so normally fed. I ate where it was convenient.
There is a bus stop near the hotel and there is a tram nearby. I went to the airport very early and walked to the Central station (bus stop on the left, if facing the train station), from which there are buses to Malpensa airport. The schedule is placed at the stop. Buses cost 2 companies. The price of one ticket is exactly 8, the second like 11 euro-they are with Wi-Fi. Tickets can be purchased online, cheaper at once at both ends.
I had five. 50, came out with things from the hotel at 5.20. On the track there was both fog and accidents. I was afraid to be late, but it worked. The people in the plane told that the buses were standing for a long time, and then some goat trails obezzhali a cork. I arrived at 6.53. At the registration was the first.

We spent two nights at the hotel, and overall I was delighted. On arrival, at reception we were given a map and advised places and stops of meters by Milan. Very efficient cleaning staff, and the girl in the cafeteria was bothered to get us juices and stuff when we arrived late at breakfast time.
As against I would say breakfast could improve, there was little choice. There was also little personal grooming material (soap was missing)

A site without eccentricities but with everything you need to have a stay where you will not miss your home. It is in an ideal location, close to the metro and the city centre. The only "but" I would put is the breakfast as it could improve considerably. Otherwise it is a very well kept hotel, where you get all the facilities and a very close and friendly staff. Definitely if I have to go back to Milan I have clear where to stay again.

Rooms are clean; small, but cosy. Breakfast is tasty. Very close to undeground, esy to reach city centre.

Charming hotel. Yes, the bathrooms are small, but they are separate room actually, and the place is very clean. Staff is very friendly, and the location is excellent.

We could call it the noise hotel. The walls as if they were paper allow you to hear everything from the rooms next door: Talking, screaming, snoring… You can also hear all the noise coming from the hallway or the street. The cars and the tram that returns from dawn to their garages, as if they were passing by the bed.
With this problem that prevents rest if you are unlucky to touch "neighbors" outrageous and rude (as was the case) everything else does not matter. What difference does it make that the furniture is old, that the shower does not swallow or that the bed is comfortable. Little I care about the simplicity of the breakfast, the seriousness of the staff, the short walk to the Metro or the value for money. If a hotel does not fulfill its fundamental mission that is to be able to rest, everything else is worthless of nothing. I wouldn't go back.

It's a little old but it's comfortable. The bathroom needed a review, with several things spoiled. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is OK.

Threatening home. Apart from that, correct for the price.

Located in a quiet area near a pretty square, the hotel is a great place to start your excursions in Milan. Service and staff helpful and friendly, clean rooms, great breakfast!

Please watch out when you are assigned a room. Some rooms have not been refurbished. There were signs of humidity on the wall of my room (144), the window was broken, allowing wind to pass through.
I signaled the problems but the management offered a change of room at additional charges while the law provides for changes of services not corrisponding to the description or not properly functioning, at no extra charges for clients. Be aware of this if you decide to go. My advice is to look for other hotels around or closer, there are better deals. I was attracted by some positive comments but I had not seen that some people rightly signal the fact that there are old and new rooms. If you are unlucky and they give you an old one, you will get dusty old rooms, not very clean, signs on walls, broken plaster in the toilet. Whatever comment you will make you will get answers on the line-Nobody complaint before about that, you are the first one-!
So go elsewhere!

Room was clean and spacious. It was close to the train station, about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute subway ride. The included breakfast was very good.

Bell Hotel in a fairly central area. At 400 meters the Metro stop. Not really cheap prices. Good breakfast. Beautiful room also very clean.

I am pleased to report the particular kindness and courtesy of the staff. The rooms are pleasant, warm and clean. The location of Florence is within easy reach of both the airport of Linate the Center.

Although located reasonably well and supported by friendly staff, the Hotel Florence is just an average hotel, below my initial expectations. On the plus side, a large room and comfortable beds. A lot of walking space in the room, which contrasted with the very small shower. While I didn't hear much noise from nearby rooms, sounds coming from outside were easily heard. Although there were two wireless networks available, the speed of the connection was questionable and I frequently had problems accessing the simplest of pages. The staff I crossed and interacted with all seemed friendly, but it felt like the hotel was understaffed. This was particularly evident at breakfast where a single staff member (for the two days I was there) was responsible for cleaning up tables, serving coffee from a machine (which wasn't self-service) and replacing breakfast items. Additionally, I found the breakfast selection was below average and very limited compared to other 3* hotels I've stayed at.

Room clean and quiet with components and nice personal airco near loreto metro station.

Quiet, modest, could be improved, I would recommend a more comfortable lounge for breakfast and a general makeover to.

The rooms are quiet and very clean and the staff very friendly.

Good value for money, tramway noise can be bothersome if you are sensitive to noise, wasn't a problem for me when windows are closed.

Great location and good price for the service. Also I find that breakfast is lacking, the inability to get a squeeze I find at least ridiculous, just put at the customer's disposal a juicer. The hallways are dimly lit, because the light is enabled too late and unfortunately often guests are rude and do not respect the nocturnal silence in the corridors. For my needs is perfect anyway.
